Pizza Hut Delivery Knightswood in Glasgow City

We didn't get the Pizza's delivered.We went into the Shop and ordered Pizza's.A Large Pizza is £6.99 with 4 toppings,which I think is quite good value.Order on-line and you can get 2xLarge Pizza's for the price of one,after doing a survey.Good quality Pizza's with a choice of different bases.We didn't get offered different bases,but found out that this is an option after ordering (same with ordering on-line). * I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars as about a year and a half ago we ordered 2xPizza's online for collection and when we got home with them we found 2x burnt offerings that were meant to be 2x Pizza's! Haven't been back since and wouldn't recommend this place. Why would they box up 2 burnt Pizza's???

Haven’t been in this Branch for quite some time. Great customer service, was approached straight away by a very friendly server. Told him what I was looking for and how many people I was ordering for and he recommended a great value for money deal. 2 large pizzas, 2 sides, dips and a drink for £28! I waited around 15 mins for my freshly made pizzas and sides. Still pipping hot when I got home too. Pizzas never disappoint, guaranteed to hit the spot every time. My kids love the deep pan Bbq Americano, it’s been their go to for years. Thanks Pizza Hut for some Sunday evening Nostalgia and plenty of leftovers for later ☺️🍕🍕🍕🍕

Chicken and sweetcorn pizza and potato wedges portion, food was cold, actually cold not even warm, wedges went in the bin calls wedges are just a no no

Food is ok butphone and custumer service is very rude and she speaks with phone and customer so rude and bad".. Because of that I didn't buy again any thing of there.

Food was awful. Far too greasy and the dough was so hard I had to leave it otherwise my teeth would break. Just overall not a great pizza and wouldn’t recommend especially considering the fact I had to wait a whole hour for this.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten. I ordered a 12" (8 slices) chicken, mushroom, and sweetcorn. The pizza arrived with no cheese and maybe 2 pieces of processed chicken meat from a packet, probably bought from farmfoods next door. All you could taste was the cheap tomato puree that was squeezed on to it. Trying to eat it was like spooning sand In to your month it was so dry. I could've bought a better pizza from iceland for a couple of quid. Do yourself a favour and avoid pizza hut like the plague ***EDIT*** Pizza hut advise you to contact them on their website contact us page, but they appear to be denying this store even exists as the branch doesn't appear in their drop down list of stores. Probably due to the number of complaints they receive about it.

Small takeaway only branch that is handy for us and relatively cheap, but not exactly an outstanding example of Pizza Hut branches. Staff often seem under pressure and make quite a few mistakes. Seems to be a high turnover of teenagers behind the counter and some aren’t the greatest at customer service. We ordered some food to pick up and the lady on the counter had a quick look on the rack, shook her head and disappeared from view into the back never to be seen again. A second member of staff asked us if we had been served and we said we were there to collect our food. They checked around and said our order had accidentally ended up in a delivery bag and was off to parts unknown. Fair play they made all of our order from scratch and gave us a free side by way of an apology, but what’s the use of ordering in advance to end up standing in the branch for 20m anyway? This time one somehow our collection order ended up in a delivery bag heading for parts unknown. The first person told us they couldn’t

I have been using this SCOTSTOUN Pizza Hut more than 10 years but since this lady assistant manager came we stopped as once a long hair came in the pizza we stopped going and today I thought to give a try again but was so upset again as the pizza was so rubbish, very salty, sour dough doesn’t seemed fresh as tasted too bad as one of the staff it self admitted to me that the pizza was not cooked fully and they took this out few minutes early. when I told her the lady was rude when we spoke to her rather she shouted on us and wasted our time for more than half an hour. I think The Manager should take this thing seriously and change this lady otherwise this branch will close soon the way she treats the customers and the bad pizzas are made here. Very UPSET today.

I used to buy pizza from this shop regularly in general pizza is ok but sometimes they put too much souce.But the lady who is working there is extremely rude.

Ordered half and half pizza tonight. Half margherita and half margherita with meat free pepperoni, sweetcorn and mushrooms. Think whoever made it got carried away with the cheese and tomato sauce. Couldn't even eat it because the cheese was falling off it. Ordered here before and it wasn't like this. Waste of money today.

Food arrived on time and hot delivery driver went above and beyond and took into kitchen for me as I am using a zimmer to get around after knee surgery and very festive on xmas eve with her santa hat on x

Pizza was cold . Bacon overdone . Pizza dry and wedges were cold and no dip even as it was part of meal . Dont think I will be ordering again. Very disappointed

Ordered last night for delivery. Nachos and pizza were undercooked. Pizza dough was still raw as was the pepperoni on top. The pizza was like slime and everything fell off the minute you picked a slice up. Needless to say all went into the bin, didn’t want a replacement but can’t do refunds! Joke avoid!!!!

Wrong order and terrible quality as usual. They seem to be out of pan all the time but send you a replacement with no warning. The quality of their pizzas is always awful, they seem reheated or re assembled. Never again!

The guy showed up with delivery stated he had 2 orders and he wasn't sure which was mine. I correctly identified the starters but sadly it was the wrong pizza containing spicy pork and sausage! By the time I realised he was gone. As the driver left he thanked me for helping him to identify my order - I shouldn't have to do this and if my pizza had been correctly labelled I wouldn't have received the wrong one.

Bit of a dilapidated branch versus some I’ve been to. Unusually it takes cash which is a rarity these days. Prices are pretty much rock bottom and it has a Dominos as it’s neighbour so if you are collecting there’s good competition and choice. Pizza was half n half which is my fave but wasn’t the tastiest. If you want cheap and cheerful it’s worth a try

Every time I order from Pizza Hut something is missing or they have run out of something. Doubt I'll order from them again. Too expensive for such shoddy customer service.

The food was decent, made in 15 mins for collection, you get a free dip but we didn't use them so would be ideal if you could choose your free dip option or not

This branch unfortunately is our allocated delivery branch. They are forever running out of Pan bases. So they seem to now just send you another base type without contacting you. I only order from Pizza Hut because of the Pan Pizza.

Terrible service. Customer service 0. I had ordered 4 items, the delivery person delivered only 2, the order receipt clearly listed all 4 items. I asked the delivery person, where are the other 2 items? They answed, this is what they give me... I phoned twice and the delivery person phoned twice before I accept the delivery. The person on the phone was rude and pretended that they couldn't hear me. They refused admitt their mistake and provided the the missing items.

From long time we have been ordering pizza from the Pizzahut knightswood branch from so many years but since last couple of weeks the pizzas are made of very bad quality…..too upset didn’t expected this from Pizzahut as we have ordered pizza today as well but it was tasteless and too soggy so I am very upset from this branch and it’s food so never going to return back to this knightswood branch….hope manager read this review and take this thing seriously and improve your service in the future.

Ordered a pizza which didn't turn up after the driver stated he rang the bell 3 times! Both my neighbour and myself saw him sitting in a blue vehicle before driving away. Pizza turns up an hr later with safety seal broken and request to pay £1.20 for redelivery. Spoke with a rep from the store who was quite rude. Stated that my gusband should have answered his phone and she believes her driver made an attempt at delivery as he was the store manager. Also insisted the pizza was safe to consume despite broken seal and shoddy looking box. Only took it as the kids were straving at this point. Needless to say i won't be ordering from them again.

Like to have occasional treat and get myself a home delivery, decided to try Pizza Hut as it is a couple about 100 yards from my home. Used online service, good selection of facilities,ily and other meal deals. I activated the auto deal but option at the start of my visit....great option saved me about 6 pounds on my meal deal. Online menu is easy to use and with good selections. Plenty of side options and used my saving to get n extra treat of some ice cream......had an online minimal,order of 15 pouns so ended up getting, Medium classic veggy pizza, side of wedges, bottle of juice and a tub of ice cream all delivered to my door for just over 15 pounds not bad deal....and like I said, my treat for a weekend staying indoors. I have now tried Pizza Hut 3 times, delivery is fast and as described. My only downside is a little bit of in consistency in quality. First delivery I had, Pizza slightly cold and had to stick in micro for a few seconds to heat up, second delivery the wedges were just a bit off and not the same crispy texture I liked the first time. Third time it was all, ok, nothing great, just ok, pizza warm,,wedges firm but not Generally good deal, but think I will try somewhere else next time. Delivery was certainly fast taking about 15 minutes from order to door, which is great. If quality was as good as and consistent as first visit then I would probably return, but think I will look for a slightly better experience for a night in treat.

pizzas are delicious and with a choice of toppings and sizes it makes it amongst one of the best places to order a pizza in and from in glasgow

This store used to be quite good but recently they never seem to have the most basic ingredients/sides and the staff are often quite rude about it, offering no help whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE! I bit into a torn off piece of fingernail. Absolutely REVOLTING!!!!!!! Called the shop and spoke to a girl and she sent me out another pizza. Was told that I would get a call back from the manager the next day but it's been a week and still waiting.

Waited almost an hour for our delivery after ordering. The pizzas were not hot and were unevenly cooked (one end of the pizza was soggy). Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend as expensive too.

Worst pizza service ever, loses order, does not offer any assistance and is run by what I can only presume is baffons - please please just go to dominos and save yourself a headache

Staff less than helpful and with as much personality as a two week old dog turd! Normally a very different story.

Excellent Value for money. Pizza made fresh while you wait, collection or delivery. A different deal every day so there's something for everybody. Its the steadfast same quality service and taste that we keep going back for. We spend so much money at this branch we should have shares in their business, Lost a star because speed of counter service could improve, but the staff are nevertheless always polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Every time I get pizza from this pizza hut the pizza is of a lower quality than in the rest of restaurant. I avoid it. Less amount of toppings and once they sent the pizza a bit burnt.

It's a pizza hut delivery/takeaway. Exactly what you'd expect. Often has cheap deals.

Ordered a pizza HARDLY anything on it, not enough cheese or jalapenos service was absolutely terrible and was so cold in store that I could see my breath, would have had a better experience at dominoes

Not too happy tonight, ordered nachos and when i recieved them they were mostly burnt and i could not eat them, phoned to complain and i was told a new portion would be sent out, 2hrs later and no nachos and now its too late to eat, rest of order was fine my kids were happy with their pizza

Great take away where any pizza, any size is £5.99 for pick up. What I would really love to know is where do all the pennies go. For example, buy three pizzas for 17.97, give £20 and receive £2 back. It is embarrassing to ask about the 3p, but they do this to everyone. So who gets all the pennies? Pizza Hut, Manager or Staff?

Me and my family ordered pizza and came to us late a soaked through with oil disgusted put us off for life really needs to see to issue

Food was good delivered within 30 minutes as was told. Pizza was good chicken wings excellent, wedges could have been hotter, macaroni cheese was ok chicken strips were ok aswell dont know if it was worth £29 though.

I've never ordered from here as I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut, and yet I am bombarded with SMS messages which I can't seem to 'unsubscribe' from. On the rare occasion where I've eaten their fare which someone else has ordered, it is passable.

Ordered a couple of pizza for ones, chicken strips and a tub of cookies and cream ice cream at 05.47pm arrived on time but the ice cream was forgotten asked the driver and he said he would deliver it (we had paid for it already) waited until 19.01pm and phoned to ask they clearly had no knowledge of this waited again and just phoned back at 19.51pm to the same guy who sounded as if he didn't have a clue even thiugh we spoke an hour ago and still not arrived not happy.

Not a sit in restaurant. Convenient location near small shopping centre, decent prices for collection orders and comparatively okay prices for home delivery orders. The pizza itself is probably the weakest link - it's nice enough but Little Soho on Crow Road about a mile away does great pizza for less ££, both sit in and takeaway. This Pizza Hut does however have the world's greatest, blizzard-no-obstacle delivery driver with a green Astra.

Value for money!! Pizza as it is supposed to taste. Make sure you have space to eat it all. Garlic bread with cheese is a must

It's excellent with quality pizzas and deserts brilliant service as well :)
