0 stars isn’t an option. Seemingly incompetent staff. Every single time we have ordered from then at least 1 part of the order doesn’t turn up. Don’t bother ordering nuggets - no sauce is ever provided and it’s rare the amount you order turns up. Full parts of our order haven’t been included several times. From desserts to drinks to full on burgers.

It was very busy but the service decent and the place was clean.

Half order missing again - not hard to check shit off a receipt, paying for food I’m not getting is a bit of a regular occurrence

Canny get an order right if there life depended on it, 6 meals ordered yesterday and came without fries and apparently a fanta is an irn bru, Start reading the screen! Absolute joke

Always, Always, Always check your order. Just had to drive back to get chicken nuggets missed off my order. They don't answer their phone and when I arrived they simply asked if I still wanted them. Food is average at best and they are now charging a small fortune.

The food was good. Cooked well. Obviously, it never looks like the picture. Some staff looked like they couldn't be bothered, but most got on with their stuff. The chocolate milkshake tasted a little like banana. I find that at some maccy Ds. But overall, a good visit. At least they had the milkshake machine working. I ate in the restaurant, it was clean, staff wiping surfaces, always a good sign.

Guy has our postcode and house number snd still got last apparently. 30 quid order for myself and the kids. AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER ATE IT ALL BY HIMSELF AND PUT THE ORDER AS DELIVERED. At last that is the only explanation i have. Starving n skint👍

all food stone cold,and I only got half a smoothie and both bags were open, binned the lot

food came cold, driver obviously been on other deliveries before mine, coffee cold as well.

Wish i could give 0 stars, ordered from this place twice this week both times i had ordered two minecraft meals, both times the toys where missing! absolute joke not had one positive experience with this location always forget something or always mess up my order!!!!!!

Absolutely awful. Food came freezing cold, missing sauces, ordered large meals and got mediums with hardly no chips in the boxes, everything tasted like cardboard oh and won’t give me a refund. Don’t ever order from here!!

Missus got a chicken salad and enjoyed it. £9.99 for a chicken salad at a takeaway though? Seems to be getting more expensive

missing 4 sauces large chips large juice apple juice and straws. terrible service always missing items

only thing i can fault again is the missing sauces with the share box plus the extra ordered seem to be every order these are missing

Absolutely shocking not the 1st time I've had something wrong with my order from this particular mcdonalds. I'm not one to say anything but no 1st of all the 2 double chilli cheese burgers didn't even have jalapeños on it like come on how hard is it to put some on that's just laziness and unprofessional as I said I'm not one to moan Im normally just like okay whatever but this time yous have really annoyed me absolute disgrace and 2nd of all chips aren't there. Absolutely shocking

We received the completely wrong order however because I had given the driver the code he said it wasn’t his problem. Even though he doesn’t hand over the order without saying the code first, so there would be no way to know if the order was incorrect prior to saying the code.

I paid for 2 only got 1 order last time I will be using this app

I chose to order this because of the short delivery time. However, the time kept changing and getting longer. It was originally meant to be 30-35 minutes, the food took over 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, by which time some food was cold. Very disappointing!

Food was cold, everything on order was cold, definitely not freshly made

on map, my order travelled a bit, delivering to other customers before delivery to me, then passed by my home, and went to wrong address. Food was cold,ice cream melted. not good!!

Expected delivery time pushes back so we were kept informed but still later than initially told. Chips were not particularly warm and we did not get any sauces ordered.

inaccurate estimate time - almost 2 hours wait order never delivered and app then changed to "delivered" although food was never out for delivery

Order at half 12 was told it would be here at 13.00 then when 13.00 they changed time to 13.30 then 13.30 came order didn’t arrive then at 13.30 was told it would be here 14.00 didn’t come change time to 14.30 never came then gave me a time of 14.55 /15.15 so basically waited over 3hours or so for a delivery then wouldn’t let me cancel ma Oder sort yourself out McDonald’s tried to phone but number wasn’t recognised even ma auntie tried to phone & it said the same thing so a want a refund
