Subway in East Renfrewshire

This is the last time I ordered something here. I waited for my order for two (!) hours. I received a call from the delivery guy who said he had been waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes. I had to call the restaurant and they didn't even apologize or tell me when the food would be ready or why it was taking so long. The toastie and wrap were soft and flattened, as if they had been sat on. The cookie was hot and melted in the bag. Just annoyed from waiting and no pleasure from eating.

My kids love these sandwiches. I don't know why, and that's the only reason they get a good review. I don't like them.

Asked for tikka sandwich untoasted - they toasted it as they always seem to do. I don’t see how that’s such an awkward request. Hardly any meat in both sandwiches and cheese non existent in both as well. Flavour was fine, just average.

Food was freezing. Delivery driver didn’t have it in a proper insulated bag. So know wonder it was freezing

It was very, very bad. The food was cold. Even though I ordered it myself and received it at the store, it was very cold and of very poor quality.

The delivery driver was very rude, he has no customer service skills.

Never felt so rushed to make my order in my life. When i asked for sides the staff was so rude. Found a hair in the food! And the nachos were all squished onto 1 side of the box despite it being flat in the bag the whole time with no wrapper in there. Chicken was also cold despite it being a 2min walk home wont be back

Missing items. Never got the dip for the churro and never got the cookie that comes in the meal deal. Other than that it was great

Want to put a good review in for the restaraunt and drivers here, never had any issues with missing items unlike a lot of other restaraunts and the delivery drivers are always fast and friendly.

This is a Halal Subway, so relax! My local branch, as have been coming here since they opened. Service is friendly & fast. Usual Subway menu & prices.

Food was cold, very tasty, mayo was dried up and hard, asked for no lettuce and found 1 piece of lettuce? Meatballs were chewy and sweet corn was cold.

Salad was great just what I asked for

I ordered myself my partner & my daughter ia bunch last night & not 1 part of the order was right complete different order so I imagine I wasn't the only unhappy customer last night as someone must have gotten our order instead! PAY MORE ATTENTION!

Took 1 hour and 15 mins to arrive. Came freezing cold - could see driver took a longer route to my house. Inedible. Came in a plastic bag with a wet napkin inside for some reason. Wouldn't order from here again. Will use Darnley Subway.

Hot sauce on meatball sub when no sauce was requested, hash browns soggy, hardly any meat on the Phillip. The whole order looks like it thrown together. Very dissatisfied.

Over an hour late then the courier sat on his phone in his car outside the house and will still talking to someone on speakerphone when handing over the order not impressed at all

The salad i ordered was 95% lettuces. Disappointed with this as the salad is expensive due to the meet and yet there was hardly any meat or any other veg. Literally just a rabbit meal...

Very stingy with the toppings, especially the chicken. Could tell the second i picked it up, felt light and empty. Have heard people moaning about this branch before. Only ordered from here because my local subway wasn't doing the 20% off deal, won't be ordering from this one ever again though.

2 subs where toasted when shouldn't have been. Clearly they don't read orders properly. Very disappointed.

Best Subway in the southside. Staff are helpful and friendly and the owner is excellent. Standard of the sandwiches is great and always packed. No scrimping on ingredients like some others in the area.

Food was fine but I was shocked when the customer next to me said no salad and members of staff put it on customer sandwich she said no salad and member of staff just picked it off was shocked about that's a big health and safety issue (allergys )

It was late which I do understand yous were very busy but still I order at 7:12pm it came at 8:30-8:45pm. I ordered turkey and ham footlong there wasn’t any turkey on it just ham and there wasnt any note to let me know . I’m not bothered by it just because I waited so long for it .

I ordered honey mustard sauce on my footlong and got smoked bbq instead!! HUGE DIFFERENCE! It changed the whole flavour of my sub and was far too overpowering. I also ordered cheese on top and didn’t get any.🙄

Guy behind the counter is an absolute shagger but needless to say he can’t cook to save himself. He dropped my sub around 4 times before proceeding to toast it. This didn’t taste like my usual Italian BMT, instead it tasted like an Italian bin. Their most loyal customer is Alex Watson and you can see how poorly the subs are affecting this young man. The only problem I had was that I wanted the chocolate chunk cookie and got the double chocolate instead, I don't like too much chocolate so couldn't eat it

Quantity is so less that it didn't last more than 2 minutes... Highly disappointed with the quantity. No clear instructions on the app too that what I get by default and what are the additional top-ups I can add

Delivery very fast, food hot and amazing as always.

So our food didn’t arrive at all - when contacting the restaurant the gent on the phone was outstanding went above and beyond by making the order and brining the order himself he’s a credit too the store

The delivery came without the meatballs however The staff were very helpful in every way and deliverd the meatballs direct to my door with a extra cookie in there thank you the best subway store around the food was delicious well prepared and very filling I will be back

no cookies again, sandwich was crushed when i got it.
