Mezze in Glasgow City

Cena muy decepcionante. El menú ha cambiado a un precio establecido de 14. 95 para 3 tapas con una selección limitada. Cuando llegó algunas de nuestras tapas estaban frías. Los refrescos se sirvieron en pequeños vasos de whisky, pero todavía se cargaron a más de 3. La gota que colmó el vaso fue que habían agregado un cargo por servicio a la factura que no se había mencionado anteriormente. Hubiéramos pedido que se eliminara, pero teníamos prisa por un espectáculo. Demasiado caro y sobrevalorado. Evitar.

Visité aquí el verano pasado con mi familia y fue genial, así que decidí regresar anoche y quedamos muy decepcionados. Nos dieron un pequeño menú de tapas a diferencia del más grande que obtuvimos anteriormente. Pregunté esto y me informaron que el restaurante hermano estaba siendo renovado y, por lo tanto, el menú aquí se redujo por ahora. ? ? Cuando le dimos a la camarera nuestras opciones estaban muy poco disponibles. La comida estaba fría y porciones pequeñas. Íbamos a un espectáculo y no teníamos tiempo para ir a otro lado o nos habríamos ido. Después de esperar un poco, pregunté dónde estaba el plato de papas fritas que había pedido y me dijeron que no quedaba nada. ? ¿Por qué no me cuentas eso al principio? Pagamos alrededor de 49 por esto y estamos completamente disgustados. No entiendo por qué la renovación del restaurante hermano debería afectar a este. Para colmo, mi esposo se enfermó más tarde esa noche

Pedimos del menú de tapas. Muchos de los platos no estaban disponibles: sin pollo, sin pescado y sin hamburguesas. Pedimos seis platos de tapas y se olvidaron de servir dos de ellos. Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que ya teníamos todo lo que habíamos pedido. Al verificar nuestro pedido, admitieron que estaba en lo correcto, y luego hubo una confusión con traer estos platos. Honestamente, se sintió muy desorganizado y decepcionante. La comida en sí era sabrosa pero el servicio fue muy casual. Cuando me trajeron el café hacía demasiado frío y cuando pedí que lo calentaran me dijeron que no estaba frío y ¿quería que estuviera hirviendo? Esta es la primera vez que solicitamos que se retire el cargo del servicio de nuestra factura, ya que el servicio era muy pobre. Definitivamente no tiene una buena relación calidad-precio!

Staying over locally, so fancied a wander and some food. Ordered Lamb kebab in tomato sauce. OMG...awful massive plate of overcooked lamb, possibly yesterday’s? covered in a tasteless tomato sauce to hide it, with a huge dollop of yoghurt in the middle. WTF? Truly terrible. The cook has given up. I was very hungry but could not be bothered to finish. Don’t bother with this place, there are much better places nearby!!

The food was okay nothing special, however the toilets were one of the most disgusting I've seen toilet paper all over the floor in ever cubicle the bowls were black

Food and service was really good the portions sizes for each course very disappointing and left still feeling hungry

Fantastic meal, friendly staff and ease of booking table on line. We shall return for a further visit next time we ate at The Hydro

6 of us had a very good meal here. Good, tasty Mediterranean menu with a little taste of everything on menu. Service was good and is in an interesting former tunnel building at Rotunda. Reasonably priced good food. Tip.....the dips and pitta bread starter is massive and best shared as ws too much for me A very handy location for the SSE Hydro.

We had booked a table for 6 people, some of us arrived early, and staff asked us if we wanted to order for 3 times before our actual booking time, and the other members of the party had even arrived. They forgot a round of drinks. When the food arrived it wasn’t great, fatty bits of chicken on a soggy stale pitta. Waitress began clearing before one of us was finished, took 2 out of 6 plates and then never came back! Then after we finished we were just ignored!

We were booked in for a 5.15pm meal on Saturday 14th September2019. Firstly we did not get the booth we thought we had reserved, and were seated in a very draughty spot one table away from kitchen door. Eventually our order was taken, and the starters were ok. So we sat and sat, and waited and waited. Around 7.30pm and two bottles of wine later, thw waitress asked if we wanted to order anything else, so we told her we were still waiting for our mains!!! the service was dreadful, the mains were awful and cold, I guess because they were waiting so long to be served. We have been to this restaurant before and loved it, but despite a discounted bill, and sincere apologies from the manager we will never go back.

A lovely evening with friends, overlooking the river Clyde in a quirky old tunnel building. Wonderful staff, Jennifer and Gleb, serving small plate style Mediterranean cuisine. They were charming. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and varied.

Jennifer did a stellar job making suggestions, supporting us and providing us a wonderful experience. Gleb has a natural gift and created Taramosalata a greek fish roe dip that was so unique and delicious. Also what an atmosphere and view. Check it out!

First, I would like to say that the service is impeccable. Jennifer is very attentive, kind, and full of knowledge on Mezze's menul We quizzed her on a particular favorite - the Taramosalata - and she spoke to our most amazing chef, Gleb, to divulge the ingredients. Good ambiance in an old building the "Rotunda" that has some great history! I would recommend you try.... it's just across from the Radisson Red!

Enjoyed everything about mezze. The quirky building ,the rooftop views over the clyde ,staff were warm and welcoming ,food and wine delicious and timings of food perfect.The chicken thigh dish and greek salad are new favourites of mine instantly now. Our server told us the place is under new management also . All in all a lovely excellent value lunch. We will be back .Best of luck mezze .

Went here on a 5 pm voucher deal. It was great value. There were 4 of us and we shared 6 dips, very large, and warm pita, chicken & lamb souvlaki, chicken tawa, lamb kofta, sea bass, seafood stew, grilled halloumi, orzo, Greek salad and chips followed by warm walnut cake and baklava. We also had a grass of prosecco included. Everything was delicious and served Mezze style as each dish became ready. The staff were lot. Would recommend Mezze and would return
