The ice cream I had was very nice, and the price wasn’t too bad. The floor was as sticky as expected, but it wasn’t terrible.

WORST CHURROS ..1st time experience attending the store as a treat for twins birthday. Waste of money. Handed them back. No acknowledgement or care to refund or give alternative. Just told its on 1 setting. Slushees and ice cream are great though

It was a great experience going into get these, huge choice of slushies and some great flavours. To be honest though staff were rather unfriendly.

Great desserts however let down by the wait. 53 minutes is a beyond excessive wait time. The staff had an issue with a machine so they offered us essentially the same dessert as a replacement they assured us it was a 15 minute wait time

Brilliant taste, vast variety and cool ambience

Cool wee store at a petrol pump station . Has an amazing variety of slush, foods حلال, American snacks and deserts too! Prices are reasonable and the ice cream tastes so yummy and creamy! Will be back!

St James park , 2G2G bags , a filthy out of date can of Doctor Pepper baked beans dated March from a dessert shop ?! An out of date packet of jellies & a brick hard cake 2 days out of date !!! Absolutely disgusting & very questionable!!

Love all the different selection of slushies, all the american food and the prices are reasonable.

Iqra supervisor very rude when we asked to return an undercooked crepe. She said are you sure it’s undercooked it looks like all the crepes we give out. I said it’s the worst crepe I’ve tasted to which she replied well are you sure you just don’t like crepes. Avoid this place the customer service is shocking. She eventually saw sense and offered a refund as the queue was building behind us.

Wide range of products. Boba tea is phenomenal. Have all imported stock which is awesome.

Updating my review to give 2 stars now. The place is severally under staffed at busy times, I'm waiting 20 mins for a scoop of ice cream People ordering after me getting served before.

Ordered sweets on the tuck shop online. Cancelled my order without any reasoning, no response via email either! Product is still in stock online. Ridiculous won’t be buying again from here!

Mini road trip made us visit, lots of choice, not as expensive as we thought it would be. Floor was super sticky but I'm guessing that's down to the slushies. Red velvet cake was top notch too. Assuming the garage attached is all part of the same business, where the vape juice is and the till leads to a bottle neck, it was just pandemonium and not a good experience.

Visited last night and this place has went downhill very quick. Behind the counter was disgusting and machines looked like they needed a good clean. The seating area was covered in ice cream and general rubbish. Our cookie doughs were freezing cold and the churros were burnt. The chavs behind the counter were too busy carrying on to care. Defo not worth it. Even the slush was over Iced. More water than syrup. Avoid

So basically,my dad has spent 105 pounds in tubbies and the lady behind the counter gave me one bag when there support to be two and tell my dad that there’s nothing there this is ridiculous start telling us that we forgot a bag instead of us driving all the way home !!!🙄😡😡😡😡

I was passing by today and really fancied a milkshake so thought I’d give them a try. The assistant was obviously not happy in her work and the music was that loud I couldn’t here what she was mumbling. She pointed at a menu which had no milkshake prices on. What was on the list was way overpriced anyway. I asked her again what milkshakes there were and she just mumbled some more. I ended up leaving. My advice is to sort out your menus, cheer the staff up and turn that racket down - it’s not a nightclub!

Has a lot of different slushies, great snacks and American snacks & drinks to try, it's pretty busy and expensive but service is quite fast.

Don't order from the tic toc shop they sent the wrong items and by there own admission this happens all the time but all the customers are trying to pull a fast one. It's impossible for them to make a mistake, shocking customer service be warned film your self when you open the box. I tried via tictoc and have been advised nothing can be done

Has a massive choice of slashes and American candy situated in a garage so also loads of other choices and of course fuel

Great place for desserts. Gets really busy so make sure you're not just doing a quick stop by. Great variety of slushies been a few times and will be back again. Since my previous review I've been back again and they have more selection.

Selling prime for £10 is rip off day light robbery when they are sold alot cheaper through other places I have even E-mailed prime CEO about this because ur asking over price for a drink can't wait to shut you down and sue ur place of work

23/12/22 says its open at 11am it's nearly 2pm and it's not been open

Although we enjoy going here as a treat occasionally, it's very overpriced, staff all look miserable. Our last visit, place was well staffed but we waiting almost 25 minutes for a shake.

I went here for ice cream and before ordering, I asked the server if any of the ice cream have gluten in them and her reply was 'huh'? I then asked to see an allergen chart and someone else stepped in and said they don't know where it is! For anyone who has severe allergens, the allergen chart should be available to see at all times! The staff definitely need more training on allergens and just general customer service.

While visiting family in glasgow, we went to tubbees in Ibrox. I am amazed at how many slush flavours there are!!!

Kids love going but I just can’t help thinking the prices are a bit ridiculous. The amount of variety for the slushes is great and the desserts are brilliant too, I just think it could be a lot cheaper for families with young kids.

Really tasty slushes, only fault was that they have paper straws, and I’m all for using them to save the planet but then charging you 10p for another when the straw breaks is a little annoying :P

This is place is insane the variety of slushie when you are only used to an option of two. Tubbees has at least 20 different flavours. I opted for a waffle. Ice-creams and other cake items available.

Nearly £3 for the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Watery. Burnt beans. Tasted awful. Do not buy a coffee from here

Travelled from fife not the first time to this place and will definitely not be returning. 12 year old picks up wrong box and opens when home to discover its wrong one . So i went to swap today to be told i cant as youse dont do that or even refund. The manager told me the people who deal with this is day off and not to be disturbed... in stead your customer has a bunch of teens basically laughing at them . I have a hand written reason to why .... 12 year old pickes worng box . Everything is in the box and sealed . This is a complete discrace that i will be taking all the way . All wrong in everyway .

Was disappointed with my visit as they didn't have ice cream (paisley road west location). It was the reason I went. Slushees are good and they have a very wide range of desserts and American sweets.

Promoting obesity and sugar addiction this place is absolutely awful. Took my kids as I didn't know what it really was, never again, a fast food place that only serves 5000 calorie desserts? What horrible place. Can't believe it was so bad.

If you have a sweet tooth, love slushys, or sweets from the USA, this is that place to visit. Huge selection of slushys in every flavour imaginable I ended up on Dr Pepper flavour. Really friendly staff and helpful.

Was told to visit this place from a friend who had followed them on Instagram! 81 flavours of slush! Prices were abit high but we got 1 and tried a few flavours. Beware floor is very sticky! 🤣

Mad selection of slashes, ice cream cakes and sweets. Not as expensive as usual for American candy. Inside garage with other facilities and clean toilets. Easy parking as a bonus and staff helpful and friendly.
