Ive never eat anythong so bad in my entire life

Just received delivery 30 minutes late from expected time. I normally go to shop to buy and get food and wouldn't wait as long. The chicken loo warm this disappoints me as I travel the same distance and its normally hot.

Portion sizes are quite pathetic for the price hoghee had 17 chips, last time ordering as this has been noticeable in recent orders

Bought a " Large " mixed pakora for £8. Boy was I disappointed! This was by no means large. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of it now. Terrible value for money. Avoid.

Visited the take away last week, staff are very lovely and polite. Food was amazing definitely will recommend it to my friends.

Curries seem to be back. Not tried them yet. pizza ok. cheese heavy.

Normally really nice.. but have just waited 3 hours for a delivery they put the phone down on us when we tried to call back they continued to say 5 mins

Been using this takeaway for years and the standard of service and quality of food is fantastic, one time they missed an item on the order and was only to happy to correct it on next visit, thank you.

Hoagie Wrap and a juice for £7.50, really tasty and great value for money. Staff were nice enough to let us eat inside too due to the rain. Excellent service and food.

This place has been my go to takeaway place for a while now, l can highly recommend, food is lovely, portions are great and the service is excellent. Just polished off a chicken tikka tandoori, it was awesome. Keep up the great work guys.

Iv been using Barbecue palace for years and never had any problems until last monday 15/3/21I ordered my usual kebab pizza but also a kebab and onion rings for a friend. Also extra cheese on my kebab pizza, it turned up on a Monday over an hour and cold, No cheese on the kebab pizza, WELL NO KEBAB ON PIZZA EITHER, called and complained and was told I’d get 30% off next order, emailed twice now and no reply

Ordered a hoaggie. What turned up was a sad looking chapati with a few chips, a dribble of melted cheese and a couple of bits of meat. They were late delivering it and forgot my drink. An absolute joke and complete rip off. Won't be back.

Excellent as always. Loved the vegetable curry. Top marks to this place, the portions are great, love how they do all the salad and sauce separately with kebabs and how items are all put in brown paper bags. Best place in town hands down. Would love it if they done a donner and chicken shwarama mix kebab though as that's not on the menu.

Generous portions of lovely grub at a decent price. What's not to like?

Food was amazing. Fresh and warm and came faster than expected. Chips were missing from order called shop, straight away no problems.said would send them out within 10 minutes arrived roasting hot and fresh. No complaints about any of the food. Will definitely be back again.

Ordered for the first time last night and definitely wont be the last. Moved to the area 10 months ago tried lots of places but this is without a doubt the best. Portion sizes were great, meat was so fresh and food was piping hot. Looking forward to the next one 😁

Food arrived late, was cold, no sauce for the Pakora which was ordered, when I called them to express my dissatisfaction I received awful customer service, I was told “ we are very busy dear” - won’t be ordering again!

As a regular takeaway that we order food from was closed yesterday tried barbecue palace for the first time by chance. ordered donner kebab it was amazing!!!So happy we have found this place. Defo we will back again.

Never had a bad meal here the foods good

Been going here since it opened. New owners in the last year or so. Never seen such bad and rude service. The owner misunderstood the order and started shouting at me in front of other customers. Few months ago the order was wrong, rang them, the owner was a bit rude. I decided to give them another chance. After this incident I won't be going back. This is not the way to treat your regular customers. Even a member of staff was apologising to me but the owner never did and kept on smirking.

Great guys but don't reduce size got a Turkish kebab and not as much chicken as usual.

Anoche conseguimos una caja de munchy de diez pulgadas y para 7. 99 fue de gran valor. Pakora de pollo, verduras y setas. Un pan nan con un montón de carne donner. Puedes elegir entre donner normal o donner de pollo. Chips, ensalada, salsa pakora y salsa donner. Nos alimentamos dos de nosotros y realmente lo disfrutamos!

Me mudé al área y escuché sobre este lugar muchas veces, así que decidí intentarlo.ordenó el kebab de Donner desde aquí, se me entregó muy bien como lo pedí, porciones grandes a un precio razonable y excelente servicio al cliente, no hay nada más que pedir. gracias un millón de chicos

Got two kebabs delivered but no kebab sauce arrived. Very disappointed. The salad was nice and meat seemed ok but you need the sauce.

Odio este lugar, pero a mi Sra. Le gusta cada vez que entro. Tengo la sensación de que el personal tiene una disgusto distintivo hacia todos los clientes. . . La comida es muy extraña, el servicio promedio es un teléfono basura completo, un pedido para recogerlo y les garantizo que no comiencen a cocinarlo HASTA que aparezcan para llevárselas totalmente insustanciales. Al igual que muchos lugares, tiene cero competencia local y tiene miles de casas en su área. La falla más reciente fue que pedimos una caja de munchies y les pedimos que dejaran dos elementos. . . adivinen qué llegaron a casa y han incluido ambas cosas. Al personal no le importa por qué deberían hacerlo si hay tantos clientes en el área que alguien siempre reemplazará el comercio perdido.

Awful waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When eventually arrived the burger was raw. The kebab meat was freezing. Phoned to complain was told they would send another burger out. That was 40 mins ago. Was told it's a handmade burger so should be like that. Personally raw blood dripping out the middle burgers doesn't tend to be something I would eat. Also not up to food safety regulations. Definitely would not recommend and will not use again.

Llamado aquí para una llevar a cabo, pedimos una hamburguesa y patatas fritas para mi esposa y para mí shish kebab. A mi esposa le encantó la hamburguesa, hasta ahora tan bueno pueda pensar. . . Pedimos salsa para el kebab con salsa, que no parecen encontrar su camino a la bolsa que celebró el llevar a cabo. Cuando descubrí este llamó a casa y después de 2 horas y varias llamadas telefónicas, finalmente recibí no 2 porciones de salsa, pero sí lo habéis adivinado 1 salsa. No volveremos como servicio ha ido cuesta abajo. Podría haber ido a Turquía y vuelta rápida.

Waited over an hour for food , when it got here half was over cooked so much so had burnt through the plastic tub , and the other side was pink in the middle. Very disappointed would not reccomend

Order wrong, again,as usual poppadoms paid for but not delivered. Mistakes far too frequent and delivery on occasion can be ridiculously long. Food OK but not worth the hassle

Outstanding meal last night. Ordered tandoori mains and they were brilliant. Told my sis in law to order tonight and just as good. Well done. Best I've had in south side.

Wrap was solid, Chicken was slightly undercooked Chips were either soggy or burnt

Use this take away regularly but was bitterly disappointed in tonight's order. Was over 20 minutes late and quality of food was poor. I am putting this down to it being busy but that doesn't justify it!

Asked for a curry but got the Korma, no harm done as that is what I normally order, just fancied a wee change!!!

The service from here is absolutely ridiculous! I paid for an order through my card which was accepted and I recieved a confirmation email detailing when it would arrive. An hour and a half had gone by and the estimated delivery time was changed twice and saying that it had been delivered and I was still waiting on my food. I called 4 times and the man in charge was rude, did not want to help and was saying he hadn't received an order I had already paid for and was unwilling to send out another order. I am disgusted and will never use this place for food again.

Absolutely disappointed with orde considering the general consistency. Veg pakora under cooked - chip under cooked and chicken consisted of considerable amounts of cartilage.

Ready for collection within the 20 mins stated. Staff were a disgrace, the woman behind the till swore after discovering the hot plate our order was waiting on (including the salad) was HOT. After we got home the sause was wrong, the ceylonese was un recognizable and the kebab was dry and cold ????? Never again

Order from this takeaway often & would recommend it. But don't select a delivery time on the app. I had confirmation on my email it would be delivered at 8.45, but it wasn't fed through & was delivered at 8.10. Extremely disappointed as I had friends over & the food was delivered before they arrived. We were compensated from the restaurant with more food, but put a damper on the night as just eat can't communicate with restaurant.

not happy with my order as it took over 1h25min to arrive (only live 1.5 mile away) and and one of the items that i had order was missing. this has not been the first time that my order has been very late/ wrong, so will be the last time that i order anything from BBq palace. the food is alright though.

Normally I really like the food from here but after waiting nearly 2 hours (50 mins passed expected delivery time), the food was Luke warm and we had gone off it by time it arrived. Attitude from staff wasn't great and asked us what the problem was after complaining! Poor delivery driver had taken abuse from several houses due to delivery times, poor man didn't want to go to people's doors!! Poor poor service and delivery!

waited almost hour and a half and the restaurant is 5 minute away.

Ordered pizza deal. Arrived after an hour. Pizza was burnt to a crisp. Not nice at all so threw half of it away, only ate the other half as was starving. hardly any topping either even though I requested double cheese and spicy chicken. It's put me off going back.

Came an hour ten mins later and was cold. Delivery driver revving his banger of an exhaust up and down the street looking for the house for 5minutes waking up half the street and never even apologised.raging after a 12 hour shift!!!
