The pizza was really nice such an amazing experience for me

Paid for a double decadence. No sauce in between the bases. Just 2 thin bases stuck togegher. Thats the first dominos I've had in ages. And it'll be the last. Also the chicken wings were cold

Such an amazing experience for me. i am an autstic mute and ordering for me is normally so difficult but today it was perfect. I dont know the name of the man who took my order all i know is he was a short man with brown hair he also had facial hair working at 16:30 on Thursday 18th April- this man needs recognition. I walk in and within 30 seconds i am asked how i can be helped i show him the written note on my phone explaining my communication barrier and my order. After reading the note from my phone he started putting my order in before asking me if i would like a different size as it was £1 cheaper however he asked in a way that allowed me to answer by moving my head saying "would you like this size it is slightly cheaper" whilst showing me the box. He told me it would be 10 minutes hover the pizza was ready in just under that time and as i left he told me to have a good day. He was very patient and this was amazing service!

Ordered 6 pizzas. One missing. Been told in 20 minutes was going to arrive. Never received the pizza and now they won’t answer my phone

The way u I got my order was utterly disgraceful. Pizza looked liked it was thrown into the box. The topping was all over the place I have taken photos and I'm going to put them on your pages on Facebook to show people not to order from u ever again. How can u take peoples money and send food out like it has been thrown all over the place.

A bit slow they talk alot whilst your pizza is there waiting to be picked up..

If you alter anything make sure to phone them to make sure they read it. My pizza was inedible to me.

Disgusted with the service this has happened 2 times when ordered a veg supreme and noticed pepperoni and hot dog slices on my pizza!!!!!! Specifically asked for a vegetarian halal requirement!!! Never will order from here as cannot trust the workers!!!

Pizza was great. Thought they forgot coke but Daniel the delivery driver remembered it and brought it to the door when lots of drivers would have just drove away. Great service.

I order via the app. Acceptance of orders is very fast, immediate execution, waiting and collection depends only on the length of pizza baking. Pizzas are always well-baked, tasty and consistent with the order. The service carries out the order very quickly. The application informs you at what stage the implementation is. From the moment of baking to delivery by the delivery service - the pizza is still hot and the delivery time is really short. I ordered 3 large pizzas for a family of 4.

Count yourself lucky if you get any toppings on your pizza, an absolute disgrace. "2 pizzas + 2 sides", or did you mean 4 pieces of bread that lost the toppings during the delivery?

Absolutely disgraceful don’t even cut the pizza proper then when you go to pick it up you get half a slice crust is always Burnt will not be recommending to anyone

Ordered 2 double decadence pizzas that had very very little sauce between bases and very scarce with the tomato sauce on top. Ended up with 2 arrid cardboard esq pizzas for £26. Gutted as it's put me off ordering again

Ordered a pizza first they couldn't do half and half then after 25 mins I went back in looking for my order they only cooked sides and didn't even start cooking my pizza order

Refused my order for a collection, they don't take cash!!!! Even after the pandemic 😂 come on Domino's what is wrong with hard cash?

Opted for the collect by car service as didn't want to enter the store due to covid reasons, waited outside for 20 minutes without anyone bringing my order, no option but to enter the store, very disappointed with the collect by car option.

Totally disappointed!!!! Don’t ever order from there 🤢🤢 I waited for my order 2 hours ! Phoned them to check what’s happening with my order and the girl said it still needs another 30 minutes at least (ps already been 1:30 minutes ) thes food was awful and arrived freezing cold !!! 0 customer and quality service

Second time in a row they have mucked up my wives pizza. Ordered online so have the order same thing twice NO BACON and twice in a row bacon at least the first time they remembered the sweetcorn this time they didn't very important you remember to check your order I forgot too as I thought surely they won't mess it up this time

Came into the store for a collection on Monday, staff were excellent and very polite especially two boys in particular made sure I got the best deal possible will definitely be coming back again.

Drove all the way down from Kirkintilloch to pay £20 for my order only to find that a couple of my wings were missing out the box and the wedges appeared to have been dipped in jobby. Still ate them but they didn't taste too good 😤 Missing irn bru n aw! I'll stick to Goodfellas, thank you very much.

The place looks good from the outside. Inside its more of a kitchen than anything else. Pizzas were too greasy for me and I ended up with a sore stomach.

Love this dominos - always drive to get my food from here. One of the staff Sophie is always so friendly and makes my food perfectly. A great and bubbly lass. One critique, one of the boys (think his names Jamie?) always seemingly standing on his phone a peak times, whilst the rest of the staff are working hard.

The person Cameron who took my phone call over the phone was a real good lad who worked hard and went out his way for me 10 outta 10.

Staff here are so rude they didnt even approach me in a friendly manner and i waited like 10 minutes for them to take my order as they ignored me when i walked in

Went in just after 5pm & ordered by 1 get 1 free, garlic bread & wedges. I went into the other shops & came back around 15mins later to find that my order was still showing 11mins. Noticed that there were numerous delivery drivers coming in & out while I still waited for my order. When I was finally told my order was ready (this was after the delivery drivers had been handed their orders), I noticed the garlic bread was not included I asked what had happened to be told “oh it’s no been put through” now I repeated my order several times when placing it. I have since noticed that I have been charged for 2 pizzas instead of buy get one free. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt at the time as it wasn’t working properly & I live several miles away to return. Think they really need to get their act together, maybe have some staff dealing with online orders & others dealing with inshop, also should maybe program their tills so that offers automatically come through. Can say it’s not a place I will be returning to anytime soon

l actually work for Domino's and is a very good employer to work for if you can be reliable they let you work the days that suits you but you have to be able to work out of your finishing times due to the business needs but over all it can be very rewarding.

Just ordered a two for Tuesday's pizza tonight and honestly it was awful! There was next to no cheese on it and the meat looked funny! I'd give this no stars if possible! I'd have phoned that store, but whats even the point. Waste of money

Order didn't arrive after 47 mins, I called store spoke to Rio. Who talked over myself and I stated this several times . Being the customer I felt he was NOT WILLING TO LISTEN , HE TALKED CONTINUALLY THE SANE THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. H was on speaker so the rest of my family could hear him. All I got from this call was the driver for the very 1st time called the mobile number that was logged to our account by my teenage autistic child from the day the store opened .Rio said he called the number as a security as per protocol. Which has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE . They got no response so no delivery. I can honestly say that my girls have grown confindence from ordering from this store over the time they have opened and succefully had there order arrive without ever having a call. The store is 2 streets away from our address. This I honestly can't understand the mobile number maybe wrong and it is my autistic child that logged the account from day 1 , but our ADRESS IS AND HAS BEEN THE SAME FROM THE ONSET AND ALL OUR DELIVERS , have been successful up until this date. I am extremely upset as to the way this was dealt with by the store manager. At the start he stated that the delivery could be rescheduled or refunded, I was upset that the manager of the store was not listening to me and I did say that it was to be cancelled. Rio came back with several times he could re deliver or cancel in the order.Rio choose to cancel. As a loyal customer, I feel I was bullied and felt intimated

Incompetent at taking your order over the phone , had my orders messed up twice in a row. When I brought it to there attention they told me I would have to pay and wait another half an hour, not good when your family are hungry.....
