By far the worst food and biggest rip-off we've ever experienced. Ordered two chicken wraps (£7 each) with chips. Got them home to discover 4 tiny pieces of chicken in each wrap, with a little lettuce. The wraps were about 4 inches long and were inedible. Everything, including the chips, went into the bin.

Staff were awesome and friendly. It was my first time and I felt very welcome. Ordering was simple service was quick. Food was not my favorite. Took a bite of my pita and the chicken was slightly pink and black. Quite a rubbery texture just could not eat it. Sides were mediocre mac n cheese was my personal favorite.

When I'm in the UK, I go to Nando's 🤤 My go-to: half chicken, medium spicy, coleslaw for a tangy change and the piri-piri fries.

We had dinner there, although some of the dishes were spicy, mine was not spicy, some of the ones on the menu are a bit spicy, so those who are not used to them think they are very spicy.

Had friends visiting from Portugal and they wanted to try Nando’s. We got there at around 9:30pm and asked for a table of 3 but were refused a table as it was too late. What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. It’s embarrassing that people can travel the world and order food late into the night and you come to Glasgow and it’s like going back in time. Personally I will recommend anywhere but Nando’s from now on. A truly disappointing and embarrassing experience.

Food was great, ordering via the app takes some getting used to as a German. Courteous service. Not cheap, but tasty.

A quick stop for a pre theatre lunch before visiting the Kings Theatre - which is just a short walk away. The food was great, served quickly and tasted great. I like the fact that Nando's publish all the nutritional info and you can dine-out and still choose healthy options if you wish. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is well laid out. I am not a big fan of the online ordering system and would prefer regular table service, but that is just personal preference and wouldn't stop me returning.

Waited 45 minutes to be told the food wasn’t even cooked yet. 12 people in the restaurant. So not exactly busy. Day was a Wednesday at 2000 hours. Rude staff who didn’t even care for the wait.

Idk which raggedy creature was on opening shift today but count ur days. Are u miserable bc you get no action or bc ur tun tun is wide and dry? Why’re the chips half filled, why’re the wings dry?? I scheduled my order hours ahead, before opening, doesn’t mean make it as soon as you see it pop up. Everything was cold and soggy. It’s a literal 5 min ride away so the distance isn’t an issue and the last time I ordered everything was perfect except giving wrong flavoured sauces that I didn’t complain about Idk what put you in a bad mood this morning but you probs deserved it, I hope it happens again & again❤️

Never usually as busy as other nandos so never had to queue. Really great and friendly service and food is top quality.

First time eating at a non halaal nandos and the staff were exceptional in spending time making vegan and vegetarian recommendations, credit goes to Kalena and Lauren. First time trying the chickpea and spinach pitta, was delicious. Thankyou for an enjoyable dining experience.

Literally every time I order from them on Deliveroo they never include the sauce for the chicken. This has happened 4 times now. I don’t want to spend £25 on dry chicken with no sauce.

One of the better Nando’s I’ve been too. Had an amazing server her name was Kalena, she was super friendly, one of the best people I’ve ever met, so attentive. She looked amaaaazing in her stripey shirt. Highly recommend!

It was Nandos. Like any Nandos in the planet. Once you walk through the door you could be in any single one of them in the country. Did what Nandos do. Great grub. Expensive. Steady and safe. Mac n Cheese side was a delight though

We went in last night it looked busy and they quickly sat us and food came quickly and it was amazing and I had the chicken chizo buger it was amazing and mac and cheese which Was very good add to the menu for me and vegetarian's love all my food.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Nando's! As a vegetarian, I truly appreciate their menu options. The halloumi and mushroom pita was a delightful choice, and the garlic peri-peri sauce added a burst of flavor. The staff were incredibly accommodating. I'll definitely be returning for more.

Very tasty food, well done. Boneless platter is perfect for two hungry people 👏 Pasta de Nata was fantastic.

Lovely place pity about the decor ,I understand what they are going for but a nice bit of preparation to every bit wood would do a grand job in the decor! coming from a painter!

This was not the first time at Nando's. Food and service is fantastic. But the place needs a good scrub! This branch for sure.

Doubt this location represents the general standard, if so I can't see how they stay open. Tried it with my girlfriend after hearing about the chain numerous times. We shared the roasted pepper and feta starter and the ½chicken with chips and garlic bread. After discovering that it was indeed our plate that was waiting at the counter for quite some time while three waiters was just chatting in the bar, it made sense why the garlic bread was hard to chew and the chicken too dry though marinated in a lot of sauce. The periperi/herb hot sauce was just bad and we got given both our starter and main course before having to ask for our drinks. Probably not trying Nando's again.

I ordered the butterfly burger and it was nicer than I expected. Good quality chicken breast with veggies in a Portugusese roll and the lemon herb mayo alongside with peri spice was a kick. Spacious and bright place.

Planned in advanced to celebrate a special occasion for a friends outing today, was inconveniently met by unpleasant service, undercooked food served at all different times which obstructed the agenda we had initially planned. Overall, terrible experience and won’t be back unless apology is issued. Shame, been coming here for years.

Ordered a collection, was only meal for one but by the time I got back to my hotel I realised they had left out one of the sides I’d paid for. Shame, I missed the coleslaw!

Food was good and the choosing the of spiciness for your dish was a good option but the service was flat and bland. Restaurant was quiet so food was reasonably quick.

Although this is very bad, but this waiter is very impatient, we ordered a set meal to show him the picture, but only ordered us chicken and main food, whether it contains a soft drink set, I was told that there was no, but there was obviously a self-service drink. Dinner was very unpleasant and the portions were small.

Had the double chicken burger with extra hot sauce, and peri peri salted fries. The chicken and fries were cooked to perfection. The sauces, however, shouldn't be called extra hot or extra extra hot as they barely raised a tickle on my mouth. I found that if I used the extra extra hot sauce with the peri peri fries that the flavour became almost too salty. That's the only negative. The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive as well as always smiling which was a refreshing change to see.

Had the mushroom and houlimi pitta....looked a bit boring but tasted great. Service was fast and friendly.

Nandos is one of my to go to places, they never disappoint you in taste ans portion size. They did forgot my order a couple of times, ngl, ended up eating by myself after all my friends finished their plates lol.

Food looked good but wasn't tasty at all. Chicken was super dry, salad smells like a fridge so it wasn't fresh like they said.

Service extremely slow. Could see most of our lunch sitting on a counter top for almost 10 mins before I got waitress to check.

Staff were very friendly, food was lovely. Nice atmosphere.

Shocking service tonight - ordered 2 meals through the QR code on the table and only 1 arrived, waited 20 minutes and wasn’t even checked on by the staff to see if we were waiting for anything… shocking. I went up to ask what was happening and was told there must have been a technical error on the system and only sent 1 meal through but charged us for both?? I didn’t eat my meal as I was waiting for my partners to come which never did, cancelled it, got a refund and left. Absolutely shocking. Staff don’t check on tables or ask if we’re waiting for anything and it wasn’t that busy. Missing food from another tables meals behind us also, just seemed to be a shambles tonight. Definitely will not be back in this branch. Not usually one to complain, especially when I work in hospitality myself, but that was totally inexcusable.

Nandos turning away custom on a quiet Monday night, with over 3 empty tables. Telling us there would be a.30 minute wait. Oh well..

Best Nando’s about!!, my boyfriend and I go to this Nando’s about 5/6 times a month staff are great and so friendly, today my boyfriend ordered the wrong thing (his fault) and staff took it and changed it without even being asked. Great service see use next week.

I recently order take away from here and what’s I found chips are so cold and my half chicken is not grilled properly this is my first time in Glasgow and what’s I get in returns from nando’s

Good service, friendly staff. Food is nice and a good variety on the menu. I had lunch with my daughter. I had butterfly chicken breasts with two sides, fries, coleslaw. She had a burger with extra sides, garlic bread and halloumi on her chicken burger. I had a can of rose wine which was lovely, she had a bottomless Fanta. All in £37, which I think is expensive for lunch but it is the city centre of Glasgow. Handy for shopping. Would recommend if you love chicken and don’t mind paying a bit extra for a big lunch.

I took my team out on day out to crazy golf the into Nandos after. There were 15 of us. Seated quickly- ordering on the app was easy and convenient and food was fast and fresh.
