Never got half the stuff i ordered will not order again

Delivery driver lost and had to call me. Went to the wrong building despite reciept clearly saying my correct address didn’t apologise for this

food was cold and practically inedible

Took almost an hour from order for delivery and the time was pushed back.

Arrived quickly, hot and tasted lovely. Never have any issues with getting our meals.

All our orders from #mcds and #kfc wer either cold or part of the order wer not there 😕, But #BURGERKING have not let us down every order has been perfect 👌 and always on time or mostly early 😀 so #BIG UP BURGER KING 😀 THANKYOU

Burgers were both cold n nuggets over cooked

ordered 4 meals and got 1 delivered for 25 quid

Missing half the order. Restaurant unhelpful. Refund submitted. What was delivered was cold.

Everything was freezing cold asked to make sure plenty bacon still barely any on it for the price of the meal the value was shocking fries where freezing again and had put note stating they where last time also burger was freezing cold also

food was prepared ages ago and I was still waiting on driver picking up and delivering.

Order never arrived even though was put down by driver as delivered contacted Burger King who told me my order had not been picked up was sitting for 3 hrs made so driver clearly lied about delivering order spent £26 and never got any good discusted about this service and the driver clearly lying about delivering my food when it was still sitting in Burger King

Was served by the delightful connor, a real gem in the fast food industry, won't be surprised if he's running the place soon, food was delicious and could tell that it was made with such care, if you're ever un Hillington I highly recommend

I had a wonderful visit to Burger King with my 3 kids One of them caused a fuss about having mayo on their burger But a kind young lad called Alan came and fixed it for us Was over the moon Can't wait to come back :)

They say 'have it your way'. And while going by this story it might not seem like it on the face of things, by jove, did I! Having recently visited "BK" Hillington, I was blown away by the service provided by a well-presented, well-spoken and young man called Alan. I must admit to approaching the counter with a sense of trepidation, but Alan's calming nature immediately put me at ease. Having filled him in on the jangly nature of my nerves, I let him know that the volume of choice was actually a burden. Alan supported me through this fantastically, recommending I follow his personal preferences. I boldly placed my faith in the man and boy, was I rewarded. I didn't know a humble burger bun could act as such an effective onion-holding vessel. Packed on both above and below the meat, the onions gave a sharp and distinctive flavour to the burger. Alan even went so far as to check in on me as I crunched my way through the tangy tastebud heaven. Thank you Alan, or as we joked in private, "Mr Hot Pie!".

I was blown away by my recent experience at Burger King Hillington, which all fast food establishments should strive to meet the high standards of. Though the food was scrumptious and evidently prepared with ample care and attention to detail, my personal highlights were the spotless dining area and the superb staff. It appeared as though these efforts were being driven by the impressive young shot-caller, Alan, who served my husband and I. His manner was impeccable, no query was too much for him, and he seemed to take great delight in detailing the menu items and offering us suggestions on what to order based on our preferences. Burger King, listen close -- Alan is a credit to your organisation, and someone who I'm sure is bound for great things in his future.

Alan was great, he deserves a promotion!!!

i had a great experience in burger king was out dining with my family and one of my kids were annoyed that in the burger their were tomato’s and this kind man called alan helped us sort the situation and got a fresh burger without tomato’s couldn’t recommend burger king more

Manager was very helpfull with using the kiosks and teachin us in how to use them

Was served by Alan at the drive thru. I ordered a royale meal. Service and food were spot on. I will be back.

The young man Alan who served my food was cery pleasant towards my family will be back great stuff.

Delivery was over an hour later than the original time. Then when it arrived the order was wrong and my son couldn’t eat his. So a total waste of time and money

My favorite restaurant for decades, but the staff should care about the quality of the food and services. Many issues I’ve faced from missing items to low quality f the food.

Quick fast at making orders, friendly staff, helpful and actually make ur order right. There was one member courtney that went above and beyond and helped my kids as they have autism and they asked alot of questions about how there food was made etc.. any other staff anywhere usually just ignore them. I will be back to this restaurant and would recommend :-)

Not really big on Burger Kings be honest . Always a hit or a miss when getting a drive through or sitting in . Have to say that delivery was 10/10 . Late but still hot and tasted nice from.the Hillington branch . Chips were lovely

Never have any issues at all. Foods always warm on arrival and tasty. It gets to me either on time or early.

Half the food and drinks were missing out of 4 meals I got 2 and 2 drinks

BK used to get the orders wrong routinely but have improved a lot.

I had two wee Hamburgers and a flat white from drivethrough. Quick as fast food should be hit and fresh. I think it was down to the staff correct attitude polite decent producing good quality 👍

Food was excellent, served with a smile and really made the experience great. Looks like a really well run establishment, would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Waited over an hour for food to be delivered when it was estimated to be delivered within 20-35 mins.

The food was all cold and burger were under cooked

2 hours for delivery, time kept changing, then when it said on the way the driver was somewhere else, so obviously had a few deliveries and had our order out for a while as the food was cold on arrival

Only issue was that sauces were missing

Food was stone cold and grossly overpriced for what we got. I think BK has lost sight of the fact it’s a fast food joint, not a gourmet burger place. Poor value for money and quality was poor.

Burgers cold and certainly not fresh, says a lot when the chips are warmer than your burger!

Food was absolutely freezing done a delivery in pollok first before coming to me in penilee

Over 2 hours for delivery that arrived cold. Employee took no responsibility, tried to blame the driver. Delivery tracking showed 20 mins. Employee denied facts about length of time. No apology, no help. Defended their service, did nothing.

I orderd 2 meals chicken nuggets and a ice cream I only received 1 meal and feee Ounion rings this cost me 30 something pound absolute joke 30 odd pounds for 1 meal I want a refund or another meal sent out cos now someone doesn’t have a meal and now has to make something

Not the staffs fault but seriously expensive and their burgers 🍔 are tiny cheese burger two bites 😭🤣
