New Cafe India - Govan in Glasgow City

Had to come on here to say My whole order went in the bin apart from the Naan bread. Cannot even get a basic Korma right, it was a lumpy curry base with some almonds in it, tasted terrible. The spiced onions just tastes of ketchup, and the veg pakora was soggy. Garlic n cheese naan bread was very nice.

Food was late, donor meat was missing off the order, so made a phone call to the shop and got told the missing item would be sent. Driver came to the door and handed me a tub of chips- without donor meat. Rang the shop again and was basically told "i packed that order myself and there was definitely donor meat" I can confirm there was none! Just a mountain of chips! Was told he'd speak to the driver and call back, never did. Had to end up getting my daughter food from elsewhere Honestly, if you can't cope with the amount of deliveries- stop taking orders!! This is the second time we've had problems and we won't be using again! I'd give zero stars if I could.

I called up for some food and the person was very angry and aggressive. I asked him what sides did he have and he said to me go onto the menu. I’m not here to piss about all day and then hang up.

Small takeaway but really nice food

The friendliest people i've ever met! Was comepletly lost in Glasgow and the people working here took care of me. Sooooo so grateful for them and I made it back to Eindhoven safely. If I have the opportunity to go back to scotland, I will visit you guys again 100%!! Thanks for eveything and greetings from holland.

Phoned up to see how long my order was going to be as already waited 1hour for the man who answer was so rude said he was to busy to answer calls about order the waiting times and hung the phone up on me.. customer service is terrible I used to order a lot from here

Munchy box? This should be called a chips box (60% +) When opened, you can see no more than half, the rest are hidden under the meat ...Food is fresh but not much meat there

1st time ordering, got munchie box was happy with it. Will order again, delivery came early which is a plus.

We regularly order here, and apart from one hiccup months ago can't fault it. Value for money, good mixed kebabs, good pizzas and cooked meals are great.

Very disappointed with my order food was cold, pizza had hardly any pepperoni on it and was tasteless chips and Nan bread very disappointing

The place is bogging I stopped eating out of it years ago Don't know how it gets to stay open and no one has died

Worse kebab ever, bread was at bottom, totally soaked in sauce which made it impossible to put meat inside as it just went to mush. Had to rub meat on the bread to get sauce on it as was all on bread with meat on top. Salad didn't have anything but onion and cabbage or lettuce, couldn't tell difference. Shame, if they took time to do it neatly it would have been nice. Definetly think bread should be in seperate bag for customer.

I wanted to order Buryani and asked for the option that is less chilli or mild. He didn't give any options in fact rushed me to order my food and he always said no we don't have less chilli food. Send me out without helping and I was really starving. I know Indian recipies that only applies spice but no chilli. He didn't know any thing about food that was for sure. Good luck with your customer satisfaction.

Ordered home delivery and waited almost 50 mins, I,m only 10 mins walk from it,,pakora was dry and the sauce was all over the bag,phoned them right away an they said they,d send another,still waiting hour and half later,,NOT be using them again
