Kfc in Renfrewshire

Ordered our meals and they came quite quickly. The chicken was only Luke warm although chips were hot. All round our table required to be swept. I am afraid it was not up to usual KFC standards!

The food was absolutly freezing when it arrived however driver was bang on time so must have been cold to start with

Receipt code is 081110914244006. There should be another box of 10 spicy chicken, but despite me repeating the order it was never put through. I guess I'm only getting the cold soggy fries then. Four portions of fries but only three mains... pretty easy problem solving that something might not be correct. I can now understand why it was so quiet on a Saturday dinner time.

Gutted. I checked the app first to see an ETA. Placed my order then requested my lunch break. ETA just kept moving further and further back. I tried so many times to cancel but the app wouldn’t let me. Food finally arrived (after I had to restart work) and it was cold. Shocking service

Order was one meal short. Contacted through the app asking for refund of missing item. Never received refund. Poor show won’t be using again

My daughter and I never eat McDonalds, Burger King, KFC is always our first choice. I do expect to pay a bit more, but my take is you pay for quality 💯 We normally eat in the restaurants in East Kilbride which are absolutely fantastic. Today we visit the restaurant not inside the Braehead shopping centre, the one on the perimeter between there and Renfrew, and I was absolutely horrified with our experience! On hindsight, we should have walked away when we were searching the restaurant for a clean table, incidentally my daughter and I were the only two in the restaurant. Ordered food on the online stations, food was quick to be served, but that was the only positive thing. Chips were cold, my daughters popcorn chicken was cold, the soft drinks were flat and tasted of syrup, I took our tray back and complained about these things and the female, who I believe was the manager was apologetic and put her fingers on our “cold food” and said “yes they are cold, I’ll give you fresh items” we were left with part of our meals, no chips, and despite pouring replacement drinks, still flat, tasting like syrup! She offered bottled water????? I’m sorry after spending just under £18.00 for 2 meals, food, service, venue was absolutely shocking! There was absolutely no apology from Manager for this awful experience, hugely disappointing!!!

Worst KFC in Scotland. If you want food poisoning this is the place!! The cleanliness of the store is disgusting the tables, seats and floors covered in bits of chicken and fries that have just been left even though the place is empty and staff are doing nothing. The Fries are freezing and are uncooked, drinks are flat and staff are so rude and unfriendly. Had a spicy meal and had no drink even though I paid for it as it was flat and when I returned it they said there was nothing they could do shocking!!

So my bad experience with this branch of KFC is not the first time, I have had bas experience even attending the place and trying to order food was almost impossible because of their bad communication skills staff to manger are all as bad as each other, always missing items is there common issue once again (this time you forgot my extra recipe chicken) I asked for beans as sides and you sent me gravy either have an eye for detail or an eye to find another job

Was meant to be 12:55 arrived at 13:15 and it’s totally freezing. also i asked for NO wing or Rib yip you guessed it i got a wing, just put it all in Air fryer to heart it up. Wont be ordering a KFC for a delivery again.

Order said it’s been delivered but haven’t received it!!!

TBF, pretty much what everyone else has said. Chips were freezing, burger was cold and looked undercooked. Genuinely a rank experience lol The feedback is consistent, they clearly know the issues and haven't bothered to address them.

This particular kfc every single time get the order wrong. Always something missing from the order. The worst kfc branch there is.

Delivery driver could not find us as usual then when he eventually found us my wife’s meal was missing from the order. Tried phoning KFC but no answer.

I like the place and so-called atmosphere for one reason only, it's always quiet, most of the time empty. Low score for service due to the fact of serving cold chips and missing food in the order. Fine if place would be busy, but me and my 2 sons have been the only clients.

The chips were cold and an entire meal and one side was missing so one of us had no food at all. Lousy service.

Really nice staff but even though I ordered a dozen banquet meals there was no way they could switch the drinks for 3 large bottles so I could take them toy work in the car. It's a fast food place so there's no atmosphere, but it was very clean.

They're were items missing from my meal. Therefore I have paid for a service I haven't got.

One of the worst KFC experiences I've had, fries were cold and raw, chicken was dry and let's not mention how depressed the staff are, not a smile to be seen. I know this is a minimum wage job but come on... antidepressants are there for a reason, they work more than your staff does

Went here 9th May for lunch , chips were cold and soggy , chicken was mega dry, place was empty think the chicken had been lying since the place opened , and 10quid for a mighty bucket , last time I was in kfc it was 7 quid i wont be back , sort it out kfc

Unfortunately my delivery was about 30 mins after the suggested delivery time window, my food was also cold. Quite disappointing, I usually use UberEats. However they didn’t have any couriers nearby to my desired restaurant. I hope this can be rectified. Thanks

OK been back a few times, always quite and no wonder they look surprised when you go in. Never ever have hot drinks. You know what you will get, consistent quality average service. Extremely uncomfortable seats.

Fries soggy & lukewarm. chicken the same. Staff not great either. Served by someone wearing a pride t-shirt that looked not far off buying the blue hairdye. Take pride in your work first!

Food only just delivered at 12:32 not 12:06 as per the app. Driver got lost several times, not able to speak English, I had to share my location with him privately and still took him another 20 minutes to find me. Food is cold now not to mention I'm frozen from standing outside in rain and waiting for the driver to show up. Really unhappy.

Food was not good, dripping with oil yet turned up stone cold. The hot wings and mini fillets were tiny, around half of what they usually are. KFC is a go to and i dont usually mind the higher price, but this quality will not have me returning for more orders.

Last time I order from kfc driver was 30 minutes late came to my door food was cold went to hand it to me paper bag burst the gravy and beans spilled all over my floor he apologised but so I excepted them went to eat my food and it was stone cold not happy at all with this service

My boyfriend ordered and paid on the app to use the code at the drive through for quickness, unfortunately I was sat in the drive through for more than 25 minutes as well as a couple more vehicles. When I eventually got to the window to give my code I was told to wait, this ended up being a 5 minutes. I understand places get busy spells at certain times of the day, but 25 minutes is ridiculous for drive through, especially when the drive through option is for quickness and convenience at a fast food restaurant. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve waited a while at this drive through but it was the longest by a substantial amount. If I knew it would’ve taken almost half an hour I wouldn’t have bothered.

Everything was great, except the fries. Nobody can deliver fries.

Service was terrible tonight I ordered four sauces got zero. I ordered mash potato and got given gravy instead which went to waste as I hate gravy. I also got given a pot of beans that had clearly been sitting out all day as it was freezing and tasted funny. I also was meant to get given 3 bits of chicken in my order only got 1 bit. My food was also delivered 20 minutes late absolutely shocking service!

Only issue is driver shows the food and drink on freezing cold step and sat in his car very poor that don’t hand it in or wait around all for me to open the door

No napkins with this "finger licking good chicken". Entered shop to ask isn't it customary to give napkins with food, four members of staff just stared at me. Asked for manager, out pops another young person with no managerial skills whatsoever, preferred to say "sometimes we forget". Not good enough. The floors were slippy, yes there was a sign, but it wld have been better if someone had tried to dry it off, chips on floor. Staff hanging about so there was time to tidy up. KFC you need to train your staff properly and you need a manager managing, not a friend who doesn't want to upset her buddies. I'll not be back at the Braehead shop. In fact put me off KFC. Disgraceful way of running a business.

Food was cold & never got 3 things from my order. This has happened on multiple occasions. Maybe one day they will sort it out for others!

My order didn't show up at all was standing outside full time driver phoned said was here and no one was outside and hung up no cars pulled up no one was on the street I am very unhappy and want a full refund
