Long wait, very expensive and tables, floors and chairs dirty. Food was actually nice though, a surprise tbh friend got the stuffing tower meal which was about £12 and worth £3. I got boneless feast which was nice but barely warm and hardly a feast

Only get cookies the rest looks unappealing to me personally

Staff Nichole went the further mile when the person I support needed the toilet facility and their disabled toilet was broken and we had to use the men’s which was difficult to negotiate Nichole waited outside till we were ready so my gentleman had privacy and treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Nichole⭐️x10

Preordered meal at 4:45pm to be delivered at 5:45pm, I get the food (Cold) at 7:10pm. Deliverer also got lost and rather than try to find me, he sat there for 10 minutes whilst I tried to message him on where to go and got no reply.

Went to go in to campus last night with my sister and cousins and friends and wee got told no as they where all letting young girls in and all the bouncer could do was laugh at us defo avoid at all cost this place is a joke will never go again and will not be recommending this place a think they need to sort there door staff out

This place has went down hill big time. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Poor quality. Starters peking ribs ok but rubbish chicken wings. Horrible processed chicken in the main curry , chips over cooked. Won’t be back

Asked the proprietor on 23rd Dec 2024 if the chicken donner I ordered was ok, showing him the very pink chicken. I asked if it was medium rare :-). He instantly became aggressive, refused to try it himself and gave me back my money (£6.50) without asking. He told me he sells 300kg of chicken a week, so he knows the pink chicken is fine (not leg meat, or even bruised - just raw pinky/purple breast). I repeatedly asked if he could please try a bit of the chicken but he impolitely refused, took it from me and binned it before returning cash. Told him I didn't want to be arsey but just wanted to make sure I didn't ruin Christmas for my family but he was having one of it. Didn't offer a replacement, not that I would have accepted anyway. Genuinely trying to make myself sick now before food poisoning kicks in and I'm bed ridden for Christmas day. This guy is a class A Tommy tank - don't normally leave scathing reviews like this but good luck if you venture here. This guy deserves nothing but food poisoning himself. In the balance of fairness, my pal had a sausage supper with cheesy chips which looked spot on but when offered a taste I had understandably had lost my appetite. Cannot recommend without a hazard warning and shall not be returning any time soon - fingers crossed for Christmas day.

What a horrible and dishonest business. My partner ordered dinner for me and him from here on just eat after coming home from a long shift at work. We waited 2 hours, he phoned up a few times and the man on the phone kept saying it will be with us soon. Order never arrived and my partner got that annoyed he drove down to the shop to see if he could just pick it up. Shop was shut. Absolute joke of a place won't be coming here again

Food tastes good but king size kebab is a rip off! Same size of tray as a large but with chips & cheese squashed in & less meat!

Decent food and excellent service

Pleasent surprise grabbing a burger chips before a train. Burger quality was night and day above any fast food place, chips were chips, salad was fresh. Staff were friendly, place was clean and food was a quick turnaround. Definitely be back in in the future

Terrible food and very bad customer service waited 1hr from ordering to getting my food

Appalling. 2¾ hours after accepting order, no food has arrived. Phone isn't answered. They simply let it ring for over 5 mts then clear the line. Took money quickly enough but have now admitted that they have no driver. Dreadful customer service, especially for a regular customer. DO NOT order from them unless you want to go hungry and them keeping your money. Have now had to complain to my Bank

Pedí a McDonald’s Paisley por primera vez, y desafortunadamente, fue una experiencia terrible. Estaba en la oficina, hambriento, y esperando ansiosamente que llegara mi comida. Sin embargo, cuando finalmente lo hizo, abrí la caja solo para descubrir que habían enviado el pedido equivocado. Pedí específicamente una hamburguesa de pollo crujiente McDonald’s porque no como carne de res, pero en su lugar, ¡me enviaron una hamburguesa de doble queso! Esto fue extremadamente decepcionante y completamente inaceptable. Tal descuido con los pedidos de comida puede arruinar fácilmente el día de alguien, especialmente cuando depende de una comida durante un día de trabajo ocupado. Errores como este no solo son inconvenientes, sino también irrespetuosos con las preferencias y restricciones dietéticas. Estoy muy insatisfecho con esta experiencia, y espero sinceramente que McDonald’s Paisley mejore su servicio para asegurar que esto no le suceda a nadie más
