First class staff Cleanest shop i have ever been in Management Zain a true people’s person I highly recommend this store

Possibly the worst takeaway Subway ive ever been to, Twice now I have ordered "Toasted" and they fail to toast the sub. They dont toast for more than 5 seconds, certainly not the 15 seconds they are supposed to. Means food is cold when it arrives, bread is not firm. Literally got a refund....order from other subways instead

My Oder was not delivered AT ALL. The restaurant will not answer phone. Shocking

Came up at 8. Could see the worker in there. Gestured to say they’re shut, but closing hours re for 9pm?…

food was never delivered . driver sat around the corner from my flat marked it delivered and stolen my food

I visited sub and was disappointed,and the toilets again where out of use only staff member was using it and so was the other staff member,seen this several on several occasions not good customer care and for disabled people after they have had their sub and coffee.

Asked for steak and cheese got tiniest scrap of cheese and was ignored for a bit it is also super messy and music too loud to hear customers

came in for lunch, disappointed not like your average subway. service is SLACKING. firstly the team member serving skipped me in the que. secondly the place is super messy. another thing i noticed was the cross contamination while my sandwich was being made. My last disappointment was needing the toilet, no sign of out of order or anything that would suggest the toilet was out of use however when i went to open the door there was no lights for then a worker to tell me that the toilet don’t work. won’t be back. AVOID

Steak subs were great, however the meatballs were horrendous. Won’t be ordering them again.

I wouldn't order from this shop again as they just take your money and don't deliver the goods. when you try to complain to the shop they just pass the buck on to someone else

We had reached at 7.55 but staff told they are close.This outlet were supposed to be close 8 such unprofessional behaviour from staff. I am wondering how would subway make profit then ?

Went there at 8.02 am walked away(no one was there) came back at 20 to 9 still not open 5 mins later it was open mabye say you’re opening at 9 then subway ????

Food was fab! Fast delivery and stamp card is a bonus!

One item was delivered out of our order however it had wrong toppings which we can't eat. Very disappointed.

Cancelled my points card , which had about £15 on it with no notice. Said I had to start again with an app . So I have lost all those points. Not a good advertisement for the company, I did enjoy going to subway.

Arrived at 4pm struggling with a baby. Staff member said we couldn’t sit in for no reason apart from it seemed he couldn’t be bothered so we couldn’t order anything.Frustrating that staff are so lazy. I wonder if those managing this subway know what is going on.

Very bad service Where the employee touches everything in the restaurant and then puts the salad on and holds the Italian bread. It is very disgusting. I no longer want to go to this bad restaurant. Bad service, no cleanliness standard They are not clean There is no cleanliness standard

My disappointment with Partick Subway under the Manager Zain's management is further compounded by witnessing non-staff members freely entering the kitchen area to watch a football match, while the manager seemed eager to join them instead of focusing on providing satisfactory service. To make matters worse, I observed Zain denying customers, myself included, by falsely claiming that the card machine was not working, despite having just accepted a card payment from me moments earlier. This blatant disregard for honesty and customer satisfaction only adds to the dismay I feel as a loyal Subway patron. They punched my bill without even asking me to scan my subway points card. When I said what about my points? The manager said we can't do anything about it, it's already punched. Upon further saying that I have had this before and they added my subway card later. I am never going back to this subway ever again.

We received the wrong order, should have been bombay but we received something with eggs?? It's gone in the bin as we don't like eggs

My hubby and I love ordering from here as there’s so many options. Unfortunately today, our drinks, crisps and sweet treats were wrong. The dips I paid extra for were missing and our “toasted” subs weren’t toasted.

Great portions, best subway I have ever had! Only thing that could have been slightly better was chopping the foot long in half, but only a minor issue.

Lovely foot long with ham plus tuna salad. Everything fresh and tasty. Potato skins went cold and hard very quickly and half were inedible. Meal deal good value. Separate dressing for salad would have been appreciated. Tiny scoop of tuna mayo.

Fast delivery, but wrong ice cream.

Bakewell cookies came incorrect and the Italian BMT was missing half of its ingredients

The driver came with the wrong food and i called them up. They said they cannot refund me or send me my correct order. They said I should contact just eat for a refund. I gave the wrong order back to the driver so I am left with no food, no apology and no refund. Absolute awful service. Do not order from here.

Ordered vegan philly and it came without any toppings...waste of money

The ice-cream that I ordered was charged for another one and the juice that I wanted was charged for another one as well but I was given 2 extra bottles of juice as sorry for that I say thank you

Took almost an hour to get here from ordering. I live 5 mins away. Original time for delivery was 1.05, they didn’t start making my order till 1.15, while a driver was already on the way. Food was kind of cold on arrival too.

2 items missing from my order the delivery guy was snappy towards me saying not his problem can you let the shop know I asked but the close door had closed. To one is owing the short order and I paid for it so I will not order from them from now on.

I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was covered in salty sauce. All I could taste was salt-awful! I will definitely not order from you again

All food hot and cold were in bag together, so the cold was warm and the warm was cold. There was also hardly any sauce on the subs. We were given the wrong crisps too. Food was yummy but a bit disappointing.

Ordered a 6" meal. Sub had a sweet sticky sauce on it which I didnt ask for. Sunbites were missing from the order. Delivery was fast. Very disappointing overall

If your item is out of stock, they will just give you whatever they do have. I ordered Pepsi Max and was given Pepsi which I can't drink. Was also given wrong cookies. This has happened before with crisps too. At least the sub was right...

Quick delivery , everything good but drink was not refrigerated it was warm.

I ordered nachos and a sub. I had asked politely if I could have extra salsa jalapeno and cheese ad was a little dry last time. I have just received my order and it's now in the bin, nachos were like mush. There was no Doritos or jalapeno , just salsa and cheese. Clearly done out of spite rather than just doing what myself as a customer has asked for. Disgusting childish behaviour. Will not be back !

Please change your gloves without having to be asked. Toching the screen and doing payments then coming back to my sandwich isnt right.

Several items delivered were not the ones ordered. If the items were unavailable I would expect a call to let me know and give me options rather that just swap randomly
