Baba G in Glasgow City

Lamb shish was rock solid , chewed for twenty minutes and got fed up, and sore teeth, obviously cooked a few nights before cos it was definitely not fresh, garlic cheese Nan was good but couldn’t finish it after loosing all my teeth eating yesterday’s lamb from a buffalo

Korma was spicy 🥵 pakora was cold and hard very disappointed

Asked for sauce on my kebab and there wasn't any.

Best takeaway vegetarian curries I have had recently, you had paneer, a lot pf places run out of this. Big chunks in the saag. The butter veggie curry is creamy and full of texture, and loads of flaked almonds. Great portion of mushroom pakora. I will be back but may collect the food on foot to burn some calories!

tried this place again for the first time in a while because of issues with the food. tried again tonight and got soggy pakora, onion rings that nearly broke my teeth when i bit into them and burnt chips. pizza was nice but.

Ordered Coca Cola which was described on the menu and was sent Pepsi. If I wanted Pepsi I would have ordered Pepsi. Send what I want not a cheaper version. If I ordered lamb you wouldn’t send chicken so why is this different? Food was lovely chicken cooked perfect korma sauce was so good nice and creamy, and finally the garlic naan was AMAZING also free chips with the order which was an unexpected bonus. I will order again but please send what I pay for and not a cheap alternative. Regards

Second time I’ve ordered from here and I’m afraid it will be my last. Pizza was so greasy. The pakora batter was soggy and the chicken burger was awful. The chips were not bad. Garlic sauce was bland too! Total waste of £20

Got the dryest bit of kebab and was not edible. Chips were soggy and half cooked. First time trying here and last. Popadoms were also soggy

After waiting nearly an hour called the restaurant and was told they try to call me but couldn’t get through. Updated on order showed it’s on the way and then changed to enjoy your food. But there was never any food sent out. Time waisted and never ordering from them again.

Another amazing awesome munch that took me a day to eat 😅 lol, love this place always the best food and no matter what you want you'll find it's one the best you've ever tasted n come back for more ( just like I have for over 10 years or more 😅 lol ) thanks chef Nasir and everyone at Baba GS keep up the good food and might see if your open on Xmas day for my Xmas dinner 😊

Ordered a plain Nan and a garlic nan came instead

Food was fantastic and staff very friendly and professional. I have a dairy allergy and celiac disease and the staff made sure my order was safe for me to eat. They took extra care to clean equipment before making my food and took extra precautions when fishing up to avoid cross contamination. Honestly this place deserves an award the food is fantastic and the service is 5 Stars. Price was fair for what I ordered and I could even see the chef cooking my meal which was an added bonus Thank you :)

Soggy pizza and uncooked pakora absolutely ruined my meal had to reorder elsewhere my favourite Indian restaurant though on this occasion it was absolutely disappointing even garlic sauce tasted off usually beautiful food but sadly tonight was disappointing and really poor quality

Spicy chicken hoggie is honestly amazing, been struggling to find a hoggie that I like since moving to the area and I'm so glad I came across Baba G. It's the perfect amount of food for one hungry person, and it reheats really well in the microwave the next day. The chicken pakora is also great- it closely resembles the pakora from my favourite place before it closed down. Some of the thinner pieces of chicken are a bit tougher to chew, but the big pieces are divine.

Baba G is a great takeaway. Can't understand the bad reviews. People clearly have no taste what so ever. The food is always piping hot, and the curries are delicious. Don't even get me started on how good their chicken pakora is 👌ignore the negative reviews. Honestly, these people are clueless. Just try it and I bet you won't be disappointed 👌

Always a great curry and delivered quickly.

The curry sauce leaked out the polystyrene container all over the bag, and with only 2 bits of chicken, it was a poor show. Tasted great, but only 2 pieces of chicken and hardly any sauce cos it was all at the bottom of the bag was not good enough.

Chips were stone cold and tasted like reheats. The wrap was so wet it couldn’t be picked up to be eaten. Had to be eaten with a knife and fork. Not a great experience at all.

Had to bin the order, the chicken was rock hard on outside and cold on inside - clearly not fresh!

Just had a mixed kebab delivered and the lamb tikka was sour...rang up to tell them so they never gave it to anyone else but the guy just brushed it off and said it was fine.. I've been a chef for 35 years and know it was off. They will kill someone if they continue.
