Worst Mc D I have ever seen, they missed my items and they served over cooked food

Can you tell me where is sauce??

Everyone's order always had something wrong and even after I replaced mine it was still wrong and they are forgetting basic parts of the meal like cheese and stuff like that.

They got my order wrong and forgot about me, but they accepted responsibility for it and fixed my order, so all in all, good turn around.

An odd place, but the staff were very helpful and friendly, i'm glad i visited

Absolutely outraged 😠 Ordered dinner for my 4 children via just eat and only 3 children's dinners were delivered Ii contacted the restaurant via phone call immediately to be told we don't do personal orders!!!! SHOCKING!! This was not a personal order this was an error on your part that was not being rectified and an apology does not feed my son!!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Never get the order correct. The app doesn't work chips always cold

I have seen the reviews for this McDonald's but never experienced the same issues. I actually felt sorry for the staff because we visited just before a Scotland game and it was mobbed. I queued for about 30 mins for my food but there were simply so many people waiting for food. My order was correct and I enjoyed my burger as I always would at McDonald's. I even managed to nab a bench outside to eat at.

They can never get an order correct even when using the drive through they somehow manage to mess up the order,missing items,wrong items,freezing cold food that you have waited ages for, if you ask for a simple change like no pickle they always get it wrong,even such a simple thing like asking for a vanilla milkshake and ending up with a banana milkshake,I never order from this one anymore it's worth the bit extra delivery charge to get orders from pollokshaws McDonald's, then you have peace of mind that your order will be correct and EXACTLY the way you ordered it rather than hoping for the best when you order from here arrives,if you do order in store I would say always double check it before you leave! I don't know if it's just me that's unlucky but I've given them benefit of doubt and tried again but I always seem to have some issues with my orders,so I've given in and just don't go or order from here any more. This place needs closing and the franchise holder held accountable for such a disgrace of the way people are treated the shambles of the food quality! And the staff don't seem to know left from right, they don't have a clue and they simply just don't care all the way through the rank of manager to counter staff and the kitchen staff,health and safety and the food standards agency should be involved with the state of this place! If I could give minus 5 stars that's what this place deserves!

wrong drink and everything was cold

Really awfully run McDonald’s. Waited 30 mins for food. The place seemed incredibly badly run. Nobody had a handle on the situation or came out and apologised or explained. Franchise needs audited

One of the worst McDonald's I been to and we go to Wishaw and Motherwell all the time . Place wasn't really busy yet we waited for about 20 mins which is ridiculous for fast food place. The staff couldn't look anymore unwelcoming . There was no hello , would you like sauce...nothing. We were in Sunday 2.10 till 3.10 pm Food was OK but fries looked as if they were double fried. This is second time we visited and I won't be going back .

don't order, can't get an order right, received half of the items and when you call told to go and collect it. absolute joke.

the driver took two orders, I followed his car on the map across the city and back. He took ages to deliver his first order, i Bridgeton then longer to get back across the river. My food was too cold, inedible

driver spilled the drinks all over the food they were lying on there side will mot be using just eat again

missing iteam in order. was supposed to get a maltesser ice cream and never received it. apart from that everything else was correct and warm.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. “Fast food” doesn’t relate to this franchise. It took 30mins to get our order and that was only after I chased the staff. Then they missed part of our order. The back kitchen was mayhem, no one knew who was doing what and there was tons of customers having to chase orders. Order numbers were disappearing from the screen and it was chaos. Will not be returning. Poorly run franchise

Order was not delivered. We have a ring door bell and outdoor camera which shows no deliveries.

Met up with a colleague here as it was local to both. No plant based milk so unable to have a coffee. So had to make do with a bottle of water 😒. Avoid for at least 2hrs after school's out as it's usually packed with teenagers.

Waited 23 mins for simple breakfast order then had to return to counter twice for missing hash browns and cold coffee.

Breakfast was tiny and really cold not worth the money at all. All items arrived cold apart from the coffee which was the only good thing about this order. Also items missing. Very disappointed

i have not recieved my order and have only been refunded for the meal when ive paid for delevery and bag charge ... whats the point in a code when your driver delivers it to the wrong house .my total spent was £11.69 and i would like it all paid back

delivery great food wise it's on a screen and yet again they can't read missing my husband's meal whose just got home from his work . asked for no cucumber in my salad got it no orange juice for my salad meal totally disappointing yet again

Philly Burger fantastic, fries I’ve microwaved last nights takeaway and they have tasted better so hours old. A cheeseburger with no cheese so you get 1 star for the Philly burger

Went there at 10pm. Very cramped Macdonald's with only a few seats. At 10pm they had a security guard keeping out young children who were hyped up on sugar. Some staff were nice. We struggled to understand the one shouting orders out. Our order was 42 which she yelled as "ferrrrteeeh tuuuuh". The main meal took quite long to receive but tasted like Macdonald's and was hot.

When the just eat driver arrived he had a completely incorrect order, nothing on the order was delivered. He continued to tell me that I should take this order and he would come back with the correct one, we spoke with McDonald’s who advised he had not picked up the order from the shop. Since then I have still not received my order and paid just over £22

Restaurant was fine, driver was as much use as a chocolate teapot. Gave my order to another customer and delivered me 2 cokes. I didn’t even order 1 cokes let along 2. When I told him, he couldn’t be bothered. Clearly he needs retrained. Staff in the restaurant were fantastic and fulfilled my order without hesitation.
