Cold chicken nuggets and chips

the chips were terrible as was the rest freezing cold and soggy

Never gived us our juice or ice cream

seriously how hard is it to get a order RIGHT? Only 3 items & still 1 item missing 😤plus it was cold waste of money

Waited over an hour, food and drink were all cold.

the only problem I have, is that no one reads the order online, I put no pickle I get pickle, I ask for ketchup I get no ketchup, and it happens 80% off my orders, I would like to get what I put on my order every time please, I am paying for this service.

My order was missing an item my large fries and not being able to contact the restaurant direct but get a refund instead was shocking.

Yet again half my order missing. I don’t understand how hard it is to read what’s on a bit of paper and have the order completed with EVERYTHING accounted for! This is my local, if there was another near by I’d be ordering from there! Staff are useless!!

Food wasnt very warm, daughters burger was not plain, my burger didnt have extra onion as requested. Chips were old. Still better than some orders weve had and dips were included which is surprising and a positive note.

Food was barely warm, hash browns mushy and stuck to wrappers and delivery bag was dripping in grease. Delivery took far longer than stated and driver did not have a thermal bag.

Never received my order but was charged, so would like my money back

Waited over an hour and a half. Food cold and half my order was missing. Asked the driver when delivered if the shop was busy he said NO. My order wasn’t hard and yet they never sent my double cheeseburgers! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!

Mcchicken sandwich meals sent the buns empty! How hard is it to read an order anx I doubt anyone would pay for a meal that had a dry empty bun in it. Do better. Always making mistakes

I never got my food. Their location was within my area, but I didn't receive the food, even though I got a delivery notification on the app. I regret not checking the reviews before about others who didn't receive their orders.

Missing a sausage on my mcmuffin again. Double = 2, 2 + 1 = 3, its pretty simple but you cant seem to get it right. Twice this week ive ordered breakfast and twice its been missing at least one bit.

Ordered double sausage and egg mcmuffin and paid for an extra sausage and bacon which was not sent, just a regular double sausage and egg mcmuffin was sent. Order was also late but quality was not too bad considering this.

Driver shocking. Too busy on phone to woman, didn’t check order didn’t even take it out the back left me to struggle to get it out considering everything is completely squashed under everything else he has in the bag. So thank you for my cold squashed dinner.

Delivery on time. Missing chicken nuggets 20 sharebox again. The seal on the bag was open though so it may have been the driver. Everything else was great. I order from this one as its fresher and they ALWAYS remember sauces

Food was cold and stale by the time it arrived, 10-25 minutes actually means an hour when the place is a 7 minute drive away. Drink is watery too due to ice having melted into it.

delivery driver was rude I ordered the food for my mum and there was an issue with her buzzer and he phoned with an attitude telling me to open the door I try to explain it wasn't my house and I went down and got the food and he still had his attitude

Honestly i just can’t seem to get my head around how an order for only 2 meals and they still can’t get it right seriously like honestly again paid for 4 sauces and didn’t receive them i ordered my son a happy meal and he didn’t get his drink and i ordered a Big Mac meal which had no Big Mac only chips and drink absolute disgrace honestly if it wasn’t for my son wanting a McDonald’s i wouldn’t get one absolute worst McDonald’s ever
