still haven't received my order 2 and a half hours still waiting

Delivery was prompt and the meal is 👍

Always items missing almost every time we order from here!!

ordered for 7.30 pm arrived at 7.50 pm 20 minutes late .Chips were not hot VERY DISAPPOINTED

Food was absolutely cold when delivered and also chips were cold and soggy

Drinks spilled all over the bag McDonalds really find a better solution for this problem so a actual getting our drinks as should be

I didn’t get the right size of drink and my partner didn’t even get the correct drink

20 nuggets no dips again , I’ve only got myself to blame now .. least they got the order right this time

Frequently get orders wrong. The latest impressively so, fish fingers instead of chicken nuggets, a missing brownie, missing balsamic dressing and the wrap had only the things I asked to be removed on it.

Yous really need to sort your staff out every time I order something is wrong and this time I had enough you need to train them on reading the order correctly and making sure everything is in it and needing to sort something out with the food especially chips coming cold honestly if someone is reading you should be ashamed I hope you can’t sleep at night because if this review because I can’t sleep thinking about what a waste of money ordering food from McDonalds is. I hope who done order gojail

The tomato ketchup dips were missing and the bag had been opened

this is directed at mcdonalds incompetence lids weren't fitted properly on the drinks so 2 drinks were lost in the process no straws no condiments and this is a constant thing

didn't receive one of my meals and none of my sauces I had ordered and paid for aswell plus no straws and napkins seems to be a regular thing with McDonald's

driver was very professional and courteous

The order didn't show up at all. The order is marked as delivered but we did not receive it. Someone out there is enjoying a free lunch.

Packed the completely wrong order

They got our order wrong how can you get an egg McMuffin mixed up with a sausage McMuffin we couldn’t eat it as my partner is vegetarian. Then mix up a double bacon and egg McMuffin with a double sausage McMuffin. Not happy at all

Paid extra for classic coke, got given coke zero. Didn't receieve my 2 McFlurries, chips were cold and had no flavour, milkshake tasted weird. I dunno, this McDonalds is terrible now. Delivery was 10/10 though.

Only stopped for a coffee, gave the "food" a 1 star as it's ultra processed crap, probably a contribution to the obesity issue in children/teens. Service is also garbage as it's full of just eat/Uber people (who are prioritized) delivering crap cheap "food" to lazy folk sat on their backside that don't realise they could cook a healthy meal quicker and cheaper at home. Atmosphere, well, to the right there were the Uber/Just eat fellas that you see skelping about on electric bikes balacava'd up looking like their about rob a bank, and to the left were noisy weans (between 10-14 yr old) that have no respect for society, loud & obnoxious, vaping, whilst staff (teenagers) who obviously know them just laugh and keep out of their way. Honestly I remember when the food was semi food and it was comfortable enough to sit in, wee burger and a coffee and read the paper in peace. As a rule I'd avoid these establishments unless on a long commute and I need something to keep me going.

Every time you order from this branch your drinks come without a straw, McFlurry comes with no spoon, am I supposed to use my fingers for the McFlurry? This in no one off

Horrible customer service!! Ordered over £20 worth of food for only 2 items to be delivered, cannot contact the restaurant as the number they have is not even in service 100% will not be back and I advise not to order from here!!!food was also cold!!

Everytime without fail there has been several burgers missing from either a main meal or by itself and leaves people without a dinner for the night. even with a refund its not worth getting anymore since people are going hungry

Frozen if ask me best buying there and then dont get delivery

Meal was delivered floating in Fanta by a guy who was about 35 stone and on a bike!! The smell off him would’ve put me off the food if it was edible

my drink that I received was empty and had spilled all over the bag the driver didn't even think to mention or apologise as you could clearly feel that the bag was lighter and soaking wet

No straws, no fruit shoot, either drinks had been pressed to indicate whether it was coke or Coke Zero. Both tasted so flat it was hard to figure out which was which.
