We had got our delivery but they forgot poppadoms and chips plus our garlic nan bread was torn to bits before we even opened it we phoned up and the guy on the phone said he’ll deliver them today if he doesn’t get the same postcode he then said because it was far away from them it’s only a 12 minute drive lol so he delivered it 30 mins after we had ate our food which isn’t really good if your ordering for a full house

Finished with this place after being a customer for years I even left a note saying my food was freezing cold can you make sure it’s warm and it still got delivered freezing cold again YOU ARE BETTER OFF ORDERING FROM BBQ KING next door this place gives you one good order then the rest they couldn’t care less as long as they get their money forget you’re sauces constantly aswell after even letting them know they forgot it every other time

Great quality of food. Got 3 pizzas & chips with everything being nice and warm. collected it within the time limit they originally provided of only 20 mins. highly recommend.

Without a doubt one of the best pizza I’ve had ordered from here before and most things on the menu are outstanding, even the chips are spot on perfect. One of the best takeaways and I’d definitely recommend to everyone that’s wanting to try something👌👌👌

Absolutely disgraceful phoned a delivery ended up having to go down to shop tried a phone a 100 times user busy and get to the shop and my delivery eventual gets delivered I then get false deal because it said large king kebab which in actual fact came with about 7 strands of Donner meat the bread tasted like wet dough and the chicken pakora there was three bits salad wasn’t fresh and to add to the bargain this is my first time ordering will never be ordering again order at your own risk amen

I used to like this place but it has been very poor recently. my pizza was undercooked and chips were cold but the main reason I'm giving it 1 star is because of the delivery driver, he kept buzzing my door but wouldn't come in the close when I buzzed, this kept happening and it's because he didn't want to walk up the stairs. I have bad knees and it's an effort for me to get up and down and I paid a delivery fee so it should be brought to my door. never ordering again

Chicken korma was soo good 👌🏻 The pakora and Garlic Nan were decent too. The food was hot & delivery wasn’t that long either. I would order from here again

1st and last time ordering from here. Kebab meat was like leather. Never put cheese on my munchie box despite me paying extra for it. Really poor quality. Pizza bases were hard and not freshly made.

I paid extra to get mushrooms on my pizza but came without why have the options for extra topping’s if youse don’t put them on also the mixed pakora was over cooked and not much in the portion size

Delivery never showed up, called 55 times before answered. Guy said delivery on way, NEVER SHOWED then closed shop. Not happy with this service at all!

Had at least 20 of these when out delivering and always good. Nice people and made quick. Pizza kebabs hoagie and chips all magic.

Will definitely order from here again. The korma sauce is beautiful and the pakora is a great sized portion

simple donner kebab. to soak up the vodka. but so many places get it wrong. kismet consistently delivers on flavour. ive had a few howlers of donner through the years but kismet has it spot on 👍

Chicken salad consisted of wet chicken and soggy lettuce. No tomato or cucumber. chips were supposed to come with salad as stated on menu. Phoned for chips to be delivered and still waiting 1 hour and 10 mins

Oh here we go.... 2 cans missing,1 wrong burger(burger they sent was dreadful),korma just pure water,donner was dried up clearly sitting about for quiet a while so yeahh wont be back

last night (25/9) ordered chicken pakora and chicken vindaloo. unfortunately i received lamb vindaloo in error. i didnt mind as i love lamb anyway but just seems like a basic error. also there was zero heat / spiciness in the vindaloo although the sauce itself was amazing

Food felt/tasted like it has sat all day and night waiting for some mug(I.e Me) to purchase it! I get the place is closing and staff want to go home but if you wanted a satisfied returning custumer you would have given fresh non-dried out food!

Ordered a few times late at night and always deliver. This was the latest pizza order yet at 01:40 but the quality of the food was still of high standard! They always look at the notes and accommate my requests and are really generous with the portions/toppings. Sure they also gave me a 12inch pizza when i ordered a 10. Great service, lovely piping hot food and very accommodating. Great place 👌.

Just really disappointing. We have ordered from here so many times and the food is great. I ordered a madras and having had one just two weeks ago from here I know this was not what I ordered. This was a normal chicken curry with no spice at all. The naan was pretty hard and broke apart and the spiced onions were extremely watery. Not sure what’s happened this time and was going to give them the benefit of a doubt but not really happy considering the price.

food quality was terrible!! checking in bater was soggy I had to put them in my own air fryer to cook properly pakora was the same nan bread wasn't cooked enough was pale dough order was missing chips and when called up they asked what I wanted them to do ehhh well send me them

Pizza was ok, could have been crispier and the chicken didn’t seem like fresh breast. Small soft square cubes seemed like processed chicken. Will order again but probably not a pizza. Delivery time was fine it was on time :-)

arrived to collect food at 1815, as we requested. Gave my name and they said they hadn't started it yet and it'd be ready in around 10 mins ( I was told we selected collection time 1830) I knew this was wrong and I could see a collection waiting behind them. Went to get my phone to check and they'd confirmed it was ready for collection and collection time was 1815. Went back to the shop and told them again and asked to make sure it wasn't our food waiting, turned out it was ours. Food was cold

First time trying this place, the food was truly delicious, but the order being 40 minutes late is abysmal. Will give it a second chance as the food was great.
