Absolutely disgusting, had food poisoning, and the woman was i rude staff had dirty gloves on they don’t change them cost living but people health is at stake by not changing the gloves regularly poor hygiene, disgusting food smell. The coffee was absolutely horrible waste of £6 10 had had stomachache as soon as it at the food, and the woman was in the Nile. It was the food that made me ill, because I did nothing else where scam people out money hope they get shut down loads people complaining here even the shops farm food was complaining. The guy said he had food from here, and he also had a dodgy stomach. And blamed others they horrible here taking advantage of the tourist avoid this place rude staff and won’t pay my money back consumer has a right to get the money back the food was disgusting she didn’t acknowledge it and said she kept on saying not them when it was her responsibility to change the gloves. She didn’t ask just dirty woman she needs locking up. I’m taking legal action against them poor hygiene standards in the shop given me Doggy stomachache avoid avoid this place poor hygiene standards The woman did not have a clue what she was on about rude disgusting person and asain lad stood by her side speaking for her also rude person no respect for them at all just money grab easier if you value dignity and your health, avoid this situation horrible people the food was rotten and she still. Tables were not clean one door was nit working for entry or exit it was locked and not sure how will this affect if fire starts in the kitchen next to the exit. Service was not great , wr felt as we were disturbing their time and when ordering things on the chrismas menue we werr looked as if we were ordering an alian .. my kid loves it but that is what it is

Totally uninterested in serving me. Did not bother to ask if I would like my footlong toasted, sprinkled the extras on the sandwich so reluctantly as if they were pearls and diamonds.

Standard subway fair although lady after me ordered veggie meatballs and I'm not sure she got the non meat version, so might be worth double checking with your sandwich maker! Other than that, great!

The queue (of 2 people) took forever. The nachos chicken was disgusting. The coffee and hot chocolates were also rank.

Always find the staff nice and hospitable in here. Also nice and quiet for sitting in; even before the Covid pandemic.

Unfortunately, after years of happily using this branch, I was served rotten tuna on two subs on my latest visit. Very clearly the food was not properly refrigerated and had gone off. The guy who served it either didn't care, or must have no sense of smell whatsoever. We had to stand outside waiting, due to covid regulations and it took 10-15 mins to receive the food. (I later wondered if the food had gone off during the marathon time it took to prepare the subs). Nothing seemed amiss at first, out in the fresh air. But, when driving home (inside an enclosed car) I gradually became aware of an exceptionally revolting smell, to the extent I worried I had stepped in dogs dirt. However, a dog would likely be offended, if you suggested its excrement could possibly smell so badly. It didn't take long to identify the source of the smell as coming from inside the plastic bag containing our subs which, of course, were completely inedible and fit only for the bin. £12 wasted. Even the wrapping paper was absolutely howling and baulk-inducing. The server was very lucky we live several miles away and did not have time to return. Wont ever be back here. Avoid this branch if you care about good service, hygiene and avoiding food poisoning. I'm very tolerant of mistakes and mix-ups, (which we all make at times), but there was no excuse for this absolute disgrace.

Friendly staff member and dependable, predictable Subway fare. Healthier choice than Dominos!

Fast service, always piles on the ingredients and as always, the food is great. Short term parking can often be had just outside the door if you're lucky!

It's not the people, it's the food. It's just a bad sandwich. Apart from maybe the breakfast options, with so many other good choices around I'm not sure why you would go.
