Missing items is all too common

The delivery man spilled a drink m the bag then handed it to my partner at our front door where the bag burst open and one of drinks spilled out on our carpet! He didn’t say anything he just walked off! The food was also cold and we had to reheat it

Missing items, & the items that were in the bag had fallen out their boxes. Poor show!!

very poor quality of food. hot drinks in with ice cream so it was melted. no dips for the chicken nuggets. chips rubbish.

Food was prepared 35 minutes before the driver arrived to pick it up and was stone cold on arrival. Paying inflated prices for terrible quality. Think this will be my last order. Quicker and better of just walking the 20 minutes and getting it myself

I was supposed to get Minecraft items with my meal but once again I never got them fed up with this same any time I order kids meals x

Estimated time was 10-25mins. Actual time was 45 mins and everything was stone cold on arrival

Price for delivery never again will I use this company.

Absalute barking chips where soggy as if been reheated booth chips , burger was ok , basicly paid £19 for mcspicey burger and and a Big Mac with medium juice lol , parched from now on

Messaged driver to tell him map was at wrong end of the street and still look 15mins

Absolute discrace ordered food and didnt receive it even tho they took the payment from my bank

Delivery window started out at 18 minutes and kept increasing, took 35 minutes to deliver and was barely luke warm on arrival, im guessing it sat on the counter a while before being collected. Poor show.

food was cold by the time it arrived to me. plus the driver was having a hard time on the sat nav trying to find my address so took up extra time.

Absolute joke twice now most of my order has been wrong or missing

Ordered food with deliver being 15-20 minutes, ended up being an hour! When food arrived it was freezing so obviously it was lying for a while before the driver arrived. Nothing but problems with this McDonalds

Order took over 2 hours and kept changing estimated time by hours at a time

honestly just avoid ordering from this mcdonald’s, they ALWAYS “ forget “ something every time i’ve had to order from this mcdonald’s. Get a grip with your staff it can’t be that hard to put stuff in a bag🙄

Juice spilled all over my order, didn’t follow instructions paid for stuff didn’t deliver and what they did was stone cold and absolutely vile never again don’t waste your money here !!!

I ordered my food around 18.00 hrs it still wasn't with me at 19.00 hrs , I called the shop to be told the driver had already left around 18.40 hrs , my food arrived around 19.40 the driver said he'd just picked it up 10 minutes prior to delivering it , the staff member I spoke to was putting the blame on the driver and as a result my son who is type1 diabetic ended up with hi bloods as he couldn't have his insulin without having food hence why I ordered it at dinner time

Fs stop giving wains jobs food was rotten totti was no wee to be seen in chips and food was frozen shocking

Food was fine and what i ordered. Large Coke lid was bashed, cup was bashed and had spilt in the bag.

Delivery was on time and delivery driver was very polite. Food was a bit cold and after reheating the crispy burger was as crispy but it did taste nice

No sausage with pancakes. No pineapple slices. Half an order poor!!

Order was missing items and extras that I purchased had to order again which meant paying for delivery again absolutely ridiculous.

the burgers were poorly packaged with patty barely even in the buns, the cheeses were barely inside the buns as well and one was completely outside with shape of the packaging, so not the drivers fault as the bag it self had no creases or deformation

According to the restaurant, this isn't their fault. Delivery drivers just aren't turning up to collect the order. I in fact never received my order.

my food bag was ripped opened, delivery guy said it ripped open when he picked the bag up..he's was carry the brown paper bags in his arms didn't seem to be using the usual big delivery bag..has put me off eatting the food plus it's cold!

Absolutely frozen and that’s not the first time but the one I got just there was the worst’s chips frozen and soggy and so was the rest of it absolutely raging didn’t even eat it payed for something i didn’t eat

Awful experience, the delivery driver handed me a soaked paper bag with cola dripping out of it... I handed it back to him, my coke was totalled. The experience worsened when i realised they forgot CHKN Mayo and put cheese on when i ordered NO CHEESE
