McDonald's in Glasgow City

Placed an order at the Drive through yesterday evening (4.45). The chicken nuggets in the happy meal were overcooked and hard. The chips were over salted, the McChicken sandwich was sliding out of the bun as far too much mayo on it, the Big Mac was cold and there was a cheeseburger missing from the order when we got home. Poor show as this was a treat for our Grandson

Made the mistake of going on a Saturday night. Lots of young lads being loud.

Absolutely disgusting sending this out to someone who has dairy allergies, I asked for sausage and egg and they send me cheese and sausage shocking. I will be reporting this to the environmental health. You have a duty of care to your customers and this is certainty failing below standard. Ps pictures attached

Fed up paying for food from Just Eat and there's missing items from my orders! Ordered a large McChicken meal and they didn't give me my large fries or a straw for my drink. Learn to read orders properly.

Driver couldn't communicate with us and put the order code in before showing us our order which had missing items they then couldnt understand and were trying to use google translate however got frustrated and left weve now been left out of pocket and no food

orde was correct and fast but getting reaally annoyedcthat they never put the sauces that ive paid for on the bag

The coke drink was all over the bag, wet with only a small amount left

shocking as usual half the order is missing.

One of my meals never came and my chips where cold when the delivery driver come he had the bag open so that’s why my order was cold.

Missing many items. Food was badly thrown together. Driver wanted code for delivering to wrong address. Delivered and apologised so no harm done there.

Every time I ordered sweet chili dips with my order I NEVER get them!

Delivery time was decent but the food was disappointing. Luke warm and the hash browns were mushy and stuck to the packaging.

I ordered McDonald’s and it says it had been delivered and it has not I would like for it to be delivered again and not for the money to be put back this is shocking!!! Please send my delivery again

Food arrived on time and was hot but I never got my dips for my chicken McNuggets this is now twice in the last two weeks I have had items missing and still getting charged for it so I think you need to do a lot better with your customers orders

The delivery driver had the food for more than 20 minutes and the food was freezing. It was a big order and just eat offered less than half of the amount that I paid

Guys said he’s delivered food and hasn’t, taken money and there’s no way to contact store to hold them accountable. Avoid like the plague.

when my mcdonalds got delivered the coke was dripping out the bag it was in, it was that bad the juice was all over my front door & landing,I didn't even take the juice off him as it was dripping everywhere, then the food was cold had to put in the microwave, a total joke

Would have been good if the person who packed the bag wasn't half asleep and completely forgot to put my big mac and the chips in the bag. Order the family a Mcdonalds and their food was all sound and delivered and I've got a coke to enjoy, as my big mac meal is still in the place. Cheers for that

In last night at the refurbished one at Anniesland/Knightswood Have lost count the number of times I've been in later in evening and been served cold, dried out chips and burgers, then having to complain and get fresh ones made. Last night, I tried a large meal that came to the horrendous total around £6.67 if I remember correctly. The wee bun, with equally wee burger and so-called filling, looked absolutely nothing like the big one in the illuminated advertised one on the wall. It was pathetically small for the extortionate price, dried out, tasteless with a pathetic attempt of a filling. No wonder this company make multi-billions, worldwide...they have mastered the art of charging as much for as little product that they can sell. Even a small kid would have found this poor excuse for a meal unfilling, never mind a grown adult. Another gripe of mine is the heat in the place. Even when it was snowing outside, they blow chilled air thru the air conditioning units on the ceiling...you have to go outside to heat up and your food, if warm, almost immediately goes cold thanks to the cool air blowing over it, plus drafts on your neck and body...

Stopped using Robroyston cause they’re incompetent. Started using Springburn and apparently theyre just as bad. Can’t get simple orders right, can’t imagine they’d pass EHO inspections that easily. McDs are incompetent robbin cnuts!!

Disgraceful food!! All of the food was stone cold, only tiny bit of cheese on quarter pounder that didn’t even cover 1/3 of the burger. Disgrace!
