food was cold half of my order missing no sauce caramel latte was half full too

the food was freezing. the restaurant is less than a stone throw away and it was Baltic by the time it got here , that must of been some d tour absolutely disgraceful

never ever put sauce in the bag

Instead of 3 pieces of chicken and large fries I got a Coke and an oasis. Not nice. Please contact me

Probably a bit unfair on the delivery guy but got delivered 4 sausage patties and no single McMuffin. Disgraceful and the worst McDonald in the area but you literally steal from people.

My order came complete ,well packaged and on time.

Came here after work tried to order at drive through at avout 4.30 am no one answered so went inside to order and asked if anyoje had the headset on for drive through cause no one answered then heard the girl working tell people in the back that order is for the guy that was at the drive through one of the cooks then said "ha spit in it" asked for money back and said do you think thats acceptable i was told its what i get for being aggressive when all i wanted was food after my nightshift

Waited a while for our order, when we got it, it was wrong, cold, stale and hot chocolate was like water.

Charging for sauce is bad but charging for sauce then never delivering it is outrageous! Every single time!

I have now been to this MacDonald's multiple times for drive thru coffee and multiple times I have either been kept waiting or two or three other cars are served before me. This has happened numerous times so now I am convinced they really are bad at service. I do not go here anymore.

My first time of experiencing such a horrendous service. The assistant manager pushes/slides your order across. That was partial discrimination because he handed other orders appropriately.

I hate to do this. But here's my objective feedback based on my experience. it wasn't the worst experience I've had, but the chicken nuggets were too soggy and soft. When ordering the happy meal, there was the option to select whether you want a book or a toy. I selected the book. I received the toy 🙄 this was a gift for someone because they like Minecraft and they specifically wanted the book. we're paying money here - paying money for what we request, not whatever you decide to throw in.

Extra gerkin on everything and I asked for none

the driver was rude on messages they are gone but he was saying he would leave. my buzzer was not working and I feel like he shouldn't have just said he would leave because it didn't work for a minute

Toryglen McDonalds is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been in and it always is. Their ice cream machine NEVER works 🤔 so you can't get ice cream or milk shakes ...... EVER. And today they had no soap OR toilet paper in the disabled toilet and the bin was overflowing but that's par for the course at this establishment. Stay Away!!

The delivery driver was an absolute saint I put in the wrong address and he had no problem traveling again to the new address I felt so guilty but they had no problem going above and beyond. Please give him his dues x
