Got a delivery. Chicken smells of and tastes of sweaty feet / cheese. Straight in the bin.

my driver has stole my food or gave it elsewhere as I have not received anything and it says delivered

Came 30 mins before closing time and told us they were closed.

half my food missing plus the guy picking it out his bag because bag burst absolutely abysmal

Food never arrived, I understand that it’s a just eat driver issue but for you to run a takeaway service then claim 0 responsibility for food your receiving money for is quite frankly appalling and unacceptable, precautions should be put in place to make sure drivers are delivering food to YOURE customers, also to be told that drivers are constantly and consistently doing this and then nothing being done about it is shocking

DO NOT EAT HERE…!!! WORST EVER Black Rooster Restaurant …criminal they call are allowed to call it a Black Rooster…!!! Got home from Great Western Road Black Rooster with the ‘Hot’ wings (that are Awesome from Dumbarton Branch)… Sauce was neither hot nor pleasant…so watery…reckon it has been watered down… I actually called to complain…and after being told I hadn’t bought them from there…(30 mins after when I got home with them on carry out)…then after going back and forward on the call…they admitted I did buy from there…but their sauce is not watery… You judge from pic…!!!

When we got our order the soft drinks had spilled everywhere and soaked the bottom of the food bag so when the courier handed it over all the food dropped out. The half chicken meal was also so disappointing. Wasn’t half a chicken - was tiny.

Food never arrived! They not only stole my food they stole my money! No refund or food avoid at all costs

Delivery driver took far too long to deliver, food was cold and he also went to the wrong address and was very rude when I corrected him and eventually admitted he was wrong .

Order never showed up although it saying delivered shop was very unhelpful had to repay for my order not happy at all left instructions incase driver was lost totally disgrace once again

Staff were nice enough, place was clean... The food however wasn't good, chicken was cooked well enough and fries were good but we got the 10 piece strips with mango and lime sauce - which you'd expect to be fruity, sweet and fresh tasty but it was sickly and made you feel sick eating it so only half were eaten... I got the bbq sauce chicken and was ok, nothing i couldn't make better at home though and paying this for a meal you should expect better. Next was the price and at £33 for 2 meals like that at pretty much a fast food place isn't good so won't be back.

Chicken burger- delicious. Chocolate cake- shocking portion, won’t order it again. Just under £5 for that size hmmm!

Got order wrong - only 2 customers in - absolutely shocking. Shocking - bunch of illiterate workers who cant read a receipt and put the correct order in a paper bag under zero pressure. Food average. Avoid

Ordered at 1pm , waited over an hour before phoning the restaurant, was told that there was no drivers available, told them to cancel it, tried to do the same on app, sent an email to inform just eat of this, driver turned up at 4: 30 pm with the order, told him I refused to take it as I told the restaurant I was cancelling, just eat then decided that on a £26 order I was only entitled to a 15% off voucher for my next order!! Won't be happening on just eat ever again! Just eat Customer service is an Absolute shambles

Ridiculous amount of time to wait on a delivery. Ordered at 16.04hrs and it arrived nearly 2 hours later, absolutely freezing chips on arrival and the drinks spilled everywhere willNOT be ordering again.

Didn’t arrive at all and instead of replacing was told to contact just eat, who say they’ll respond in 7 days. That’s is no use to anyone, restaurant or just eat should take instant action, not leave you without food or the money to replace it. Not good enough. I am diabetic so this could be dangerous if you are relying on those carbs and cannot replace the order there and then. Not happy.

Over an hour for it, absolutely disgraceful. Secondly the food was cold. I am really really disappointed.

Order was 3 hours late, freezing cold when it arrived too, phoned the restaurant and was refused a refund or any info about why it was so late and said there was nothing they could do which is unacceptable and very disappointing, I asked if they could at least cook the food again when the delivery driver decided to show up and was told no, so obviously the food at been sitting for at least 3 hours when it was delivered to us.

Food arrived 45 mins late and completely cold.

I ordered a home delivery through uber eats. I ordered 4 items and received 1. I mean I can understand if they forgot to cook 1 item or something but they forgot to add 3 whole items. .... I suppose I should be happy they didn't forget my salad (the one item that they delivered) but I really wanted some chicken, from a chicken shop. I had to order that from a different takeaway

It’s all pretty good and delivered on time. But 25 quid for a meal for one is way too expensive. It’s actually mental when you think about it. No chance I’m buying again at that price. This was a one off!!

Hi there, the fries were very salty and one of the Burritos didn’t have the extra cheese slice that was ordered.

Was over an hour and a half late, when food came it was stone cold. Not good enough when am paying money for this.

Asked for plain chicken strips, extra mild chicken burger and plain fry. All came spicy hot. absoloute joke and waste of money, oh and never got my ice cream!!

The guy at the front with a piercing has the worst attitude & customer service skills!! So unwelcoming!! If I didn’t have hungry kids with me I would have left!! Food is SOOO DRY & I asked for HOT there was not an ounce of spice or flavour tasted! The fact they charge for ketchup sachets is a joke! Even at that I was busy eating with kids & asked if I could get a few and I’ll pay on the way out but the guy huffed and puffed and refused until I paid first. Iv already paid a £50 bill which was so high for what they give, you don’t think I would pay the 30p? Place is a joke avoid it trust me.

Ordered two pita meals and was cold. The chicken was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed for £14 a meal.

My Tubs of sauce exploded on the way to me and made all the food soggy and inedible!!

Driver didn’t follow instructions properly and went to wrong street. When he eventually did get to my flat he handed over a drink that was spilling all over the place. Yet another incompetent delivery person.

Never received the food or a refund. Highly disappointing. My kid was left hours late for dinner waiting then I having to go make something after non arrival.

Food was horrendous. Chicken over cooked. Chips were dryer than the Sahara and the wrap was more like a mini roll. So disappointed and I have used many time before and really enjoyed.

Sprit was fizzy water, all containers where placed in the bag upside down causing all the food to fall to the bottom of the bag

Food was cold, waited 2 hours for delivery and food was all over the bag. Clearly no care had been taken and when called they were very unhelpful. With it being a rice dish the whole order ended up in the bin as clearly had been sat for a very long time therefore making food unsafe to eat

Hot sauce pot wasn't sealed and leaked all over everything in the bag and my meal was missing the mozerella sticks. Other than that the food was okay but its been better in the past. Arrived early which was nice.

Want to say, the chicken and chips/wedges were great, happily have again. However, we ordered Fanta, and instead got Coke-Cola, which was flat. We also ordered dip, but when the food arrived the tub was open and BBQ sauce was over everything which was disappointing.

Sorry food was minging! The chips tasted stale even though they was hot, the sauce mild tasted like washing up liquid wouldn’t order again

Waiting time for food is near criminal along with the prices £11.90 for a basic chicken burger meal can get a proper meal from a restaurant for those prices don't forsee the place remaining open much longer.

Places an order to collect, which seems to be the best wait to avoid having to wait in the shop. I got the burrito with curly fries which were both great and very filling for £10. Prices seem quite reasonable when compared with other takeaways in Glasgow West End. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a variety of chicken dishes.

Worst customer service ever received, waited over 20 minutes for a burger, staff too busy talking amongst themselves, had to ask 2 times for the order and after all this they missed the fries in the order.

I was charged for food, but when. Arrived was not given correct order! Also stated I was allergic to straw if I could have a can instead! Did not get! And always seem to have a problem when ordering only from this branch! Will not be ordering again!!
