My daughter and I never eat McDonalds, Burger King, KFC is always our first choice. I do expect to pay a bit more, but my take is you pay for quality 💯 We normally eat in the restaurants in East Kilbride which are absolutely fantastic. Today we visit the restaurant not inside the Braehead shopping centre, the one on the perimeter between there and Renfrew, and I was absolutely horrified with our experience! On hindsight, we should have walked away when we were searching the restaurant for a clean table, incidentally my daughter and I were the only two in the restaurant. Ordered food on the online stations, food was quick to be served, but that was the only positive thing. Chips were cold, my daughters popcorn chicken was cold, the soft drinks were flat and tasted of syrup, I took our tray back and complained about these things and the female, who I believe was the manager was apologetic and put her fingers on our “cold food” and said “yes they are cold, I’ll give you fresh items” we were left with part of our meals, no chips, and despite pouring replacement drinks, still flat, tasting like syrup! She offered bottled water????? I’m sorry after spending just under £18.00 for 2 meals, food, service, venue was absolutely shocking! There was absolutely no apology from Manager for this awful experience, hugely disappointing!!!

Worst KFC in Scotland. If you want food poisoning this is the place!! The cleanliness of the store is disgusting the tables, seats and floors covered in bits of chicken and fries that have just been left even though the place is empty and staff are doing nothing. The Fries are freezing and are uncooked, drinks are flat and staff are so rude and unfriendly. Had a spicy meal and had no drink even though I paid for it as it was flat and when I returned it they said there was nothing they could do shocking!!

TBF, pretty much what everyone else has said. Chips were freezing, burger was cold and looked undercooked. Genuinely a rank experience lol The feedback is consistent, they clearly know the issues and haven't bothered to address them.

I like the place and so-called atmosphere for one reason only, it's always quiet, most of the time empty. Low score for service due to the fact of serving cold chips and missing food in the order. Fine if place would be busy, but me and my 2 sons have been the only clients.

Disappointed with the chicken I got, it was chewy and tough, fries are fantastic.

Really nice staff but even though I ordered a dozen banquet meals there was no way they could switch the drinks for 3 large bottles so I could take them toy work in the car. It's a fast food place so there's no atmosphere, but it was very clean.

One of the worst KFC experiences I've had, fries were cold and raw, chicken was dry and let's not mention how depressed the staff are, not a smile to be seen. I know this is a minimum wage job but come on... antidepressants are there for a reason, they work more than your staff does

Went here 9th May for lunch , chips were cold and soggy , chicken was mega dry, place was empty think the chicken had been lying since the place opened , and 10quid for a mighty bucket , last time I was in kfc it was 7 quid i wont be back , sort it out kfc

Great location just off M8 motorway at hilllington. Friendly staff. No parking issues.

OK been back a few times, always quite and no wonder they look surprised when you go in. Never ever have hot drinks. You know what you will get, consistent quality average service. Extremely uncomfortable seats.

Fries soggy & lukewarm. chicken the same. Staff not great either. Served by someone wearing a pride t-shirt that looked not far off buying the blue hairdye. Take pride in your work first!

Did not get my order as drove away disgusted with the lack of service, no customers at the drive through and still told to wait and wait bunch of lazy people work here I'd sack the lot of them KFC do nothing and you will have no customers left work shy is an understatement with that incompetent lot

My boyfriend ordered and paid on the app to use the code at the drive through for quickness, unfortunately I was sat in the drive through for more than 25 minutes as well as a couple more vehicles. When I eventually got to the window to give my code I was told to wait, this ended up being a 5 minutes. I understand places get busy spells at certain times of the day, but 25 minutes is ridiculous for drive through, especially when the drive through option is for quickness and convenience at a fast food restaurant. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve waited a while at this drive through but it was the longest by a substantial amount. If I knew it would’ve taken almost half an hour I wouldn’t have bothered.

The toilets were vile, and the food was average

No napkins with this "finger licking good chicken". Entered shop to ask isn't it customary to give napkins with food, four members of staff just stared at me. Asked for manager, out pops another young person with no managerial skills whatsoever, preferred to say "sometimes we forget". Not good enough. The floors were slippy, yes there was a sign, but it wld have been better if someone had tried to dry it off, chips on floor. Staff hanging about so there was time to tidy up. KFC you need to train your staff properly and you need a manager managing, not a friend who doesn't want to upset her buddies. I'll not be back at the Braehead shop. In fact put me off KFC. Disgraceful way of running a business.

Absolutely the worst KFC..after waiting 25 mins for my food it was cold there was no hurry about the staff who were laughing when I took my food back and complained nor did the manager even apologise for my meal being cold or the service that I didn't get

Rude staff . Undercooked food . This place is just a let down compared to other branches simply because of the rude and under trained staff.

Drive-through staff sounded if it was a chore to serve you fries where all over the bag asked for a bucket for one got a small box with when I ask for a bucket I expect a bucket not everything in a small box

Tried the signature fries and I loved it. Guess it was for a limited time only. Who doesn't love KFC chicken with gravy? I really loved it.

Food was stone cold and nothing was fresh it was all rubber and tasted absolutely miserable avoid this KFC!

Went in about 11.45am. Think we must have disturbed the staff from a sleep. They were so disinterested, couldn't be bothered to serve us. Food was soggy. No hot drinks.

Much improvement at this location recently in terms of speed of service. Staff are friendly but the service was sometimes so painfully slow- I am so glad that this has changed because this is my favourite KFC branch. Food is always fresh and hot, and they make the best gravy- doesn't taste burnt like some other branches. Keep up the good work!

Without a doubt THE worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune to use. Only reason I didn’t take the food back is cis it was takeaway n couldn’t be arsed getting back in the car. Not only was the food bad but there was items missing which makes it more annoying. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It was a lunchtime order & it was very quiet, so sat inside and enjoyed a leisurely meal

Picking up order including 8 x hot wings and could hear staff asking for the hot wings. I am then given my order and ask the person at the counter if my hot wings are there and he told me they are in the bag. Get home and missing the hot wings. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A PLACE, not the first time missing food from order but definitely the last.

When I went in with a friend there was manager and a member of staff arguing. The manager was so rude to the girl I feel sorry for anyone who has to work underneath her tbh. The girl serving me was not part of this argument but it clearly through her off. The full place must be thrown off by this really arrogant bad manored manager.

Incredibly slow service inside. Hardly any customers in but it took 15 minutes to get our order taken then 15-20 minutes to get our food afterwards. No kiosks to order yourself. No station to get your own salt etc. No toilet roll, no handwash, and the hand dryer didn’t work.

Clean restaurant and staff were friendly. Good for young families as it isn't usually too busy

Why do they advertise on the windows 4.00am close then at 22.55 the doors are locked. Disgraceful, and when staff people blame the fact that that they cannot get staff, and say we are to busy to talk/answer your questions..... Should be closed down permanently.. staff avoiding question and closed 5 hours before they advertise.. on thier windows ffs.. do not visit and hopefully it will close downfor ever

Left sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes all for the food to be utter rank. The lady serving us told us to wait just for her to do a handshake. Absolutely disgraceful.

Big shout out to Kayleigh 👏👏 KFC delivers consistently good 🐔, my favourite being the chicken on the bone with 🍷 (when I don’t dine-in) Great branch and thanks to the manager for the happy, well trained staff 👍 btw the bingo replacement for the rewards works for me 👍

Been here three times and every time the drive thru has been closed or cash only, and they always forget something on our order. Missing two portions of fries, or a wrap etc. And the last bucket we got was almost all those horrible rib cage pieces which have no meat on them!

Have had 1 out my my last 8 deliveries correct 2nyt being the latest when ordered 2 large beans with my boneless feast and extra 3 but got zero beans.dont know what qualifications u need 2 work in kfc but clearly 2 legs n arms gets u in the door.

Had a cracking zinger burger out this place. Manager was nothing but helpful in my selection of meal and i dont think he could of recommended anything tastier! Top Notch! If you're ever near and in the mood for some chicken definitely check this place out! Give the manager a raise!

Staffs are really not care about the customers. Laughing and talking too much and giving the order very late, its because they dont check which order first and second. They just give whatever the recipt they found. Really worst experience

As every kfc they always forget something. Got chicken box meal meant to come with gravy no gravy really a big company like that should be training there staff to listen to there customers instead of chatting way each other about what they got up to at the weekend and stop carrying on.

This place was a disgrace, food was freezing place was rotten not a floor or table washed in site, manager is useless didn’t have a care in the world stood there looking lost asked for a refund and the so called manager told us we ate it all which we never and wouldn’t give us a refund, staff are absolutely clueless and couldn’t care would definitely not recommend!! Not one person was happy with there food in the place

Fries were freezing and rotten, not a single drumstick in sight and barely a piece of chicken to prised from the bone. The little that could be was pure rubber. Disgusting, no wonder it's empty at lunch time.

Saturday visit from 3pm to 4pm 2 tablets and few cars on drive. 20min waiting for order and food comes cold, why?? Becouse front of house stuff completely doesn’t care about anything. They can talk, dance, use a priv mobile so unfortunately don’t have a time to do his job. Restaurant dirty, tables sticky, all bins full, floor slips like a ice. Ice machine doesn’t work but they still accept order with ice. I know this is a job for nmw but come on! Definitely not back here again.

No staff, avoid this place. We waited 10 minutes at the till, and the staff were in the back talking and just ignored us, they didnt even greet us when we entered to let us know they were busy or that it would be a wait, which would have been fine. Instead we were just made to feel like they didn’t want to serve anyone so we left and went elsewhere. The drive thru was empty and so was the restaurant, bar one couple in the car park. Clearly a strange place which I would never go back to.

It's a KFC. But it was a bit of a miss. Tiny chips, dried our chicken burger and mini fillets. Fast. Bit too fast to be fresh enough tho

Google categorised this is as "fast food", there's nothing fast about this place. Both drive thru and sit in you wait 30+ minutes for food. Deliveroo drivers seem to take priority over people wanting to order.

While in Glasgow doing a course. Stopped off at Braehead for something quick to eat at kfc. As a result I was in bed for 2 days with food poisoning and did not get to complete my course which I nearly paid £1000 for. Not happy

Usually get the take away order wrong and it's not till you're home you realize.. food not that warm either.

It can be a bit of a hit and miss with this shop. Sometimes the food is so fresh and tastey and other times the coating on the chicken is so hard

One of the worst fast food restaurants ever! Firstly, the toilets were all out of order. I then had to wait over 5 minutes to be asked for my order (I was only person in queue) I was then told the coffee machine was broken so had to order a soft drink, the big problem is they don't sell ANY drinks that aren't diet (i can't drink sweetners). It's a first for me, I've never before requested a refund from a KFC or been so angry I felt obliged to leave a bad review. On the plus side, the burger King around the corner was great!

Disappointing had a chicken sandwich. The bread was hard and dry as though the whole bun was toast. Obviously had been on warmer allday.Not me at that location again

They brush you off by saying all the good promotions are for delivery only. How can the same store have different promotions for delivery and drive thru?

Customer service was poor had to wait 5 minutes before getting served and when food arrived the correct items were not their and we ordered a 10 piece and their was not 10 pieces of chicken, we asked the staff to include sauces etc and they did not include them which resulted in us having to get up multiple times to ask them. The actual chicken was just bone their was less chicken felt like I was having bone fried chicken Very disappointing experience
