Subway in Glasgow City

I ordered at 1.20 and it didn’t get here until 2.50, my food was cold and I phoned the restaurant asking what was happening with my order and they hung up on me. I am extremely unhappy and won’t be ordering again from here.

Food was frozen cold and soggy 😞 delivery was delayed many times so disappointed with our order

they have changed the meatballs didn't taste great can't believe how much prices have went up was over 30 quid for two foot long subs and it didn't taste nice in the slightest won't bee ordering again was as well as going shopping making my own

Imagine ordering a subway tuna and the tuna is missing 😭😭😭 i just realized there’s no tuna at all when i’m home and took that first disappointing bite. The same staff also messed up my order last time, i asked for meal set and the staff charged me both subway and cookies as ala carte. It’s a simple order yet they can’t do it right?? Not coming back!

Missed off one of our items - disappointing considering the food was tasty and delivered on time.

The two subs were absolutely freezing and went in the bin!!

Food incorrectly prepared, and when presented with proof the refund was denied by this restaurant, they actively fought against it knowing the food was incorrectly prepared. If you don’t want food incorrectly prepared I suggest you do not order from here. Choose another subway restaurant. This one should be shut down, incorrectly prepared food and lying to deny a refund is a redline.

Preordered meal at 4:45pm to be delivered at 5:45pm, I get the food (Cold) at 7:10pm. Deliverer also got lost and rather than try to find me, he sat there for 10 minutes whilst I tried to message him on where to go and got no reply.

delivery missed items, and included the wrong items, the nachos wear burnt and had basically what i can only describe as a teaspoon of salsa.

Salad was lovely but ordered a costa can and they gave me a coke zero don't like them

The nacho chicken bites keep coming cold, do these never get heated? They feel rubber when I heat them at home. Second time will not order these again

The worst subway I’ve had and the duke street one is my favourite one to go to, on my sub there was no veg just lettuce and sweetcorn no mayo like I requested, the nacho chicken bites are frozen not edible at all, is someone having a off day???

Who ever was working on Saturday night need to go to specksavers, can't read a simple order or use a knife, Subs look like they have been karate chopped!

Ordered the footlong submeal and left a few delivery notes which the restaurant followed. They didnt have the sauce i wanted, or the cookie i chose but they left a note to let me know and gave me 2 other cookies. Thank you

Twice i have had items missing from my order from this shop! Never ordering from here again! Absolute joke! Also asked them not to put tomato sauce on my sub as there was no option for this and they did! Clearly they don’t read the notes!

I ordered a 12inch subway and all I got was a 6inch subway!!!!

It doesn’t matter how many times I order from this venue, and also leaving them a comment they always get the order wrong. Missing food items etc. Time to change venue

The Food arrived late compared to what was originally states. The food it was cold and the vegies had a strange taste, probablly were a bit out of date?!...

Delivery time constantly pushed back. The food arrives cold and the “bread” is so tough even the dogs wouldn’t eat it. £22 for inedible food what an absolute joke. The cookies in the last few hours have also been hard and inedible I think this shop needs to look at their food quality.

Absolute terrible service I ask for lettuce and the women gave me two bits I’m starting to wonder if you guys are rationing.Terrible.As a 14 year old customer I feel treated as a kid and not a customer and get treated with 0 to little repsect I think yous need to remeber it’s coming out of my pocket not yours. Also when I get it toasted u only give it 15 out of 30 seconds which is plain ignorance and when I ask for extra 15 seconds u give me a dirty look .

Very bad delivery man kept going back and forward on my road and not dropping it off once it past 25 mins be decided to drop it and say “here you go “ not once didn’t apologise for being later j don’t like that which is why I wouldn’t order on here again

I’m not well and the driver called me outside my flat to come outside and get it. I explained I’ve just had surgery and can’t and they just made the whole process difficult they waited awhile before pressing my buzzer. I get walking up 3 flights of stairs is annoying but I would have tipped for it. Not now however.

Ordered 3 meal deals: crisps selected for all of them not added. Not happy.

The staff is friendly & polite.Really quick at serving. Makes you want to come back again. And they have the best tuna. It’s always so fresh and nice.

You delivered my order to wrong address and still charged me not right

Place was full of flies. The server used the same gloves to handle cash, then proceeded to make my sandwich up. I won't be eating anything from that place again. I want to live no basic hygiene.

Took ages to find driver and then driver was driving all over the place when viewing on map feature

the delivery took over an hour in total (when said would take a maximum of 30mins when first ordered), one of the sandwiches ordered were vegan however came with beef instead of the vegan patty, wedges were quite cold too (colder than expected as the drive was only 10 mins away). the app as well said the driver was at the restaurant for at least 30 mins and didn’t update even when the driver showed at the door

I ordered two Turkey Breast & Ham, Footlongs for myself and my brother. Both came toasted, when not requested to toast. They also lied to Just Eat staff saying they did not toast it, to dodge a refund. Disgusting service. Avoid ordering from here. I was a loyal customer to this specific subway restaurant, good way to lose loyal customers by lying to just eat staff over your mistake. Dishonest, Lying, Scamming restaurant. I also filed a complaint to both Just Eat corporate and Subway corporate about the mishandling and poor experience.

It's good for what you're asking for nice and tasty and you get what you ask for.

The delivery took ages although this looked like they were struggling to get a delivery driver. When it did arrive the sub was stone cold and pretty much a congealed mush.

Food was delicious and the delivery driver was very cheerful and polite!

A bit surprised when I saw the sandwich how it looks on menu and what I got.. two different things... wouldn't recommend..

2/3 of the order had missing or incorrect items

Food was freezing. We were being lazy and getting delivered for ease but we are literally a 4 minute drive and when I say freezing I mean it had to put it in the oven when it arrived. Never had a problem going in person to the store but delivery is not the way to go.

They didn’t have any of what I ordered left so they sent me something else but I would’ve just fathered a refund.

It felt like it had been in the fridge already made up no sweet chilli sauce either this is the worst I've gotten from subway never again....
