McDonald's in Glasgow City

Ordered a McDonald's from Springburn and asked for the usual no onions on my burger opens it up and it's crawling way them so I said to the wains check yours see of there's onion before I complain and wee Willow opens hers up and whoever made it has spat on it before putting on the cheese😠 It's definitely spit aswell I've touched it and it's gooey and all under the cheese its disgusting. Mcdonalds Manger has responded with they have to take to head office with the complaint, and investigate and check cctv. Manger saying did ourself was so cheeky not taking complaint seriously it was a happy meal for my 4 year old

Pedí un McDonald's de Springburn y pedí lo de siempre no hay cebollas en mi hamburguesa la abre y está arrastrándose por ahí así que dije a los vagos que verifiquen la suya verifiquen que haya cebolla antes de quejarme y pipí Willow abre la suya y quien la hizo la ha escupido antes de poner el queso😠 Definitivamente también lo he tocado y es gooey y todo bajo el queso es asqueroso. Mcdonalds Manger ha respondido con que tienen que llevar a la oficina central con la denuncia, e investigar y comprobar CCTV. Manger diciendo que nos hicimos fue tan descarado no tomarnos en serio la queja que fue una comida feliz para mi hijo de 4 años

Stopped by McDonald's in Springburn and I was really pleased with my visit. The staff were friendly and quick, and my order was prepared perfectly, fresh, and piping hot. The restaurant was clean, and the service was efficient even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better McDonald's experiences I've had.

Got the wrong order despite using the pin code,no answer when i phoned at least 10 times ended up taking the order back myself,only to be told they have no responsibilty over the drivers,had to order and pay for the food again and try get my money back from just eat who said it was my issue as i gave the driver the pin code,shocking treatment from both parties involved.

I love a big mac but it was cold

Asked for latte with extra shot Gave us a latte and an espresso and basically had to do it ourselves

Ordered a mcspicy at the drive through. Got home and the mcspicy box had a mcchicken sandwich in it. Can’t be much less of a service than not knowing what your own products are

Every time I get a Mc Donald’s from Springburn shop theirs always something missing I really do think they do this for sheer badness. Doesn’t matter if it’s a delivery or go through drive through it’s always something missing, don’t blame just eat it’s McDonald’s fault for not checking order properly, it makes me so angry won’t be going there again Mc Donald’s must be raking in the money as they don’t give you what you paid for every time

Paul and Megan (both managers) where rude and obnoxious who bullied the young staff in there hope this changes as all the staff looked miserable working there Food was awful and wrong order aswell used to be good, staff have changed wouldn’t be surprised if they quit due to poor management

It's a McDonalds. The food is rubbish, the service is slow and has absolutely zero atmosphere, but because we have kids, we keep going back!

food was probably fine but didn't get it. delivery driver only brought our drinks and tried to give us someone else's food. He clearly picked up the food for someone else then told me to call just eat, which you can't do as complaints and issues can only be online.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Fries were rock hard and everything was freezing cold. The chicken big mac had no sauce or cheese, so it was just dry with lettuce. The philly had onions when I requested none. Don't know why I bother wasting my money when they can't get a simple thing right.

Think someone forgot to add the mozzarella to the dippers! Each one had no filling at all and the full meal was freezing cold on arrival. I know McD’s is cold at the best of times - they probably should never have started doing deliveries if they are incapable of delivering at least warm food!

Really up happy with the fact my mozzarella sticks came stuck together no cheese left in the middle of them, my triple cheese burger came with half the wrapper, wrapped inside my burger, the Mcspicy was half out the box , the happy meal was also cold

I specifically asked to check the sauces were in the bag. After multiple times it has not been. Not only did the 5 sauces order not come. The 20 piece nuggets also did not come. Absolutely shocking service and a waste of time and money.

Honestly, it's not difficult to put dips in an order. My last 3 orders have had zero dips in them. Why do you find it so difficult to do the most basic things? I could understand if it was once every so often. It's absolutely horrendous.

2nd order in 2 days where its wrong. On top of that, once again completely incapable of reading a screen saying what dips to put in. Just send the food away without any dips as usual.

I received 2 separate burgers today labeled up differently from what i ordered,1 was made at 17.29,the other 1750,I ordered a double cheeseburger and a mayo chicken,both with extras,i received a plain double cheeseburger,freezing and i received a plain cheeseburger,1 had order10 and the had order 23 and both plain printed on the packaging.

chips were soggy, double cheeseburger instead of triple and no sauces .

I received my juices from Macdonalds so called to ask were my food was and was told I have 2 options contact just eat or go collect if I could go and collect I would have done that in the 1st place.

Shocking Courier was not helpful.Galf of order was mussing&drinks were spilled all over bag Courier took them out&sat them on my doorstep,which has leaked all over my doorstep,all he did was smile.Im grossly disappointed.
