McDonald's in Glasgow City

well i have been to this place a lot so food hot drinks that are ment to be cold are cold the ice cream is YUMMMM so it is really good

In last night at the refurbished one at Anniesland/Knightswood Have lost count the number of times I've been in later in evening and been served cold, dried out chips and burgers, then having to complain and get fresh ones made. Last night, I tried a large meal that came to the horrendous total around £6.67 if I remember correctly. The wee bun, with equally wee burger and so-called filling, looked absolutely nothing like the big one in the illuminated advertised one on the wall. It was pathetically small for the extortionate price, dried out, tasteless with a pathetic attempt of a filling. No wonder this company make multi-billions, worldwide...they have mastered the art of charging as much for as little product that they can sell. Even a small kid would have found this poor excuse for a meal unfilling, never mind a grown adult. Another gripe of mine is the heat in the place. Even when it was snowing outside, they blow chilled air thru the air conditioning units on the ceiling...you have to go outside to heat up and your food, if warm, almost immediately goes cold thanks to the cool air blowing over it, plus drafts on your neck and body...

I ordered from here tonight ordered a chicken mccrispy 30 minutes after eating it I’ve been sick all night looks like I’ve got food poisoning never ever ordering from this place again

Yet again staff mess up a drive thru order. It was ordered in the app and they still can't get it correct. Even when they bring out the order wrong again. Unbelievable.

Waited a long time for food and the forgot all the dips. Mediocre but that's what's expected with McDonald's.

My daughter enjoyed her fries.My son loved the crispy bacon burger.

Every time I place an order from Springburn McDonald’s there is ALWAYS items MISSING!!! Today was the last straw, 7 hash browns missing, I mean if it was 1 fair enough but 7?!! Store manager no help, will not order from there again.

Have replied via email but terrible meal. Everything was cold. No sauces at all. No happy meal box but a fruit shoot and small chips in a bag with no nuggets or toy which left a very upset little boy. Really put me off ordering again considering the price of things too.

Pedí un McDonald's de Springburn y pedí lo de siempre no hay cebollas en mi hamburguesa la abre y está arrastrándose por ahí así que dije a los vagos que verifiquen la suya verifiquen que haya cebolla antes de quejarme y pipí Willow abre la suya y quien la hizo la ha escupido antes de poner el queso😠 Definitivamente también lo he tocado y es gooey y todo bajo el queso es asqueroso. Mcdonalds Manger ha respondido con que tienen que llevar a la oficina central con la denuncia, e investigar y comprobar CCTV. Manger diciendo que nos hicimos fue tan descarado no tomarnos en serio la queja que fue una comida feliz para mi hijo de 4 años

Driver handed me drinks on there side ruined

Ordered a McDonald's from Springburn and asked for the usual no onions on my burger opens it up and it's crawling way them so I said to the wains check yours see of there's onion before I complain and wee Willow opens hers up and whoever made it has spat on it before putting on the cheese😠 It's definitely spit aswell I've touched it and it's gooey and all under the cheese its disgusting. Mcdonalds Manger has responded with they have to take to head office with the complaint, and investigate and check cctv. Manger saying did ourself was so cheeky not taking complaint seriously it was a happy meal for my 4 year old

Driver took a ridiculous route which added at least another ten min on then did not even park near my street I had to go walk ou and get him shouting my name in the street at 4 am . Coffee was spilled over the bag . Require a full refund

i would prefer if delivery drivers would take more care with hot drinks. Coffee and hot holate spilt over bag and bag with foot was soaked at the bottom

Absolutely atrocious. Spent £37.86 and received an order that cost £21.97 which had nothing we ordered. Won’t be ordering from here again as this has happened a few times now.

why do they never give me milk and sugar i have never got it when i ask why i had no milk then because they gave me no milk i did not get my tea as there was no milk not happy for the waist of tea
