McDonald's in Renfrewshire

Shop is a mess, they get employees to do fake reviews to boost ratings, they make employees come in during a red weather warning. Wouldn’t recommend

Food has got better over the past while. Well done.

Got a chicken burger and the cheese was blue mouldy and the chicken was rock hard

I was ready for this had not gone for a burger in such a long time and it didn't dissapoint

I swear this is the worst mcdonals there orders are allways wrong i just took a take away and i drove home in happy meals for kids and in both off them are only chips on them and there stupied toys no burger or nuggets what is wrong with your place sort out your workers on take away or just stop doing take aways

04 Jan 25 @ 14.45. Ordered several individual items and asked for 5 sauces so the kids wouldn't need to share a sauce between each other. Told that the manager said 3 is the max. Wouldn't even let me pay for them. Yeah, those tiny free sachets of sauce. Poor management to lose an customer for something so pathetic. Food cold as always. Order was >£20.

Meant to close at 11pm. 10:37pm the guy is on his phone and has locked all the doors not letting anyone in.

i ordered a grimace shake from this one but i usually order it from the mcdonalds at braehead and the grimace shake from braehead always taste nice but this one on paisley road it stinking it just tasted like a bitter pint of milk with chemicals in it it tasted like i was biting into a pine cone and the cup was half full. never again.

Absolute riot of a place, don’t even know how they are still franchised. Every time I order (out of sheer convenience, against my better judgement) my order is always messed up. Stuff missing, no sauces or sauce on the wrong items. Do peoples allergies mean nothing to you also No point eating the dry chicken with no sauce so that’s my food for the night wasted. Joke of a place, it takes 2 brain cells to look at an order, then place what is written down in the bag. It’s not rocket science.

Food was STONE COLD, No straw with drink ( It was also the wrong drink) and I ordered an apple pie and it was no where to be seen. Just because im not in the store doesn’t give you the right to miss stuff out.

The Renfrew Rd McDonalds is terrible for missing items from the order. Missing a bacon double cheeseburger this time. It is always something substantial rather than an inconsequential item like sauce.

I got 🥕 I asked for 🍍 had to rebuild the burger it had fell apart

Quality of food and service in this restaurant is far superior to others in the franchise. Food is always fresh and still warm :)

Paid £32 for cold food, didn’t even get the “free chicken nuggets” for spending over £20. I don’t know why I bother ordering it’s the same every time and a £4 credit for poor service just doesn’t cut it

I got my food. Although I payed for sauces and received no sauce with my order whatsoever this has happened quite a few times but I had let it go but now it is constant.

Ordered at 5:25pm time on app said 15-20 min delivery, once ordered , said there would be a problem and would be longer, changed 3 times, eventually came at 7:10. Not acceptable as you already have my money , so makes it impossible to cancel and start over again and order from somewhere else! Also your complaints department is non existent, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack!

I watched the driver leave the restaurant and go in the opposite direction, he admitted to me in delivery he didn't know where he was going, food was cold!!!

Disappointed that there was no straws for the Iced Strawberry Lemonade and no milk or sugar for tea. No napkins. Food and tea was not very warm

Drive thru staff could do with talking to customers just don't hand the food over. Greet the customer, Good customer service is a must, even for a drive thru. Fold the bag over to keep in the heat of the food

Ordered on app, got drinks at window then was parked up right away. Food came out about 10 mins later but were missing dips -5x in total as part of the chicken selects/nugget share box and cheesebites. Was frustrating as had to go back round drive thru and get these so by time we had our food, it was stone cold. Won’t go back to this one again as service must better at others - recommendation to improve would be make sure you give all customers their dips at same time as drinks, as this seems to work fine for other branches.

Food freezing. Driver was given numerous stops before delivering our food, making him 15 minutes late. Meals were stone cold by the time the food was delivered. Order came to £26 and Just eat offered £5 credit.
