This was never the case and they definitely lacked in customer service a little before I did not want to write a negative review of this place as I go often but was always a little apprehensive about the customer service which they have definitely fixed. The food is nothing short of delicious. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic spices, making every bite a delightful journey through flavors. Whether you’re a fan of classic shawarmas or the perfectly grilled kebabs, you won’t be disappointed.

Strange environment, got weird looks from staff members, one of the waiters was trying to bribe a customer into paying with cash “cash is king” it’s the man’s choice to pay however he wants to pay. But the main issue was the lamb shawarma wrap was not nice, the lamb shawarma chips and salad is a rip off, they barely gave me any chips and lamb meat, and were even stingy with the salad. You need to increase portion size and not be greedy. You’ve lost a first time customer

Had a bad experience. We ordered chicken and it’s turned out to be mixed one. And they the Asian manager didn’t agreed to that although we have shown him the bits in side

Brilliant food, away in Glasgow for the evening and tried this place and didn’t look back. Food comes fairly quick and the waiters are polite and happy to help. Parking outside street parking shouldn’t be too much of an issue. If in Glasgow I’d would 100% make the visit.

Cant fault this place - first time we have tried it since the refurbishment and absolutely loved it. Food was fresh and tasty, exactly as you would expect from a great shawarma. Big portions and reasonable prices also! Service was great, cant remember the ladys name but she talked us through some of her favourites from the menu as we were so indecisive. Love the music (not too loud and the tunes were great) and the place was very clean and well decorated. Will definitely be returning!

We came here with high hopes. The decor and back room was nice. However, after the waitress took our order, we waited ONE HOUR - I asked the staff what the delay was. They completely forgot our order, even though they could see us sitting and waiting🙁. The food arrived within 10 minutes. By that point, the experience was ruined for us. The food was decent but نانەکم بە گیانی نەکەوت.

This place imo is the best eatery on the paisley road west prices are very reasonable and the food is always amazing and plentiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone as a must try.

WOW where do I start... the food is bang on every time I visit. My family and friends thank me so.much for letting them know about this food place... THE WINGS are so juicy and tasty... Wow! We chose to visit shawarma grill on a Saturday evening and we were not disappointed! My husband and I shared the platter for two, and had a soup each to start. This was a party in our mouths, the flavours were outstanding! Every piece of food was cooked to perfection and so much of it! (The chicken wings in the mixed platter were to die for!) The staff were very polite, friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is stunning, very modern and tasteful. We will return here again in a hurry. 5*

Visite regularmente la parrilla Shawarma para un shawarma de cordero y arroz. Nunca he tenido una mala comida de este lugar y el servicio es siempre de primera categoría. El tazón de sopa de cortesía al sentarse complementa la experiencia en gran medida. Recomendaría también el Ayran para después que es fresco y se puede ver que se está haciendo.

Best place for Arabic food in Glasgow

We have been regular customers for a few years now. We always have been pleased with everything, hence kept returning back. We always place the same order: pizza, whole chicken and hummus. Our recent experience was short from good enough. To begin, the whole chicken was dry, barely eatable. The hummus was grainy and sour. Nothing like the smooth hummus we usual enjoy here. The pizza dough was thin unlike usual thick base and the doner meat on top was dried up. The service was very poor. The server struggled to understand basic English and did make a few mistakes with our order. There was no check up on the table either. We had to ask for plates and tissues ourselves and asking for ketchup got us garlic sauce instead… oh and don’t get me started on two rooms serving the same menu but yet at different prices… not sure if we will risk coming back again😩

Just back , we had the mix platter for 2 and extra hummus, absolutely brilliant, cooked to perfection and the staff were lovely too.Cannot wait to go back.cheers guys.

Fuimos por el plato mixto para 2 con hummus extra y de principio a fin la comida estaba absolutamente deliciosa, todo cocinado a la perfección y el personal era muy amable y atento.
