Tesco Express in Glasgow City

Says open on a Sunday at 6am but appeared nobody was in and the door wouldn’t open

A little oasis of excellent ready-to-go meals, snacks and drinks. The staff is stretched thin but always manages to promptly serve customers, ending with a "thank you".

Great staff in this store - exceptionally kind and helpful...Five stars to them - thanks!.However, the store quite often does not open at the times advertised, due to staff dealing with deliveries. Happens mostly at the weekend. Thus, lets regular customers down, It's disappointing the store is managed in this way...

No staff in the entire building as they have been “handling a delivery” for 1 hour. at least they left a note at the doo.

The store supplies are pretty poor and apart from one or two, the staff are completely unhelpful and unfriendly

Staff close shop in the morning time because he take delivery back side when I seen back side he just stand talk to delivery man just like relax no worry just relax to some customers waiting outside the Tesco shop.people not fool.if you no like your work go sit in your home.this is work place not talking place

Meal deals are good and worth it. Good variety of sandwiches wraps bagettes pasta and sushi but if u just buying soft drinks they can be expensive compared to local shops.

Staff are lovely and can usually get what I need

This store not the way as it used to be, horrible security staff at front door (with high visibility jacket) very creepy and following my partner all around the store and giving dirty looks aswell he smells like body odour and sweat he is totally not hygienic, especially in a food store

Here it is place for household shopping for groceries, snacks and cool drinks. Moreover this store sell Ice creams too. Best Vanilla and strawberry flavours you can find here.

As a genre piece, I think it's really interesting -- well made and immersive. But as a kind of emotional shop that really pulled me in, I don't know if it did that.

The staff in this shop are more than helpful , always a delight to shop in this store , the Girl Emma went through the back as the meal deal my colleague normally gets wasn't put out on the shelves yet( i was out early for lunch) and she went and grabbed one from the back . 11/10 for customer service. Served with a smile

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from team leader and he looked more like a hobo than staff member standing him and an off duty cashier right in the middle of the checkout area arguing with customers i felt very uncomfortable left and haven't been back my family and friends wont be either their attatude to customer is shocking talk down to people in this store i hope the manager gets his fingers wrapped no need for customers to see bully tactics from staff to customers on a tesco shop floor other people in the shop where chalk white and scratching their heads in discust

Staff are completely useless with the most basic of questions and seem to have a lot of trouble restocking shelves - worst Tesco in town

We went there with my girlfriend, wanted to eat some pizza with beer, and they didn't let us buy it, even though I showed a valid ID where it shows I'm 22. Just ruined my night, thanks!

This store seems to be more expensive than other tesco stores, I think because it's near the cinema. It's quite small but you can get decent food here. It's best for lunch and snacks.

Usually very friendly staff before lockdown but a tall middle aged man probably in his fifties acts like he is doing you a favour. Most of the regular staff have excellent customer service skills and I appreciate that dealing with the general public can be very challenging. None the less, this man is continuously rude, unhelpful and has no manners what so ever eg throws unopened carrier bag in general direction, points/grunts instructions and simply groans/grunts at ANY customer. He has put me off shopping there as I can't stand being in his vicinity. 3 stars are for the decent staff who work there.

Handy for certain things and served me well for several years. The store definitely has gone downhill though. The ‘modern, innovative’ sliding fridge doors are never properly closed, which doesn’t help in keeping the stock cold. Sadly, Tesco don’t seem to take the aggressive begging outside the door very seriously . They should do, especially as it happens right next to a cashline. During the lockdown period - when queuing was enforced outside - the staff member stationed outside seemed oblivious to this, even at close proximity to shoppers when people should be keeping their distance. All of this made me feel unsafe. I also didn’t appreciate the female member of staff allowing other people to jump in front of me in the queue. In general i find this Tesco quite an unfriendly store, apart from one or two quite nice and pleasant staff, sadly in the minority. I appreciate the need to stand a foot or so away from the checkouts for social distancing reasons. One acne-faced female employee who works here seems to have quite a few issues and thinks it is okay to bark orders at anyone who dares move a muscle without her consent; even when already standing where signalled to on the floor. Sorry, but if you still don’t feel safe in serving members of the public a foot away behind a plastic screen, then don’t come to work. Go and be a jobsworth somewhere else. I no longer visit the store as it isn’t worth all this hassle.

Tesco Express Glasgow Kinning Park- The staff is usually lovely. Although tonight when doing my usual shopping a tall middle aged man with curly hair was really rude to me. He refused to scan some products that were to hard to scan for him, raised his voice when I said I still wanted to buy them and started singing after I said I did not like the way I was being treated. Will definitely not shop there anymore.

Very clean and organized. This place covers your basic needs (food wise). You might find a few deals and clearance items.

Has all the basic things you need!

Walked in no wait as someone else came to a till right away all good

Must be the worst tesco express ive been in, i work weekends, go into tesco just after 7 in the morning for a £3 meal deal, but theyve never got any sandwiches, when you ask staff they shrug the shoulders, and say the delivery not in yet, what is the point of advertising something i can never buy

There's usually a big queue all the time. Feels understaffed.
