Pizza was just really tough going. It's a reasonably priced general takeaway but the simple pizza I ordered was hard work, can't speak for the rest of the menu but that was not great.

Service is socking via phone, staff are unhelpful and rude! My order was wrong as it contained cheese which I didn't ask for, they refused to help as we hadn't specified we didn't want cheese! Even though we ordered food that states nowhere on the website it contains cheese! DO NOT order from here food is Horrible

I have been using this restuarant for about a year now to order over Just Eat. I really love their food and that is why I go back so often. But I will not be using them again they have lost a customer. I did not receive my order tonight I received someone else's and they could say was go to just eat nothing to do with us. I was left with no food and having to find the money to go elsewhere and it was £33 order. What a shame you give a restaurant a good review then they start treating you like rubbish. So very sad for them.

I really like to order from there as the staff is really nice and the food has great taste also my favorite is spaghetti bolognese

I ordered a delivery through just eat, didn’t wait long and the food was reasonably priced. Food wise, I’d agree with a previous review, stringiest cheese I’ve encountered for a long time which probably suggests not the best quality. Cheesecake was nice though. Would I order again? Probably not.

Poor fair, cheese mixture on pizza tasted cheep and chewy. Definitely not a quality mozzarella.

The photo speaks for itself really. Ordered a lasagne tonight, £9.90 Picked it up... tub felt very light. This is what I got, hard crusty parts around the edge, not much mince in it. Not tasty at all. Won't be back.

Ordered a couple of pasta dishes and a pizza for the kids just before 6PM through Just Eat. The app said the food had been delivered at 6:40 which as untrue; it didn’t arrive until 7:55 - 2 hours later. By this time the kids were in bed. They do this so that you can’t cancel the order on the app, so beware DON’T ORDER ON JUST EAT. Naturally, part of our order was missing :(

Unfortunately my order wasn't much of an express job, arriving about an hour later than it should have. I called when it was running about 25 minutes late and was told that it was just going out with the driver, who arrived promptly 40 minutes afterwards even though on Google maps it's a 10 minute journey. Maybe get a new sat nav... The pizza was ok but I struggled to notice the four cheeses as the gorgonzola seemed only to be in the menu description rather than being on the pizza itself. The curly fries were soggy and the thick cut chips weren't much better. The halloumi fries seemed dehydrated and partially mangled but the orange cake was not bad but wouldn't class it as luxury. In fairness they had run out of the ice cream and the driver gave a cash refund at the door. Overall it was not worth almost £40 and I would struggle to find a reason to go back. If I want another Italian job, I'll stick to watching the film!

Don't even think the one star is justified. Ordered from here for the first time tonight via Uber Eats, ordered expected to arrive by 7:45pm, it's now 9:15pm and no order. Phone line constantly engaged and when you can get it ringing, it just rings out. Genuinely wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as it looks like it's a regular issue. Avoid!!!

We were happy that we found a good burger place…until tonight. We ordered our food at 18:30. It is now 22:00: no contact from the restaurant and no food. Tried calling them to see what’s going on with it: out of 118 tries, I got through twice and both times they hung up on me without saying a word. Genuinely sad that we will have to cross this off our list of places we can get food from.

Wish I could give more but I can't. I used to order from this place often but recently its just gone down hill. I live 5 minutes drive up the road and on occasion have waited 2 hours for a small delivery. When you call to chase your order, if you can get through, you get told its "about to leave the shop" then you wait another hour. Food quality has also gone down the pan. Caprese salad used to be amazing, now they give you half the portion with less ingredients but have increased the price. Also, carbonara is now completely tasteless and they don't even use real bacon anymore. This will be my last order as its clearly now a cash grab and a middle finger to the customer. Really disappointed.

Poor service. Placed an order through Just Eat was meant to arrive at a certain time didn't when I enquired about it adjusted delivery time which they again didn't make. IT is now almost an hour since order should have arrived and it still isn't here

Ordené desde aquí hace un par de semanas a través de JustEat. La orden fue 35 minutos más tarde de la hora indicada, pero esperaba que llegara tarde debido a COVID - 19 y muchas cosas para llevar que permanecían cerradas. La comida era hermosa y definitivamente volvería a intentarlo aquí

The food was good and arrived on time. A couple of things all my friends agreed on that would make the food better: More cheesy sauce in the macaroni bake, a better quality of potato wedges with a plain option, complimentary dips and you were a bit heavy handed on the cheese on the pizza (or use a better quality cheese). They are not stingy on their portions. I would probably order from here again.

Horrendous service. Clearly profit before customer service. 55 min wait turned into over 2 hours. 2 missing items. Still taking orders when they cannot cope with the current demand. I seen the delivery driver poor soul looked totally exhausted. I called over 20 times and so did just eat all ignored. Treating customers like that obviously can only imagine what those poor drivers are going through shame on your company. There are vulnerable people needing deliveries, think of that!!! Disgrace won't ever use again

Partner placed a delivery through just eat was expected to be delivered at 6.55pm which was then delayed which is understandable but we are now sitting here 2 hours later from placing the order at 7.55pm STILL WITH NO FOOD! Italian job express not answering the phone to even check how long our delivery will be or nothing. Will NEVER use this place again very bad customer service. If they couldn't take anymore orders should never have accepted the order in the first place!

Have used regularly since it first opened and they gave free garlic dips with their food. That doesn't happen now. Food's usually nice, but last two deliveries have been shocking. First one was around 90 minutes late, second one last week was nearly two hours. The time it arrived, the people that it was for had left our house, so the majority got binned. Ordered through their website both times, and both times their onsite app informed that the food was on its way. Both times it never arrived and each time they seem to turn their phone off, so you can't chase your order. Food decent, delivery a shambles. Not getting fooled for a third time so Little Soho or Dominos from now on.

The food is always excellent. Especially the macaroni and pizzas. My only gripe is I've ordered quite a few times and delivery is almost always really late. Wait time is ok if you walk in though.

What a great place, i got a lunchtime special. A cheeseburger chips and a can for 5.50. Other options available. The burger was tasty, however the chips....... wow. Absolutely loved the chips with a really nice seasoning. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Ill definitely be back Wish there were slightly cheaper options as id be in regularly for lunch along with a lot more of my employees im sure.

I do enjoy a good pizza, a little too often you might say. Recently moved to crow road, and there's a new player to be had. We had a 12" pepperoni, 12" ham and pineapple, and a focaccia and they were all amazing, the most incredible flavours, not to mention the great fired, stone baked taste. These are the best pizzas we've had in years. FYI, I think their website is a little flakey, nothing to worry about but I would suggest maybe ringing instead. Goodbye Dominos, pizza hut and Pappa John's, this family business has my business now.

I have given this place a 5 star before but then got really disappointed unfortunately: my cheesecake came MOULDY (actual mould all over it) so I e-mailed them with photos of it and I didn't even get a reply saying "sorry" yet a refund. So it's 1 star for 0 customer service and 0 decency.

Tried to place order for the second time on their own website. Got there and the same excuse! “Oh website had issues” order not ready (after waiting 30 minutes prior to collection) despite having my order on a printoff on their desk .. joke of a company
