popcorn chicken was missing from my order

Didn’t give me gravy which ruined my order seeing as I always buy the chicken for the gravy, very disappointed & let down

it's KFC, fast delivery and as expected

I enjoy KFC,however food was cold and over an hour later than expected

Several items missing from this order and this order was almost £60! Absolutely ridiculous.

Delivery was great food was amazing

drivers GPS failed and he could not find my property. The food wasn't hot and the chips were stale.

Delivery should have been within 25- 35 mins. When I called the restaurant after 90 mins they said they had no idea how much longer it may take and was told ‘ who knows long it might be’ shocking customer service and totally unreasonable response.

Food cold missing items and food was not as menu described

didn't receive separate salad and sauce as requested.

They kept delaying my food and then marked as delivered without delivering the food.

Missing stuff so spoiled my dinner just a joke

I have never had such a rude delivery person opened the door and he never said anything apart from code I said pardon he just shouted code I would like you to get back to me regarding this

The skin on my chicken was rock solid

Left note NO LETTUCE PLEASE but still put lettuce on it. No asking to leave a note if they dont bother to read it. This is not the first time this has happened.

my food has not been delivered?! yet it says it has been 20 mins ago.

Food was good, but quite small portions. Service was distinctly average.

Rice box said it has beans I kid you not I had one singular bean hahahahaha and idk if it was the drivers fault or the restaurants but it was cold on arrival. Great work guys 😂😂😂

Added about 8 pound on to total for nothing check your receipts

The Food Quantity Isn't Enough & Missing

Delivery driver was extremely nice

Place is 2 minutes down the road and the foods came stone cold not happy

Took too long chips where cold chicken was burnt

Great food aand makes a big change with mcds. always left full and more leftover brilliant

Nice KFC with great staff however the place was absolutely freezing cold and the floor was extremely slippy I nearly slipped a few times

20 mins to deliver and it’s cold. Waste of cash

missing one pineapple stick from kids meals apart from that order was correct.

The food was colder than the juice. The chips where cold and soggy aswel as the wings

Awful experience with the driver who was abusive on the phone already contacted just eat to complain

I have had delivery’s from a lot of different outlets,and never had anyone say my address comes up wrong and sent him a mile away from my home.i just find it bizarre why kfc has issues but Burger King and Mac Donald’s had no issues.all that said I would still order again as you can’t beat fc for the best of fried chicken,and funnily enough very often cheaper than other chicken shops.

Advertised as 15 - 30 minutes, turned up over an hour late. Your order is being prepared, courier is at restaurant was all i saw for 40 minutes. Avoid! Driver was the most unpleasant i have ever had, rude is being kind!

My order never arrived despite being marked as "delivered" while I was waiting at the front door for it. 2nd time this has happened with this particular KFC. Had to file a complaint to get my money back.

delivery was fine but yet again order missing crucial items. (items for kids) really frustrating when the purpose is for convenience now after waiting have to make more in the house so everyone is fed.

why I can't tip the delivery driver after recieving?

The driver went above and beyond to make sure we had our food. And I've now manually changed my post code. Apologies to the driver and thanks so much.

Third time they've missed a part of my order. Chicken was sub par quality too on this occasion.

Having placed an order in store and taken it home (stupidly before checking the bag) I am now £6 down on a large popcorn chicken that was not there and £x amount one two missing sides of fries.

Cold for the first time out this one disappointed as usually re heat it if it’s cold when delivered but today it just felt to coke to even be safe to re heat sad as I was starving 😂

Despite understaffing young Michaela was working her socks off and with a friendly chatty manner. She even apologised for the delay, which was so obviously totally outwith her control.

Actually Everything in the bag, driver was nice but somewhat cold which can’t really be improved

food was okayish, about what you expect from KFC. They forgot to out in my fries

Ordered 2 twister wraps & fries on a deal but Chicken in wrap over cooked, no Kentucky Mayo in wraps also, very disappointed

Hot food and the delivery driver was very pleasant and polite

Driver delivered my order to the wrong address and I had to contact the person who's order I had to get my order from them

one of my order is wrong, gave me all fillets when it was suppose to be 2 og chicken, 2 fillets, 2 hotwings...

No chips for the meal, no mini wrap and no extra chicken drumsticks.

Clean place with a nice atmosphere. Orders were made really quickly

The quality at this KFC is really poor. Part of our order was a rice box which isn’t rocket science. The chicken was over cooked, poor salad and no mex sauce or mayo which meant it was really dry. I’d asked for an extra fillet but it wasn’t in the box. For the prices charged this was terribly poor and really disappointing!

There were 2 opportunities for me to get out and I missed them both. The reviews aren't great and the place was empty. The chips were literally stone cold and the burger on bun was very mushy. The piece of chicken was ok.

Items missing from box meal! Ordered separate items didn’t receive them! Chicken legs tiny embarrassing giving them out

Haven’t received the order yet as the map showed the wrong location. Address was correct, but the map wasn’t. Driver called, I gave him directions on how to get to me but he insisted he has to deliver where the map shows him. Completely disappointed.

I ordered a MIGHTY BUCKET FOR ONE and I received a totally different order, the other 2 meals the chicken was very dry certainly not just cooked, totally waste of money

The driver refused to shut our front gate. Because of this, my husband won't let me order from you again.

Not happy i got lettuce when i asked for no lettuce it was allso on the receipt no lettuce. Whats the point leaving a note when they dont bother they just put it on anyway

Ordered the Dipping Boneless Feast. We have just received it and instead of the 8 mini fillets that should have been with the order, we were given 2... TWO!!

Food was lovely and piping hot

It's a lot quicker than the KFC just off the m8 at braehead. Generally more spacious and quieter too as I generally come at quiet times so I can't comment on It's busier times. My dad normally gets a 1 person mighty bucket type thing and comments on how the chicken is better cooked than the kfc mentioned previously that's just off the m8 at braehead

No mash for both meals no burger or corn complete waste of money

late relative to the original delivery time (16:24) once food given to driver. gravy was watery, more like stock. chips were rotten. chickn was acceptable.

half my order was missing, terrible service.

Two Gravy were sent instead of one corn on the corn and one gravy.

Always get a good meal Always fresh. The staff are always friendly never have to wait long for food.

Top marks for burger 5*, chips cold though 2*. Original chicken piece, bites and sides all good 4*.

Delicious food,arrived on time still hot.
