Subway in Renfrewshire

Meant to be a 6"sub but was not even 5" - I measured it

im unsure if your able to read, but it didnt say anything about adding tomato , sweetcorn or olives and forgot crispy onions , to the chicken tikka meal, cheers for messing up a simple thing :-)!!!!!!!!!its not hard to make a sandwich ✌️

Delivery time kept changing after it had left with driver. Watched driver on tracking maps drive past main road leading to my house and stay in same place for 15mins + which resulted in the delivery time getting changed several times and also a cold order.

Never got what I asked for AFTER paying extra for mozzarella I got a plain white pepperoni with zero cheese, toasted and it was dryer than Ghandis flip flop. Vile

Only criticism is that waffle fries weren't crispy enough for me but everything else was perfect, thats why stars

Only received half of the delivery then was left to go through just eat for a refund that wasn’t given even after the store said they spoke to them. That was after tipping the driver before knowing any of this. Zero accountability.

Food was inedible; cold and chewy and the salad on the sub was not fresh aswell as the nacho chicken being soggy.

Food came over half hour after initial arrival as it seemed the restaurant could not get a suitable driver. Food had obviously been prepped and sitting for the duration. Was cold and not very appetising when it came. Will not order again.

missing items and tasted different

The subs weren't toasted and had hardly any sauce compared to last time i ordered from a subway, sides we got were cold and had minimal toppings made them dry.

Items were missing and despite calling the shop we have never received these. Will not be ordering again

All hot items were stoating cold not even a bit of warmth in them.Totally rock solid and inedible

Got the meatballs and they where horrendous either lying about and had an awful out of date taste to them very unhappy

Wrong food deliver and items forgot

I ordered rhe cheese bites and they sent the Chipotle which were too spicy

Service was satisfactory, however I feel that with the delivery charge and the service charge added it is now too expensive to also tip the driver which is something that I always used to do.

I order from here quite often and hands down By far the best subway in Paisley/Renfrew, always correct order, delivered early, and most importantly they put the customer 1st! 100% 😊

Waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery, two calls from subway and the place is only 5 mins down the road.

Food arrived late and not as ordered. Ordered 2 6 inches and one footlong and received 3 footlongs. Crinkle wedges also undercooked.

Paid £15 for a meatball sub meal. The sub looked like a dogs dinner. An absolute mess of a meal

Absolutely brilliant service, asked for certain things that were not on the menu and got it sorted no problems........ And also got free cookies 😁 which the kids were extra happy about! i've been in-store too and always friendly and quick service, will 1000% order again!

Shocking from the delivery driver! Brought wrong order so called the shop to be told to call just eat and couldn’t contact. The lady whose order it was contacted me as my number was on the receipt so had to arrange to meet to swap orders! By the time we swapped orders the food was cold. Service for this is bad….. glad the other customer was honest.

our salad boxes were superb and the little hash browns are magic, If I could, i'd have one every day. honestly loved it all, 5 stars all round.

Portion of sharer nachos was terrible. And it was well over 30 mins late. The sub was alright

6-inch was ok barely warm, Wedges were soggy and tasted microwaved the box for the wedges was soaking and soggy. Cookie was broken and small. Everything was there but wasn’t up to usual standards

It would be great if you don't put the sub in the microwave, I understand why ,but it makes the bread soggy and takes away the experience of the lovely crunch on the bread , I'd now only order cold food

Packet of cheeses and onion crisps contained about 5 crisps. 6inch meat sandwich with cheese and bbq sauce was delicious.

Toppings on the turkey was very poor. One jalepino and one slice of lettuce!

I always order from here and never have an issue…but the strawberry and cookies are horrible, really disappointing as they don’t come under the 12 cookies list and you gave 4 of them with the order.

The guy working didn’t change gloves for my order he was preparing a sub then made my order but all I tasted was whatever spiced sub had been previously made?No thought given to cross contamination I guess,what if someone is allergic to whatever you are touching? Very poor food preparation.

Got a notification saying the driver was at the restaurant. It took over 40 minutes before our order was on its way. Food came and was frozen

Waiting 2 and a half hours for cold soggy food that fell apart as soon as I took it out the paper. Phoned to ask where my order was and was told it wasn’t their problem and to wait.

This was for my children’s lunch as I couldn’t get out to get it because my daughter (2) has ear infection and burst eardrum!! It was missing a child’s lunch phoned the restaurant and all got told was you can come pick it up as I don’t have a driver that can deliver missing meal!! Absolute joke my child now has no lunch

Sandwich requested for 1235. Not ready until 1256. Peopywho arrived in shop after me. Served before me. Thought I would of been quicker pre-ordering when in fact it was slower and more expensive (service charge)

Sub was very soggy when it arrived and the tuna didn’t taste that great . The cheese garlic bites were soggy and I only live 5 mins away .

I have never encountered such rude people than the people who work in this subway. Never received my order and when informed them they with smiles on their faces said wasn't their problem. Should be ashamed of yourselves! Complaint has been raised with just eat. No respect what so ever 👎

Rubbish! Ordered meatball marinara and was given veggie meatballs. Not to my taste at all. If I wanted that I would have ordered it! Waiting on refund

Got a foot long Italian with cold meat an salad it was lovely an tasty.

Cold drinks were put in with toasted sandwiched and they were cold by the time it got here. Food was good just wanted a warm lunch not a cold one.

My food was never delivered even though the just eat app said it was. I phoned the restaurant and they were most unhelpful. Basically said it was just eat problem not theirs. Couldn’t get me off the phone quicker. Shocking service and still no food.

Absolute shambles of a place... Orders chicken salad box... No chicken and then had the cheek to ask was I sure there wasn't chicken in the box. They told me they have a new person what is it stevie wonder you've got working? ... And asked if I would just add it on to my next order. There won't be a next time! No offer of coming back with the correct order. Instead il tuck into a half bowl of salad. Yum.

This is the best subway in all of Renfrewshire by far. Staff are ELITE. Always soo friendly, and I always see them changing gloves etc. when making my vegan food (I'm lactose intolerant so it's necessary!). Will never enjoy any other subway as much as I enjoy coming to this one. I'd go as far as to say its better than the on in Victoria Station in London 👌

asked for footling with turkey cheese lettuce and southwest sauce received it with ham and turkey with no cheese

As usual this store goes above and beyond, always read the instructions at the top. Presentation is great, most subways chuck things on and don't care. Thanks guys!!

Salad box was wrong order added contents not asked for and allergic to , no meal deal didn’t even get half of my order ?!? And completely unhelpful no good customer service at all

I ordered a meal deal of the 6 inch chicken teriyaki sub with specific items. I asked for diet Pepsi received ordinary which I cant drink. I asked for roll not to be toasted it was as cheese is melted and roll hard and crispy. No sweet onion sauce added and sweetcorn on roll not requested. The other sub way spot on so don't understand its clear on my order what was requested

Meatballs are burnt on the bottom and dry, clearly have been reheated and not very hot at that. Disappointed for the first time.

Exactly what was ordered, delivered fast and tasted great!

Ordered large and small meal deal not only got juice, crisps and cookie for the large meal deal.

Everything was delivered and hot on arrival and delicious as always also a plus some free cookies 🍪 🤤☺️👌🤤☺️👌
