Delivery took 1 hour . We ordered 2 subs and a foot long cookie and the cookie wasn’t in the bag. Plus my sub wasn’t even toasted. A staff member called me to say that they had to make it with hearty Italian because they had no honey and oat, which I don’t mind, but she waited till it had been delivered to call? What use is that, what if I’d said no? And she said ‘the delivery driver must’ve taken the cookie out the bag” the bag was sealed with a sticker tag so it was obviously the shops fault.
the food was freezing. the restaurant is less than a stone throw away and it was Baltic by the time it got here , that must of been some d tour absolutely disgraceful
The food was very tasty and felt soo good in my tummy. I would definitely recommend to all who like to eat the finest dishes in the town!
Bhavik was very friendly and had knowledgeable information about the pizza.

This place is awful. Booked online as advertised a courtyard for drinks. Filthy, offered seats facing a black wall. Tables were filthy and sticky. Toilets were beyond disgusting not even a toilet seat. Left before we even ordered drinks.

Decided to take a very late lunch and went over to the local subway, a street away from the office. There was a particularly rude woman who was just tapping on her phone as i walked in. She had mentioned to the colleague serving that i was not allowed to eat in the store and should take my order to go - i wasn't going to eat in the dingy store anyway. Her attitude was awful and if she doesn’t want to work there, she should quit. Terrible customer service and Subway should do something about her - it is driving customers away
I have ordered from here for YEARS. Nearly every weekend. And always sang their praises.
Well tonight I received the worst costumer service of my life.
Firstly my order was wrong because it had no sauce on it which quite frankly I don’t want to eat it dry, so I simply called and asked for a replacement as it was already getting cold and I did not want just a tub sent to me.
They were shouting at me, calling me a liar and saying there was sauce on the kebab and then changed their mind and said actually we put a tub in. Nope you did not.
After a lot of back and forth and explaining I’m a Loyal customer, nearly every weekend. They then said ok we will send a new order to you with sauce on but it might be a while the driver is busy, that’s fine. Which I then learned that was also a lie.
Nearly 2 hours later no order. I called and he shouted down the phone you weren’t to get another order we told you that. Which I said well that’s a lie you said you would send one out. I explained I have just finished a busy 12.5 hour shift in hospital, I’m pregnant and I took your word and now your telling me you lied to me. He was not empathetic, couldn’t give sh**.
So whatever staff you have working tonight. Learn manners and how to deal with customers because you’ve lost one. And genuinely upset me.
