Just left. Stood waiting for 25mins. Served people who arrived after us first. Lots of young female staff far too engaged in chatting. Manager doing nothing about it. One girl swept the same bit of floor for about 6 mins so she could keep talking. Eventually one of them noticed we where still stood there, got our food whilst stopping to chat yet again whilst it's going cold. Most tables dirty and floors. Food apart from chips was cold. We have visited a few times when staying at Premier Inn for breakfast and it's been great and so clean so we where really shocked how bad it was this evening . The manager was emptying bins and filling drink machines whilst the girls chat. Unbelievable.

Ordered a meal for the family at 6pm, still waiting for it 2 hours later. Not exactly ‘fast’ food..

Visited Braehead McDonald's today and I have to comment on the poor food and availability of requested food. Firstly, the floor was filthy and we had to move seats, as our feet were in the mess! After ordering three stormzy meals the teller, advised us that there were no milkshakes and no Mcflurry's available. So why offer the Stormzy meal when not available? It would have been helpful to have either a sign advising, not available or the teller advising straight off, no Stormzy meals available. Once the three members of my group had decided what to replace the Stormzy meal with, we were disappointed that all four meals were served with cold chips; the drinks were watered down and were very flat. All this for just under £29.00. Sadly none of the meals were enjoyable nor eaten in full. There was a faulty light above us that flickered constantly and was very annoying. Lastly, when leaving we noticed the Mcdonald's sign outside was broken.  This just about summed up our whole experience.

Not happy with my order tried phoning McDonald's at braehead wrong number shocking I paid £16.02 and got 3 bits of mozzarella pieces where is the rest of my order as you can't get contact with yourselves not good business Mandy 😡😡

Phone number does not work had ordered on ubber eats and realised i had added a small fries to the order instead of a large fries ubber says to contact the merchant your buying from but there is no way to contact this McDonalds as the phone doesn’t work says it’s invalid number, the other McDonalds in the shopping centre there phone works just not this one which is bloody annoying

A nice, clean restaurant with a good atmosphere, but unfortunately, our food didn’t arrive as expected. We placed a table order, and after 10 minutes with no sign of our food, we had to follow up with the staff, who seemed surprised. It turned out they hadn’t started cooking the pancakes for the kids until that point, resulting in a total wait time of 15 minutes from ordering to being served.

One of the better McD's. Service good and the food and coffee is actually hot unlike some other McDonalds.

Great service of the counter staff

What a great McD this one is and for a single reason. Facilities excellent really clean, restaurant really clean too and set out nice, counter staff nice enough folk. However there was an absolute gem of a lady cleaning the restaurant and she was so nice and helpful. She really was a wee Beacon of sunshine and just made it a more of a friendly place not just a mass feeding station

Braehead McDonald's was nice n clean, my fillet of fish was cooked perfectly, granddaughter had a great time on the tablets that are available, staff were friendly and table service was great, nice to see a clean welcoming McDonald's franchise as si many are visibly dirty.

really bad as i have ordered one thing that cost £13 which was fine but they have taken £17 out my bank and won’t do anything about it and very rude

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! ive just went to this hell hole and went on the ordering machine to order a cheesy mccrispy with only cheese and bacon and obviously the chicken and it came without cheese! on a ‘cheesy mccrispy’ and some mysterious sauce these low life minimum wage con artist workers have scammed a hungry family out of £9 for your own safety GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! Fans were silent the whole time aswell quite enough to hear a penny drop.

Burgers are not what they used to be. Overpriced and tasteless.

It's MacDonalds so food is standard, quick convenient, It 's busy a busy place so there are queues for the order machines and the staff manned station and again it's a busy place so depends on what you order ( I like the grilled chicken wrap - but it's not one of the most popular choices so generally has to be made fresh( bonus) but longer wait and then you sometimes need to wait to get a table) but that all said, it's a popular place and you know it what your getting.

This McDonald's has made no mistakes with my kid's complex customisations, which I can't say for any of the others in Glasgow. In fact the last time I had an issue, I realised it was me that had mucked up after readding an item that didn't work on a voucher. Appreciate the team here.

Staff are thick. They make the McFlurrys immediately so by the time you get through the drive thru they’ve melted.

At the drive-through, for coffee and a hot chocolate. The toasted marshmallow was cold on the top cream, which I didn't expect.

Depending how busy it is depends on the quality of the food. Atmosphere is okay made better by having Aiden being on he's jolly works hard at keeping the place tidy and clean.

The food was excellent when I visited. There was a slight error with the order, but it was sorted out no problem and really appolgetic about the mistake. There is plenty of parking outside, and the team in the store is very welcoming. The person in the lobby was great, cleaning as quickly as tables left. It was great to see as it was very busy when I visited. Store had a good feel to it.

I ordered food at 11 and got it at half 12 freezing and a completely different order

Got takeaway and when got home realised they had given me 9 mcnuggets instead of chicken selects sharing box. Receipts weren't working so just have to take the hit.

I've never been a fan of McDonald's at any time. Their burgers are tasteless and greasy in my personal opinion. I much prefer Burger King and it's flamed grill options AND they are responsibly quiet rather than the queue out of the door of my local McDonald's!

Nice and peace place for quick eating. Located in the business place. Whenever you go to brehead shopping and you are McDonald's lover enjoy it. We always found it fast and not crowded.

Hopeless - milkshakes not working again 3 rd time in last 5 visits waited ages for food and with 4 meals you get 2 tomato sauces ? I will be heading to Paisley one next time.

Absolutely shocking service, states 24 hours yet closed at 2:30am on a Saturday night and place was closed, but Uber eat drivers allowed in, i then placed an order via the app and it took the money but didn’t allow us to collect. Shambles.

AVOID THIS PLACE! got a coke from this McDonald’s and there was an actual fly dead inside it and only noticed after I drank most of the drink! Can’t even call up and complain as their phone number is invalid

It's rare to find a McDonald's these days that serves hot fries & the food looks good on the tray & not dumped on there. Customer service is always good & restaurant is always clean.

It's McDonald's, there's nothing much to say. The food is good for a quick bite to eat, it can be loud and overbearing- particularly on a Saturday so it you are noise sensitive- I would suggest some earplugs or eating in a car/getting take out or delivery. The staff are rushed which adds to anxiety, totally not their fault. Quiet times are best if you're noise/atmosphere/crowds etc sensitive.

Burgers, fries and if you're there at the right time Frozen Strawberry Lemonade! If you've never been, do try it.

Take out. Fresh tasting chips always the thing to look for in a Golden Arches. Braehead shopping centre very quiet at 20h but restaurant seemed busy inside.

Recommend to go inside and order there as drive thru is often busy with long queues. Quick service but not a lot seats inside. Restaurant is often busy because of nearby shopping outlets. No long wait time.

Very poor McDonald's. Chips are always overcooked. Food is often wrong. Still quite newly opened, so hoping it gets better with time.

ordered a Mcdonald’s using there system, payed £22, driver was on his way and they cancelled my order and haven’t given me a refund! don’t answer there phones either to speak to them about it, nightmare of a “restaurant”. Do not go!

First time at this McDonald's. It was not that busy. Service was fast. Background noise was low. A good vist overall.

It’s a McDonalds, but with a nice and new touch. The staff was friendly, and corrected a mistake in my order very swiftly, even though there were eggshells in my McMuffin I left feeling satisfied and happy :)

The staff were rude, too busy chatting between themselves. The bag was put on the side with no care, no checks to see if I needed anything extra. Not even any eye contact to say thanks… their conversation was clearly too important.

Better going inside to get your order. Plenty cars waiting to be served. Food was quick and hot. Chairs are not the most comfortable. Toilets are clean.

Piece of plastic/paper though the buger returned it as it's toxins though the food and is not with in food safety laws including potential position with in the bugger. Was refunded for the meal still bad experience there would no go back.

Fairly quick service, pleasant staff, food ok but measures could be better( short ) , the coca cola sometimes could be stronger/ had one that was tasteless soda water only - no flavour.

Food was great. My oldest Granddaughter had a lovely time "coloring in" with the provided papers and crayons I'll be honest though I miss ordering my meal via the boys and girls behind the counter I just cannot get used to these computerised ordering systems,but then again,I'm regarded as"ancient" 😂

We ordered 2 mighty mc muffin meals for breakfast and ended up with 2 bacon rolls (????). For this place I would recommend always check your order when you do drive through because it’s not the first time they get an order wrong, very frustrating.

This is by far one of the cleanest McDonald's I have been in
