There were 2 opportunities for me to get out and I missed them both. The reviews aren't great and the place was empty. The chips were literally stone cold and the burger on bun was very mushy. The piece of chicken was ok.

I ordered a MIGHTY BUCKET FOR ONE and I received a totally different order, the other 2 meals the chicken was very dry certainly not just cooked, totally waste of money

It's a lot quicker than the KFC just off the m8 at braehead. Generally more spacious and quieter too as I generally come at quiet times so I can't comment on It's busier times. My dad normally gets a 1 person mighty bucket type thing and comments on how the chicken is better cooked than the kfc mentioned previously that's just off the m8 at braehead

Always get a good meal Always fresh. The staff are always friendly never have to wait long for food.

Very unhappy with this KFC today. We got some takeaway. The food itself was good, but not only were there only four drink options left (two of them being water - which I like, but don't want to pay for), a lot of our order was missing. They forgot a small portion of Popcorn chicken, a side of beans and the Sweet Chili Sauce. The burger was also dripping of mayonnaise, but I guess some people like it that way so I won't take that into account. Since everything is packed in boxes, we couldn't really check the food in the restaurant itself without opening everything. My advice for everyone going to this place: CHECK whether you have got everything from your order! We obviously paid for the three things we didn't get. The odd sauce missing happens, but beans and Popcorn chicken? That's just sad and uncareful.

Me and my husband was in and a young couple wer cuddling near the counter the woman with the loud mouth and attitude told them to stop it in the restaurant he only had his arm around her …I was shocked they were doing no harm at all … just cuddling and a quick kiss … aren’t ppl allowed to express emotions these days her poor face was crimson… young love .. then the woman was chatting to other customers about it and laughing so unprofessional her tone of voice too out of order if I’d paid cash had my receipt id gone elsewhere….won’t be back … also table service they shout your number and you have to get it plus if you do table service… you wait longer 10 ppl got their meals before us … but was the attitude of woman in glasses that raged me telling those two young ppl not to cuddle ffs let them live there lives not as if they was all over each other Music very loud too

The staff are friendly and the restaurant was clean. Food was delicious

This place is becoming more terrible for drive through service. All the time your order is not complete. At first i thought it was an oversight but then it constant. Last week tuesday was given my order without my ordered sides. And not a single sauce was added. I rang the number on the receipt as I got home but didn't go through. I have experience this all the time I have ordered through drive through

The food seemed freshly made Staff weren't very accommodating as we had used the table numbers as my partner is disabled and they called out or number instead of bringing it over- the place wasn't busy, 2-3 customers at most. They were also playing very loud music from the kitchen which didn't seem to be coming from the store radio. The place wasn't very clean and we didn't have many tables of choice to choose that were clean.

Never got what i asked for. Zinger rice box had missing items. AI asked for extra bean salsa and got none, and the dressing was missing. I also got an extra zinger, but it was all chopped up and wasn't 2 zingers. I asked for 2 slices of cheese added, but theirwas only one. This was the drive-through, so I only noticed once I got home. 30 quid I spent on 3 meals and mine was rubbish 🗑. I have ordered online from here before, and I was sent the chicken scraps. Id recommend going to the closest one in linwood. Kilmarnock kfc has been the best so far. Far too expensive to be treated like a bam . Make sure you check your food before leaving the drive through. Clearly the staff can't be bothered 🙄

Using really old oil which smelled really bad and very salty chicken and the chicken skin and fries were soggy

Delivery is shocking, not only that the service is terrible and not helpful at all. Had a note and everything specially telling them what I needed off it but apparently nobody knows how to read? Food was cold had to be reheated.

Nice to see they have finally changed the chips to a new kind. 1st time I have been there in a while and was happy with my food. Only issue is the price could be better.

No order to who is served. "Waiting on chips" is no excuse for a ten minute waiting time. When asked why others are being served before customers waiting have been served, this was the excuse for their inefficiency. My coffee cup was overfilled and spilled over as I opened it. Fortunately as it turned out the coffee wasn't hot enough to scald. There were no napkins available. I had to ask for them. Don't think I'll be back. I've had previous similar experiences here.

Ordered through drive through, chicken wasn't ready, asked to park up and wait 5 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and still no order so I had to go in and wait for it. Half way home and the order burst through the box onto my legs, all the grease had scalded my legs. I then phoned up KFC who were not sympathetic and could here someone in the background asking what does she want us to do? They offered a replacement meal, but I had to come back to the store and get it. Felt staff so unhelpful Very dissatisfied

Food was ok. However the cost of living crisis is really hitting this takeaway as is the elevated prices they are charging because of it, but to be fair it's not just here. Everywhere is the same just now. Still worth a visit though

The guy serving on Tuesday lunch time was the best customer service I've had. Genuinely happy to be at his work , how customer service should be .

Not a frequent visitor to KFC but I fancied some hot lunch on a cold day. Popped for the drive through as was in my work uniform. Plenty of spaces in the car park. Ordered easily enough and payment was quick. I did not catch her name BUT the lady at the customer hatch taking orders and payments, was lovely. She was so apologetic that there would be a slight delay as they were awaiting some fresh chicken. Asked to park up and she would bring order over. My chicken was brought over and all apologetic again for the delay but as a compensation my order was upgraded to a large with addition of my tower meal, a set of wings. Food was lovely and tasty, hot in temperature and complete with napkins etc . In terms of customer satisfaction this was excellent service and I'd recommend this place with the lovely staff. Thanks guys. 👍

Really poor, no beans no mash, tried using bluelight card and the guy said it but be registered on the KFC app and asked if we could park up and register then come back round as there is a timer on the drive thru. Not the first time poor quality. Won't be back.

I just paid just over £30 for two adult meals and a kids meal, got home and put it out and half the items are missing, the burgers incorrect as well as one of the sides and drinks. I had to ask for my ice-cream because they didn’t give me that when they were sending me off. Usually the service has been good but this means I won’t be returning because I’ve been left out of pocket about £10 if I ordered what I got.

Never had any issues, always good service and nice food.

Popped in to have a bite to eat about 7pm. Three of us had the tiryaki bites, rice and sweetcorn . The tiryaki sauce was a bit too thick for my liking but chicken,rice and sweetcorn were good. Then we had ice-cream. All came to about £18 so was good value for money.

Used the drive through so can't review the atmosphere. Reasonably quick service and friendly staff.

We had a KFC for lunch today. I ordered a zinger box meal for myself and two popcorn chicken meals for my kids. What I got was a zinger box meal with a plain roll and piece of chicken and a boneless banquet meal. They got the drinks right and fortunately there was a box of popcorn chicken in each of the boxes so we got almost what we ordered. I think I must of got part of the order of the person in front so I wonder if the car behind me got my order.

Some of my online order was missing. Didn't notice until I got home. The Chicken wings were slightly over cooked or the oil needed changed because the batter was very dark and dry.

Never been in a dirtier kfc was absolutely filthy

Great KFC. This place has improved a lot since my last review 2 years ago. Child friendly and there's always plenty of parking and seats. Service is great, they went above and beyond helping me setup the app for the BLC discount.

This is a good KFC. Love everything about it. But I noticed one of the doors in the ladies toilet can't lock. Apart from that vert good.

It's KFC... The dining area is clean and quiet, and ordering from the kiosk is easy. It's a bit difficult to find the entrance if you are on foot because the first inclination is to head to the fire exit. Those are the doors that are visible from the pavement.

This is actually the best KFC in the area. The other ones can be a hit or a miss but this one always delivers the same quality

The chicken I received was very dry to be honest thats the third time I've been disappointed been a fan for yrs but no more 👎down the plug

Just went to order 2 wraps of the day. "Sorry don't have any wraps". How do you run out of wraps so early in the day? If you see the stock getting low, order more in, it's not rocket science.

Sat at the speaker for the drive through for a while before having my order taken then sit for more the 5 minutes with only 1 car infront before paying for someone else's order before realising it was wrong then still had a wait for my food.

Just a quick pit stop for a bucket of wings... nice and fresh and quick service too although dont know what happened to kfc app since last time I used it but that was useless, unlike the staff at drive through who were polite friendly

Not happy with the food and service. Bucket chicken pieces is soft and soaked in oil, I ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket, and clearly stated to the staff that I would like thighs, nothing else. I received 4 ribs and 6 wings. The service was slow. I am not happy.

Yes u got it putting a secret recipe batter onto yip chicken well this is not the case at this KFC batter missing no lettuce on burger was obviously thrown into bag from other end of counter to save walking round also chips like little long lego bricks u could have more fun with than eat building something like a half decent burger.hence won't be back.manager was great got full refund on order hopefully "battered"the guy who did not batter my chicken properly lol goodbye try at your own risk.

Consistently makes mistakes and will try to stop you from eating in the restaurant an hour to an hour and a half before the advertised closing times. Consistently claims to run out of items at least 2 to 3 hours before the store closes. Condiments area is always poorly stocked. Food quality is probably better than other KFCs is in the area, except Paisley. Linwood are painfully slow to serve. Paisley, Renfrew Road branch is better.

Drive through staff don't listen! Asked for the zinger stacker meal without cheese as I'm lactose intolerant. Get my meal back to work and what's on my burger.....cheese. wasn't even noted on my receipt I asked for no cheese. I didn't have time on my lunch break to go back and get my order changed so I didn't eat at lunch today. Thanks KFC. I definitely won't be going back here again

This is my local KFC and my favourite branch 👍 Well ran by an attentive friendly manager. The staff are all great. Thanks Jordan/Carlaa for my wraps on your training day. KFC needs no explanation, always predictably good. The high five here goes to the staff 👊

Horrible, the restaurant is clean, spacious, that’s want you want but the music was way to loud when order being taken server couldn’t here order properly. I took back a bun hard, arrived back at table to find corn was 3 hours over in heating tray drawers. I didn’t want to have to go back to counter. The other two meals my daughter and partner said their meal was fine. My partner did mention the music was to loud and we agreed not to go back to this KFC.

All new set up, tidy, good, service. Lamp shades, are low, watch you don't bump your head standing up.

Shocking what a waste of £38 burger bun solid .chicken cold .fries unedable..we got it delivered ..i am about 5 mins away.

Sit in and chicken is ok, take out and chicken (esp' the boned variety) ain't great most of the time.

I am at the point of boycotting this branch of KFC, for over two years there coffee machine is always broken, why have coffee on your menu? Did you ever have a coffee machine to begin with? Or is it normal to have broken appliances for over two years?

This place is fairly local and I’ve probably given it the benefit of the doubt one too many times for that reason now, but after my last visit I don’t think I’ll bother being back. My food out of this kfc is always cold or just wrong. My last order I got no Mayo on one of my mini fillet burgers and my other one was totally plain? Also the smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen with the meal and received none of the sides we paid for (two gravy’s and dips) but this was only noticed by the time we got home. I’ve also had some issues with hygiene and cleanliness when sitting in previously (last time I was there there was a spider and webbing in the corner of the booth and messy toilets. however, this place has recently been refurbished and I haven’t sat in since, Would honestly give no stars if I could.

Just collected box meals, took them home, found out the gravy was extremely runny. In fact, the last time I saw something that colour and consistency I had gastric flu.

After a bad experience previously with this store, missing meals, decided to try them again and guess what ....yup ..... missing meal and a couple of other bits, do the orders not get checked by staff before handing them over to Just Eat, can't phone cause no one answers, didn't even give the driver the receipt ticket with instructions for finding house, and ignoring any allergy advice on order, again can't call them. I understand they were busy tonight, previous nights not the case. Time this store was closed for a bit and everyone retrained. Would like to give minus stars but unfortunately I can't. I'm sure the youngsters that work there are very nice and are being let down badly by their area management teams

Terrible service. Ordered 4 meals and when I got home only 3 in the bag. Tried to call but no answer. Had to drive all the way back and then wait on it being made. Had to wait until all of the just eat mob were served as well as the drive thru before getting the meal I was owed. Extra 45 minutes wasted. Check your order totally before leaving and never trust them when they say it's all there.
