We recently visited Nando's on Waterloo Street, Glasgow, and overall, it was a great experience. One of the standout features was the prompt service when ordering via the app—quick and efficient, which made the dining process smooth and hassle-free. The food was delicious. The chicken wrap was perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken butterfly was juicy and cooked to perfection. Among the sides, the broccoli and corn on the cob were flavorful and added a delightful freshness to the meal. However, the creamy mashed potato was a bit of a letdown—just ordinary and lacked the rich taste or smooth texture I was hoping for. The £40 bill for two felt fair for the quality and quantity of food we received. It’s definitely better value and taste compared to most burger chains. I’d be happy to return for another fast and tasty meal. Nando's continues to deliver where it matters most: flavourful food and efficient service.

Placed order before 4pm for 5:15pm delivery, arrived at 6:20pm. Garlic bread was dry & tasteless, crab arancini were tiny & cheesecake was the only thing that was hot, it was melted into mush! I could understand the delay if food was actually done right, awful all round! Would have done zero stars if possible!

Decent portion sizes at an affordable price. Food was made fresh and served to table. Wonton soup broth was a little bland but the pork wontons very flavorful. Beef Udon noodles were plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend eating in (I think some of the more negative reviews are delivery related). Would eat here again if back in the area.

Stopped in here on a Friday around 5pm to meet a bunch of friends. The place was packed out but we eventually found a corner where we could stand and talk. Bar service was okay but to be fair they were very busy. I ordered a coke with no ice however I couldn't drink it as it was like syrup and incredibly sweet. Been here before at different times, it's a decent pub but best avoided on a Friday/Saturday night unless you want to feel like sardines in a can.

Met my sister here last night, we both decided to have the 2 course festive menu. Both ordered turkey, all I can say it was extremely disappointing. The vegetables were cold as was the Yorkshire pudding. Decent portion of turkey and the pigs in blankets were only warmish. Waitress coukdnt have been nicer and the manager offered free dessert. We took one between us the salted caramel profiteroles. They were also mediocre, you expect pouring chocolate over this dish but it was set chocolate over each profiterole and the chocolate tasted cheap. So because we took only one pudding the manager said he would also give us our coffees complimentary - fine. Then the bill came . . . £64 quid !! We had also had a soda water and lime a non alcoholic beer and a coke. It was a.complete ripoff £64 quid I nearly fell out my seat. Thus is the second time, and last time I'll be at the tickled Trout. The food standard has dropped dramatically but the prices for what you get are astronomical. Also the 2nd time I've been in here and it cold, it's not nice to feel cold whilst eating dinner. So wait staff are lovely but they really need to look at the cooks, won't call them chefs as I would hope a chef would know how to at least serve a hot dinner.
