2023/11 At £24.9 per person for the hotpot and BBQ (drinks not included), this place is about £5 cheaper than other all-you-can-eat hotpot spots, offering good value. However, the BBQ stove was stuck on the highest heat setting, and the staff didn’t seem keen on fixing it or moving us to another table. Overall, it’s still a decent experience. I’d come back, hoping the stove issue gets sorted out next time.

Hotpot is good, the problem is they only have one server to bring the food, takes a while and sometimes never arrives

Not a normal restaurant setup so confused by the ordering system with little explanation by the staff. Food was tasty but not wow. Some items ordered never showed and drinks did not appear until the end of the meal.

This place is amazing 👏 Came here with my mother and one of my kids and was definitely not disappointed so much food and free refills on soft drinks everything was so well presented and easy to prepare! Staff were so helpful and friendly and we will 100% be back! Double hotpot and BBQ pit £22.99 each person and £2.5 for free refills soft drinks. And if you run-out of something they just bring you more and more! I cannot explain in words how much folks should try this place!

Understaffed, tables were not cleaned timely and very messy. Air is frowst. Foods are delicious.

Lamb stew extremely oily, spicy & boney (the one at jays bar&grill is amazing). Bbq bad a lot of cumin & was chewy - the special chicken broth was so bland that we had to add our own things to it. Overall jays bar and grill is the superior hot pot and bbq place - you can refill your own drinks rather than wait on staff.

Always glad to have a hotpot here. The best hotpot in Glasgow :) Every food is fresh and I never had a stomachache after eating here. Usually I felt sick after eating in some restaurants in Glasgow. Highly recommend here!

Had booked a table for two and went during lockdown in August 2020. We found it difficult at times to get the attention of the staff for requests and the staff weren't really attentive when it came to refilling your drinks either. Although the restaurant did take less booked customers, one of the staff seated a customer right behind me and was later joined by a friend so social distancing was completely ignored. Restaurant still accepted walk ins so the restaurant was later pretty packed out. For a restaurant that specialises in hotpot, they don't have an airflow system in place to counter the amount of condensation on their windows so all the windows were dripping in water plus you walk out smelling like an oily kitchen. Would only accept cash, clearly not declaring appropriately by the looks of it. Would not go back again as the food was not that good either, lack of options and availability of food items. Plenty of other alternative hotpots restaurants to go instead.

I am surprised this place doesn't have more reviews yet. It looks new and beautiful on the inside, the woman who works there is incredibly kind and helpful at explaining hot pot and making suggestions, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Definitely worth a stop for lunch or dinner for the experience.
