Subway in Glasgow City

Decided to take a very late lunch and went over to the local subway, a street away from the office. There was a particularly rude woman who was just tapping on her phone as i walked in. She had mentioned to the colleague serving that i was not allowed to eat in the store and should take my order to go - i wasn't going to eat in the dingy store anyway. Her attitude was awful and if she doesn’t want to work there, she should quit. Terrible customer service and Subway should do something about her - it is driving customers away

Used to love this place for lunch but portions recently have been awful. Today watched server fill scoop then shake 1/2 contents out....asked for double and did same again..can barely see the chicken. Challenged it and got blank face. Won't return in a hurry esp when competitor 5 mins away.

The service attitude of the staff is very bad. Very impatient when informing product information. And at 4 PM to the end of the order, was told not to eat in the store. The attitude of the staff is terrible.

One staff clearly didn't know how to complete the order process politely and efficiently, very poor service attitude, had to repeat a sentence three times before she understood. Had to get help from other staff to complete the order.

This is the 2nd time they have left out my drink which I paid extra for. Really unhappy

I did not even receive my ordered and got marked delivered. I tried calling the Subway branch, no answer.

Ordered salad with chicken, cheese and sauce, with various salad items. Collected and brought back only to find it was only the salad items in the box. Almost £8 for just lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onion.

I placed an order from 9: 55am and I haven't gotten the order till. I put a call through, No one is picking it up. Too 👎

Nice & friendly staff but portion sizes are smaller compared to other subways.

Came here for the egg cheese and hash brown breakfast sub but was told it didn't exist and could only have sausage bacon with egg. Did not make sense.

I would like to ask for a refund as my Doritos weren’t chilli heatwave they are burnt and will not be eating them. yous have also forgot our juice as well terrible service will not be ordering from here again

Google says subway is open at 7am on Sunday but they're closed on sundays

Poor experience for my first time using just eat. I ordered 7 subs for only 6 were delivered. Very disappointing as naturally someone had to then get their lunch elsewhere.

Great lovely lady who works in here, always makes my hot chocolate with love! She makes this subway! She makes it with milk if that helps identify who I'm talking about. Small girl! Brilliant member of staff!

£13.60 for a foot long, small juice, cookie and crisp is not bad when it includes the delivery price. But if you dont have quavers crisp please dont substitute these crisps with cheese and onion baked bites, if i had the choice or was contacted this would not be my decision.

There was no option available for lettuce and the sub had barely anything on it was dry and tasteless without the sauce that I asked for. The salad box was also very poor without the lettuce. Very disappointed.

Very busy but good service, nice salads. Exactly what you expect from a subway. This one is take out only, there is no place to sit in.

Salad boxes were not made up correctly. Things missing and incorrect items added, some of which are items we didn’t like making 1 of them inedible. Amount of salad in the box was also a lot smaller that in previous orders.

One of the subs was different from what I ordered and I was also missing half the cookies. Other than that its good.

Asked for both sandwiches to be toasted - they wernt. Delivery driver clearly does not know Glasgow & had to be directed to the address by me. Extremely disappointed as previously good experience with Subway

Staff were very friendly and apologetic about the delay. Their manner during a busy lunch period was fantastic.

The food was so cold, the last time I ordered from here everything was amazing. Very disappointed had to reheat everything and just tasted disgusting most of it went into the bin

Driver was really nice !but food like they put less sauce on purpose when u asked for bit more didn’t enjoy

Todays salad was definitely not as good as my last one. I ordered crispy onions and cucumber and got none any any with it. Not enough Caesar dressing either. Was ok but not brilliant unfortunately like previous times

Just received my order and I ordered extras like supper sub stack and when I received my order it’s just standard stake and cheese

Ordered a large meal for 1 and only got the sub and nothing else !!!

I expected the nacho chicken bites to be crunchy, they were not, it was a weird soft soggy unseasoned crunch...wont be ordering them again. The sub bread was cut completely in half...I dont mean to be rude but a sub is Stuffed Unsliced Bread...all my filling fell out and it was messy...I ordered Doritos and got sensation crisps. Defineley not worth £17.71.

Filling was a bit rubbish, they forgot my sauce and there was hardly any meat. Sent the wrong flavour crisps too. Wouldn't normally moan, but im pregnant and was starving. Disappointing

Order arrived with most items for sub missing and cold meatballs after delivery time jumped from 10mins to 26 mins after driver drove out of city in opposite direction.

Delivery time changed twice not very good if your on a lunch break.

No cheese on my salad garlic bread was stale and your driver was rude.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are allergic/intolerant to anything because you will undoubtedly receive it in you sub or salad (ie I cannot have peppers, yet I receive a generous jalapeno in my salad which I clearly did not ask for. There was also sweetcorn which I didn't ask for in there too). The cross contamination and hygiene during the process of literally throwing the food together is horrendous. Food is all over the place, the ingredients are all mixed in together, containers which have been lying around the worktops fall into the food during the rushed process and nothing is done to ensure that the contaminated food is not being served. I have been in various Subways and have always enjoyed the food, but this one is horrendous. It may be busy and rushed, but you can't sacrifice health and safety of customers to get more people through.

Very efficient service at peak times. I got a seat inside to eat at too. Bonus!

Go there often for lunch. can be very rushed at times but very good service overall. Girl called Ellis that works there is breathtakingly beautiful also.

Great subway as you would expect from the group chain. Cheerful staff upon arrival and helpful. Can't fault it one bit.

Good amount of options available and centrally located near to corporate offices. Office goers can grab a quick bite

Four days in a row, only Italian bread available in the morning. Yesterday's by the looks and taste of it. Was informed that there were no jalapeños yesterday, but not until I was already ordering salad and my sub was already toasted etc. Thankfully, like magic, jalapeños suddenly appeared from through the back after I declined my food without them. Starting to suspect that prep just isn't done in the morning.

Just cannot beat subway for the sandwich of your choice.
