I visited this restaurant/take-away in January 2025 after it was recommended by a friend. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Ordered a chicken Shwarma wrap to go as I was travelling back to Edinburgh. Watched some of the food being served and it looked incredible. Really gorgeous food. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Yesterday at lunchtime the last time I eat in that place, after years that I eat there almost every week, I feel sorry for the owner because he is a wonderful person. I tell you, going to pay the usual dish of 13/14 pounds and a can for two I have always paid 30/32 yesterday they charged 40, when I asked for explanations I was told that 7/8 pounds more are the supplement for having eaten in the internal room, I have eaten other times in the internal room without paying any difference and if I really have to pay it I would at least like to know before I sit down, that said in addition to serving me the burnt lamb shawarma 40 pounds for two a dish and a can no way!

Ayer a la hora de comer la última vez que como en ese lugar, después de años que como allí casi todas las semanas, siento pena por el dueño porque es una persona maravillosa. Os cuento, yendo a pagar el plato habitual de 13/14 libras y una lata para dos siempre he pagado 30/32 ayer cobraban 40 , cuando pedí explicaciones me dijeron que 7/8 libras más son el suplemento por haber comido en la habitación interna, he comido otras veces en la habitación interna sin pagar ninguna diferencia y si realmente tengo que pagarlo al menos me gustaría saber antes de sentarme, dicho esto además de servirme el cordero quemado shawarma 40 libras para dos el plato y una lata de ninguna manera!

Primera clase es todo lo que puedo decir, sin duda el rey de shawarma en glasgow, primera vez que he estado y no estaba decepcionado, me había llevado un cordero un pollo shawarma wrap, el servicio era rápido y educado, no tenía que esperar una hora que estaba listo en 10 minutos, pan plano muy bien preparado que puedo ver conseguir horneado, carne tierna, buena ensalada fresca y encurtidos crujientes en el wrap y salsa de chile con un buen calor, en general muy impresionado Voy a tratar de sentarse la próxima vez el menú se ve increíble con lados muy bien preparados, vi algunas chuletas de cordero saliendo que se veía delicioso, definitivamente vale la pena una visita aquí, buena relación calidad-precio también

Beautifully decorated place. Food was okay, ordered a shawarma and specially asked for lots of sauce but felt this request fell on deaf ears, so it was abit dry.

I was staying up near the hydro but wanted to have something a bit more authentic than anything offered by the eateries up there so found this place on Google maps and decided to walk down. Only a 10 min walk. I was expecting good things going by the menu online and it did not disappoint. We shared the mixed platter for two and it was next level good. The quality of the food and the portion sizes were both spectacular. The complimentary soup to start was so tasty also. Staff all friendly and attentive. Everywhere was clean as could be. 10 out of 10 from me. Great job guys. Doesn't sell alcohol I believe which wasn't a problem for me but worth noting. Worth a visit and I will be back.

It was the best quality food I’d ever had during 2024, particularly the mixed grill was the one I loved, all meat was moderately cooked! Really a huge thanks to all staff in the kitchen and garçons as well.

The past 5 times I’ve been here, the order has been wrong. Each time I go over what i would like to order to be assured they know what I want and STILL GIVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. Keep going back cause the food is good but the service is terrible. This is what I got when I ordered chicken pieces cooked with salad and rice… a shwarma wrap… not what I asked for

Strange environment, got weird looks from staff members, one of the waiters was trying to bribe a customer into paying with cash “cash is king” it’s the man’s choice to pay however he wants to pay. But the main issue was the lamb shawarma wrap was not nice, the lamb shawarma chips and salad is a rip off, they barely gave me any chips and lamb meat, and were even stingy with the salad. You need to increase portion size and not be greedy. You’ve lost a first time customer

Brilliant food, away in Glasgow for the evening and tried this place and didn’t look back. Food comes fairly quick and the waiters are polite and happy to help. Parking outside street parking shouldn’t be too much of an issue. If in Glasgow I’d would 100% make the visit.

Cant fault this place - first time we have tried it since the refurbishment and absolutely loved it. Food was fresh and tasty, exactly as you would expect from a great shawarma. Big portions and reasonable prices also! Service was great, cant remember the ladys name but she talked us through some of her favourites from the menu as we were so indecisive. Love the music (not too loud and the tunes were great) and the place was very clean and well decorated. Will definitely be returning!

We came here with high hopes. The decor and back room was nice. However, after the waitress took our order, we waited ONE HOUR - I asked the staff what the delay was. They completely forgot our order, even though they could see us sitting and waiting🙁. The food arrived within 10 minutes. By that point, the experience was ruined for us. The food was decent but نانەکم بە گیانی نەکەوت.
