Starbucks in Renfrewshire

It's just a Starbucks...but there's no wifi. ..disappointed ㅠ

Such a friendly store! Allen was so kind and advised me on the gluten free options and showed me the seats where I could charge my completely flat phone while I sat, had a bite and a brew. All the staff here made my dining experience so relaxed and welcoming. I was happy to charge my phone from flat to full and pop up and grab a brew which stayed piping hot for quite some time. Again, Allen did such a fantastic job at welcoming all the customers and ensuring the store was kept clean which was nice when sitting here for quite some time. 10/10 recommend Glasgow airport Starbucks. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful and exceptionally clean! With the added bonus of a genuinely good space thats bright and open. A very inviting space to chill out without feeling like you are taking too long. Doesn't even feel like im at the airport i feel like im sitting in a nice cafe. Very much appreciated thankyou to the team for this experience on my solo travel from Australia such a great start to be so welcomed in an unfamiliar place.

Lovely relaxing stop whilst waiting for bag check in to open. Allan was very lovely to deal with and was always out with his trolley clearing and cleaning the tables

Got a pumpkin spice latte that was just what I needed after a week of instant coffee. Staff was very nice, building was clean, and loved the vibe. 10/10 would recommend stopping by.

I’ve never been particularly keen on Starbucks, but this one saved me after having to wait at the airport waaay longer than anticipated. The service is top notch, the music’s great not too loud, the coffee was PERFECT and it’s clean!

I asked for an iced matcha and got a matcha with blended ice like a milkshake type of texture, it was undrinkable. Nothing came up the straw. I get this all the time and it was very disappointing. Almost the full drink is frozen, like a very watered down slushy. it was a waste of money and time, i was expecting much better.

Long queues and understaffed with experienced staff. Restaurant could do with a clean too. This is a poor Starbucks reflection.

Time 5 AM on Wed Jun 26, the restaurant was almost empty. We were the only customers at the counter. We were served immediately, our order was a latte and 2 breakfast wraps. The two staff members who served us were quick and courteous. We had no issue with the employees. This review focuses on the restaurant and the food. The restaurant seating area was very dirty, every surface needed a good deep cleaning, especially the soft seating which was covered in stains and sticky. People were sleeping on all of the banquettes. It was really off putting and not a good look for an airport restaurant hosting tourists and travellers. Usually, Starbucks food is pretty consistent, but the breakfast wraps were both inedible, they were a congealed mess of beans, egg, bacon and sausage in a wrap that was microwave-hardened. Really nasty! It’s too bad, Starbucks Corporation/ management really needs to put some money and effort into overhauling this place to bring it up to standard. We will give it a hard pass next time.

Extortionate! Four sandwiches, two coffees, two soft drinks - sit in = £40! Dreadful cost. Food wasn't brill and couldn't make out the person when they shout your coffee is ready. They don't even bring to the table. I would not recommend nor will I be back. Better trying the Greggs I think. I wasn't given a receipt either, so couldn't see a break down of charges. I have since been told that Starbucks have a reputation of being expensive. But £40 goes beyond the pale. Shocking, shocking, shocking. Shame on you Starbucks, ripping people off.

Stopped for a Coffee while I was waiting for my flight. Sophie served me and was amazing. She is so friendly and helped me to my seat when she noticed I had difficulty walking. What a great addition to any team. Service was very quick!

The staff at Starbucks, Glasgow Airport are so friendly and always welcome you with a smile. The food is so tasty and the service is very quick. To sit in and read or do work stuff is a bliss..... Lovely ambient,.... And love the chill out music.

Many customers but not many stayed to sit down, staff were cheerful and pleasant to talk to, drink was made perfectly, was served by Kai who was more than happy to crack a few mild jokes here and there to make you feel welcome

Ordering is fast ! Getting your order well rebook your flight it's 15-20 mins wait due to only 3 staff and one coffe machine. Another machine would be productive.

Dreckig, teuer und Kaffee schmeckt nicht wirklich.

The two people working behind the counter had a full on argument. Went on the entire time. I don’t mind dirty tables or over full bins , but you’re at work guys ! Arguing in front of customers is extremely inappropriate. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Thought Scandinavia was famously expensive until I came here….nice hot drink however.

The place is filthy, I had to clear my own table and after 45 minutes nobody has come to collect the rubbish. Fluff, fingernails and rubbish left in the windows and layered in dust. Tables are not clean and nor is the floor. Staff seemed to enjoy the chats with each other rather than doing their jobs. I also stood waiting for my drink whilst the staff chatted amongst themselves, when I asked for my drink the only response I received was a roll of the eyes before being presented with the coffees minus a smile or apology.

Great service! We unfortunately spilled our full drink and the staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us to clean everything up and even remade our drink for free!

Prime location at arrivals but sadly rather poor service (unfriendly - not even a hello, no offer to warm up pastries, dirty cups and dishes on almost all tables) and the first time I had coffee at Starbucks that tasted outright burned. For the premium price, I would expect more.

even though quiet it was dirty. That's the second time in Scotland I have been disappointed in cleanliness at Starbucks.

Mal servicio con personal poco eficiente. Hay 4 trabajadores, menos de 10 mesas ocupadas, nadie esperando a ser atendido y hay zonas sucias sin recoger. No obstante el personal es amable y las bebidas están buenas.
