Cold fries served, poor attitude of.staff. need to have.well paid staff not students.

Waited 2 hours for the starters to come out then ended up with the mains at the same time. No staff member on floor to ask or help.

On arrival we were attended to immediately by staff who directed us to a table and attended to all our needs. Great food drink and very friendly and efficient staff

First visit to Fat Hippo and will definitely be back. Recommend the chicken burgers, crispy coating and juicy chicken.

Pida tenerlo en la pantalla principal y groseramente le dijo a Nooo. El personal no sabe cómo trabajar en los televisores y la gente va a irse tan pronto como el próximo partido de rugby "Francia de Inglaterra" no estará en marcha como el juego del Celta es primero. Pobre lugar, evita si quieres el aconsejado Seis Naciones, OK si te gustan las carreras de caballos y el personal rebelde.

They came to clear my plate.... "Would you like your steak refill?".... Yes, I would love my steak refill!! The beer is absolutely fantastic quality and perfect temperature. The "original" served with chefs snack whilst waiting for steak and frites was delightful! The range of beers is incredible. I could have stayed here all night drinking delicious beer and chowing delicious food!

The place is dead, I make my order, ask if I want anything else, to which I reply “a Fanta and a rainbow cookie, please” the member of staff gets the cookie and finishes wrapping my sandwich. I’m left standing and I say you haven’t given me my drink. She checks and then tells me she’s hasn’t charged me for a drink, then proceeds to tell how much a drink is. Now correct me if I am wrong, is the meal deal not a sandwich, a cookie and a drink?? Should she not have double check if wanted a drink?? It wasn’t busy and I spoke clearly, I don’t understand how this happens. This subway has some of the worst customer service. Staff should be trained better than this.

Went through drive through got home ordered 2 stack meal's one was missing frys where reheated and cold, very disappointed 😞
