Items missing and food was cold

My order has taken 1 hour 34 mins to be delivered. The items are frozen. The receipt shows it was bagged and ready to deliver at 23.02. Unacceptable!!

Food was freezing cold, driver would net get out of car and made me go out in the rain

Original delivery time kept getting pushed back. I can accept that as I asked for no tomato's, but for the food to then turn up stone cold is a slap in the face.

Big Tasty was a Big Disappointment. Slow service, chips were rubbish. Really disorganised staff and kitchen. Worst McDonald’s about. How can they get it so wrong

A few weeks ago went inside for a meal with my Mum after shopping. It wasn't that busy but still waited an extraordinary length of time. Fair enough, decided next time I'd just use the drive thru. Attended today, Sunday morning, at 8am which you'd think would be a fairly quiet time. Was still ignored at the drive thru, workers inside were standing around chatting! This has got to be the worst branch ever! McDonald's website is of no help as they deliberately make it impossible to even log a complaint. So congratulations! Another satisfied customer who would rather set fire to the money than go to McDonald's!!

Why do these McDonald's never deliver any sauces? Its always the same, was also missing an apple pie and a dip I bought, ridiculous!

Food was frozen when it arrived. It was hour over original delivery time. Absolute joke, kids couldn't even eat it so food got binned

Some staff are really nice but the manager is a horrible woman, not to customers but to her own staff. It's overran with school kids, and 30-minute wait for fast food is not ideal

no HOT FOOD BAG as usual !!! food was freezing cold ! it's supposed to be a rule where the restaurant makes sure drivers have a hot food bag ! I'm consistently getting my food delivered in a LIDL bag !!! do better just eat !

Missing item, reordered, big tasty arrived with no sauce. Excellent reminder of why we don't order/eat from here anymore. Everything was also freezing.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is ATROCIOUS! Staff are beyond rude, orders always wrong, leave you sitting at the drive through order point for 10+ minutes no matter how much you sound the horn. Place wasn't even busy. When I did finally get served they got the drinks wrong, had to correct them on it, was told to wait at the order window for another 5+ minutes, when I finally got handed the food there was no "sorry for your wait" or anything, food was simply flung at me and the window slammed shut. Absolutely no customer service, absolutely no accountability as usual for any place these days! Was my first time in a long time and will simply avoid mcdonalds all together now. Children managing children was always a bad idea.

If I could go lower I would, food was freezing and when asked to remake it the attitude of the staff was disgusting. Place wasn't even busy lucky if u had 5 people. Wouldn't bother coming here.

Always something wrong with orders. Dips are always missing better asking for dips at the window and last time my 7up was just carbonated water.

Late, delivery came out of a Lidl bag for life so not insulated and it’s cold, terrible McDonald’s never ordering from this store again

Food was cold delivery driver had the cheek to even ask for a tip to stand at the door and demand a tip I will tip the juice and food over your head if you ask that again after been late

Stop letting the drivers deliver more than one order at a time!!! When I got the order is on the way notification I actually watched the driver go to THREE different addresses before coming here resulting in my food being 20 minutes late and stone cold. Everything inedible. The worst part just eat doesn’t even offer a full refund! Joke!

Ordered large Irn Bru and the cup was only 2/3 full and fries were undercooked.

Driver was sat outside McDonalds for 10 mins after picking my food up. Who knows what he was up to. I said to him about it and then proceeded to check my food to see if it was actually warm and it was freezing. The driver said it was because it was cold outside. Total nonsense

Usually have no issue with this place ordering quite late at night but this time half the order was missing and was stone cold. Ordered 2 drinks and only got one and wasn’t a drink we ordered. Dunno if it was just busy but didnt make sense cuz the order was on the bag lol great job

Easily the worst McDonald’s in southside. Best one is near KFC next to Victoria road. Second best castlemilk. Service and attitude let alone timings at this McDonald’s are atrocious and I actively try to avoid it.

Last time I order with toryglen Asda McDonald’s, morons!! Ordered meals for me and my 4 boys. Delivery comes to the door with 2 drinks, total joke!

My drink was completely spilled all over my food in the drivers delivery bag. Have requested a refund (along with photos), and I’ve been refused a refund! In the end, I had a meal without a drink, which ended up in the bin that I pays for in full. Not impressed at all.

Haven’t used this shop for a while after taking the family out for meal spent over £30 waited over 15mins for order items missing along with got McRib it was so cold had to take it back waited another 5mins for fresh McRib really poor experience today in McDonald’s won’t be back. Food poor accuracy poor service poor though this was QSR shocking establishment.

the only problem is they keep forgetting items, yes we get the money refunded but would rather have the items that were ordered

Everyone's order always had something wrong and even after I replaced mine it was still wrong and they are forgetting basic parts of the meal like cheese and stuff like that.

They got my order wrong and forgot about me, but they accepted responsibility for it and fixed my order, so all in all, good turn around.
