Cafe Serena in Glasgow City

Ordered wings and chips and the wings were dry with no cooking sauce used at all. Ontop of this the quality of the wings has dropped compared to previous years. Few wings were missing from two boxes as well. Phoned in the shop only for them to tell us they will take it into account next time. Whatever that means 🤦‍♂️

Cold seating area, staff got order wrong. Food was ok

Missing items from order, called to complain and was told that the description on just eat was wrong... would not have bought if had known. Staff were not interested or helpful, I have used this takeaway for years but never again...

Absolutely zero star service from the staff. If u want to be ripped off, then go to this shop ....their prices going up every day and food quality & quantity going down day by day .

The quality has dropped here. Used to be ok if not good food but today the kebab was like a leather belt/ tyre. It’s not what it used to be.

Very bad experience. I bought two naans a couple of week ago they were overcooked, almost burnt, and the price were too high. I paid £4 for both naans. And now, 3 days before I bought 2 naans again and this time I paid £5 for both. That's too high for naans

The pizzas are always fantastic and the staff are very friendly. The Chicken Tikka Desi style pizza is our favorite. I definitely recommend checking them out. 10/10

I'm unable to give a review. I had a menu posted through my door earlier today. When I called the restaurant, I was told order was only available via just eat as there was no delivery drivers available. We then ordered through just eat. Shortly later, we received a notification of a refund as there was no delivery drivers available through just eat either. I can't review of the food. Waste of my time.

Delicious Desi-style pizza and nice chips. Delivered on time. Only complaint is that we got pakora sauce instead of garlic sauce with the pizza.

The prices are very reasonable, you can go for it.

Since new owners have came. Food is disgusting. Using cheaper products Chips are always dry and reheated. Pizza is just awful now. Doesn’t even look the same. Chicken pakora was hard dry like a rock. Never eat more than one bite. As a owner seeing this their should have been a refund or a fresh one offered. But nothing.

Many times I have ordered, order is never ready to collect, even when I get an alert it’s ready.

Ordered the chicken tikka pizza desi style with chips and a can of irn bru. Food was fresh, piping hot and delicious. Chips were fresh and crispy, and the pizza was very tasty. Would order again

Meal was OK, more expensive than normal, paid extra 2 x 1.95 for toppings on 16 inch magarita pizza but only received margarita pizza, was as inconvenience so trying to get refund on toppings missed out.

Got rake away to which was perfect but missed two items but still curry was great

We always seem to end up here before travelling back to London. We got their cheese & chips, pizza & a samosa. Friendly service & clean washrooms.

I ordered a pizza through just eat. The order was confirmed and the food was ready very quickly. The chicken tikka pizza was delicious and piping hot. Would definitely order again.

Food is disgusting, burgers are very horrible. I found a hair in my burger. Its more expensive compared to surrounding take Aways and it has the worst food in pollokshields

This place was my favourite in shields, we came after ages just to get peri burgers and chips. The burger was soaked in sauce and chips was not fresh, it was just drenched in oil. We got two meat samosas and they tasted two days old!!! We phoned the guy to tell them and he hung up while I was talking, will not be coming back here again!!! No wonder place was empty Steer clear complete rip off

I ordered first time and the last time because the foood its not good at all the donner is old and without a flavour chips full of oil and the pizza is bad too oily and not good baked i dont recommend this place !

Great service...amazing food...

Ok, the customer service has always been amazing. Staff are very friendly. But today's meal was undercooked. Burger and chips barely edible due to this and I felt really disappointed. £5.50 spent and bit not cooked. How you cant male a burger and chips properly is beyond me and isn't really a good look if you cant even get this right. Also there is plenty of room.for social distancing in the seating area, so why wasnt I allowed to sit inside? Serious room for improvement.

I had food poisoning on Christmas Eve thanks to this place. I’ve never been so ill in my life. Spent Christmas Day in bed and 3 days later I’m still struggling to eat. Vile.

This place definitely deserves 5/5 stars! Food is always cooked fresh, the place is immaculately clean. Staff especially the owner go over and above every time to make sure everything is just as you want it. Best takeaway place by far 👌 food is so delicious!! Manager very rude and makes fun of customers infront of them. Over priced and the kebabs are frozen so not fresh. Poor quality avoid.

We visit here nearly every week for our Friday night takeaway. The food is freshly prepared to order and the staff are very pleasant. We like the kebabs and the karahis. Recommended.

I normally get my food delivered and it is always on time and good quality with great customer from the delivery lady who is always friendly but this time I went to the restaurant because I was passing although the food was still great the owners bad attitude basically rushing the order and it was like he was doing me some kind of favor for free like he was giving me gold not cheese on chips and the way he spoke to his staff was also embarrassing and uncomfortable and for this reason I will never buy or order again from here

Ordered a chicken curry and pizza from here and not only was it delivered quickly but the food was fresh and very tasty and the delivery driver was an extremely friendly and polite lady would highly recommend it

Sadly I have to give 1star in order to write this review. As i walked in da guy gave me that evils Grail. so tempted tae leave but give it a wee bash I got my order so a went tae set Down, then got told to move sit over there so then got told I wasted a bag as was a takeaway...was Constantly Interrupted so I was in the middle of eating pizza a seen a freaking hair in it I felt physically sick no apology offered he was not interested. simply disgusting NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing particular stand out. Burgers and pizzas are a little average.
