Tubbees Desserts in Glasgow City

Had to wait 40 mins for a milkshake. They first got it wrong, then had to remake it then got it wrong again. But I was fed up and they wanted to charge me an extra 10p for a second straw. Such bad management and service. No point in going if you want fast dessert

Cake seemed as hard as a brick, but still has another 3 days on best before label? Wont be back.

Food and slush tasted meh did have a nice atmosphere however you shall need a second mortgage at £10 an ice cream

Says my order has been delivered but it hasn’t, ordered at 6pm, was accepted soon after, original estimated delivery time was 6.45, time kept changing later and later, then it changed to say it was delivered but it hasn’t been

Tiolets always out of service and kids always need tiolet up here

Was given a partial order. They called stating they didn’t have Jumbo cups and would put into two standard cups for each slushi. Three drinks arrived. Called and spoke to woman and call disconnected called back four times and each time the call ended

Ordered two Jumbo slush was called to say they had no jumbo cups but would send four large cups. Three arrived called five times to get the other large cup and calls were disconnected each time once the I explained the issue.

A very peculiar place, full of lights and a very different atmosphere from what we are used to. The ice creams are very good and have a lot of variety. Attention is 10

Brilliant shop and so many things to look at

Stopped by here because my partner said it looked great. I begrudgingly obliged. Pretty cool little place I must admit, great idea. However I left incredibly disappointed. Got a large (£6) fizzy slush, filled to the very top of the lid, by the time I'd got back to the car a good 1/3rd of it had gone due to it having fizzed up so much. Sincerely disappointed, complete waste of money, can get a large Tango ice blast at local garage for £5 that doesn't disappear.

Great company. Serve top notch food with the employees directly taking my order with no time waste! The food was high quality for its price and was fantastic. Recommend it. Although I did see alot of liquid on the floor from the ice machines around it. Overall I recommend that you should give this place a go.

You pay for churros and a small tub of ice cream. My order arrived without the ice cream. Not happy.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Staff were very nice and friendly, I got a regular chocolate milkshake and it was decently priced and tastes amazing.

I have to say, I was having a pretty bad night when I came in. When I got to the counter I was in a bit of a mood. I spent my time staring at the floor, because I really didn’t want to look at the really happy server. I did look up though, and I have to say, my angry resolve crumbled, due to the sheer happiness radiating from the guy with the longish hair and beard. That man was the picture of wholesomeness, and I couldn’t help but smile and laugh on the way out. The Nutella cheesecake was pretty good too! Kudos Mister Beardy wholesome man!

This place is a dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth! The variety of slush flavours available is like nothing Ive ever seen before but it didnt stop there! The drinks selection and dessert options made this a definite tourist attraction for glasgow! We had the kinder cookie dough and a slush

Bought some chocolate off of tiktok shop. Chocolate arrived off. Looked awful and went straight in the bin. Complained and was declined a refund even though I provided photos for evidence.

The delivery driver is absolutely useless with zero common sense asked me to come out of my house and walk round the back to the old folks home to meet him he cannot follow simple instructions and by the time he eventually found my house was pointless as my slush had melted never been more disappointed by the service I’ve just revived and I will not be ordering again.

Paramos en Tubbees de camino a casa desde Ben Nevis, con la intención de conseguir un granizado cada uno. Las opciones de sabor eran increíbles y la tienda estaba muy limpia. Weronika era tan amable y servicial, que nos ayudó a construir nuestros granizados, nos dio recomendaciones y terminó vendiéndonos en básicamente todo! ¡Nos fuimos con una masa de galletas, un crepé, dos granizados y un pastel! Ok for a drive-through dessert place. Not much on the service front and the atmosphere is a carpark full of young boys in cars. It is what it is.

Purchased a few items which were nice, only problem I could see was the floors were very sticky but being that they sell slushies I wouldn't expect different. They did have a mop and bucket out which to me says they are aware of the situation. Would recommend and will probably visit again at some point

Took way too long and the food was cold when it arrived. The food was also a mess upon opening the box. The strawberries tasted too sour and the crepe was unevenly cooked - some parts tasted undercooked and some overcooked

Incredible amount of flavours of slushy. The kids were in heaven . The floor is so sticky so that could be focused on keeping clean. And the amount of vapes on sale is ludicrous. Especially for a place that is aimed at young people. Though it is in a petrol station, which is also a bit odd. The kids loved it though all the same.

I’m not happy different flavours were in my slush and I ordered milk away crispy roll absolutely fuming and my slush was half in the bag and never got my milk away crispy roll so angry first time ordering and it will be the last

Wrong item delivered….order an extra large slush, received a large slush

The tubbees side of this business is great and the food is okay for what it is. However, their fuel is the most expensive around for miles. It's best to nip over the road to the other garage as theirs is often more that 7p per litres cheaper. Also avoid on Ibrox match days, they obviously allow cars to park in their parking bays.

hi there my order arrived and I ordered a bueno cheesecakes and cause there was none got sent a cronut it wasn’t nice at all and I’m not happy with my order

Got Wrong ice cream flavour and wrong sauce

The customer service from here is shocking. I had an item missing from my order and when i called the shop the server stated that she would “look into it” and call me back. After 30 minutes i called back for an update. The person who answered made me wait to then hang up on me so called back again for him to say it’s “not their problem” and call just eat as it’s the drivers fault. He continuously interrupted me and gave no apology for the inconvenience. Won’t be ordering from here again.

WORST CHURROS ..1st time experience attending the store as a treat for twins birthday. Waste of money. Handed them back. No acknowledgement or care to refund or give alternative. Just told its on 1 setting. Slushees and ice cream are great though

Great desserts however let down by the wait. 53 minutes is a beyond excessive wait time. The staff had an issue with a machine so they offered us essentially the same dessert as a replacement they assured us it was a 15 minute wait time

Cool wee store at a petrol pump station . Has an amazing variety of slush, foods حلال, American snacks and deserts too! Prices are reasonable and the ice cream tastes so yummy and creamy! Will be back!

Visited last night with the kids to there Ibrox store and was told by a friend that it was best to buy from groupon as its very expensive so saved £6.60 that way and so glad I did because it would of never been worth it. As it was my 1st visit there the girls in the shop were so friendly and showed me what to do and the kids mixed the different flavours into the cups. There were so many different flavours and a lovely sweet smell to the shop when I walked in. I'd definitely visit again with the kids and would also recommend to use groupon too to save a few quid.

I ordered a crepe and waffle and instead of a waffle I got churros. I do like churros so it's not really a problem but I was looking forward to a waffle to be honest. If there was a reason that food can't be made, please tell beforehand! Other than that the food was good! :)

Took over an hour to arrive. Slushes were okay the crepe was rock hard that you couldn’t eat it. Order a bag of fizzy mix which I never not. Wouldn’t get a delivery again

Iqra supervisor very rude when we asked to return an undercooked crepe. She said are you sure it’s undercooked it looks like all the crepes we give out. I said it’s the worst crepe I’ve tasted to which she replied well are you sure you just don’t like crepes. Avoid this place the customer service is shocking. She eventually saw sense and offered a refund as the queue was building behind us.

Ordered slush, cookie dough and ice-cream came to over 20 pounds received a tiny bit of cookie dough no ice cream and no slush!!!!! Tried to call for last 20 mins constantly engaged!!!!!! Bump their customers then phone off the hook!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!

Ordered sweets on the tuck shop online. Cancelled my order without any reasoning, no response via email either! Product is still in stock online. Ridiculous won’t be buying again from here!

Watched the map and the guy was sitting down the road from the shop for over half an hour. Then took half an hour to go from there to drop off, by this time the slushies I ordered had turned to juice, total rubbish man. Love tubbees but delivery driver was at it 100%. Tried to blame it on traffic but there was. I thing when I checked google maps

Mini road trip made us visit, lots of choice, not as expensive as we thought it would be. Floor was super sticky but I'm guessing that's down to the slushies. Red velvet cake was top notch too. Assuming the garage attached is all part of the same business, where the vape juice is and the till leads to a bottle neck, it was just pandemonium and not a good experience.

Visited last night and this place has went downhill very quick. Behind the counter was disgusting and machines looked like they needed a good clean. The seating area was covered in ice cream and general rubbish. Our cookie doughs were freezing cold and the churros were burnt. The chavs behind the counter were too busy carrying on to care. Defo not worth it. Even the slush was over Iced. More water than syrup. Avoid

So basically,my dad has spent 105 pounds in tubbies and the lady behind the counter gave me one bag when there support to be two and tell my dad that there’s nothing there this is ridiculous start telling us that we forgot a bag instead of us driving all the way home !!!🙄😡😡😡😡
