Waited 2and a half hours for delivery , still hasn't arrived ,cancelled order . Its a shame because food is good and been ordering from here for years

Waited 1hr and 35mins for my food, Ordered salt and chilli chicken, rice, curry sauce and mini salt and chilli spring rolls ,food tasted disgusting couldn’t eat it way the amount of salt in it, guy answering the phone is very rude. AVOID

Not sure if it's a sit-in takeaway or not, but this review is to negate the negative review I left on JustEat, the delivery time for my food was okay. It arrived roughly 15 minutes late, however the food is really nice and flavourful.

Really confused by the 1 star reviews, don't listen to them. We order from here regularly and the food is exceptional. Super quick, piping hot, everything crispy and amazing selection of dishes and sauces. Meat and veg always incredibly fresh and generous portions. Staff always really nice. Don't listen to the negative reviews - been coming here for the past couple of years and definitely will continue to do so.

The beef curry had very little taste, very little meat loads of onions. Very bland. Singapore fried rice, bland and tasteless very disappointed.

salt n chilli chips were over cooked and dry didn’t even taste like salt and chilli. Salt and chilli chicken was a tiny portion with barely any chicken in the batter ( also not spicy ). Chicken chow mien tiny, barely any soy sauce and doesn’t look cooked. Spent £40 overpriced items, will not be back. Recommend dominos in renfrew lovely woman took my order :) she also recommended me a lovely hair dresser that cuts fringes fantasticly 😍🌈🌈🙄😡💘😉

Driver showed up, wrang the bell a d literally ran away before I could even answer the door. Note specifically says to phone on arrival. Phoned restaurant and got no response. The food is good, but the drivers are so unreliable that I won't be ordering from here again. Edit: Would consider ordering again if you hire new drivers, seems like most of the negative reviews on here are down to their slow service and bad attitude.

Bland tasteless curry sauce, chicken fried rice consisted of a tray full of rice with chicken strips covered in a disgusting gravy sitting on top of the rice. Will not be buying from here again.

Worse Chinese ,,if that's what they call it..BBQ ribs no meat. Special curry ,,only thing special was that it was not fit for purpose,chicken slimy beef looked as if it had been already been eaten,,I cannot complain enough about this place please don't buy food from here ,,plus side lots of chips if you like them old and chewy,would give place zero or minus but not allowed....I find it difficult to explain why some places still are open when nice places are closing..My advice buyer beware.

Food was awful. Lack seasoning, chips over cooked, food cold and horrible. Went in the bin as that's the best place for it. Used to be a brilliant takeaway, but now I wouldn't even score it a one. Absolutely shocking takeaway.

Once The ribs were tasteless. The beef with onions and ginger was tasty enough but there was so much salt I was drinking water for hours afterwards and then had an upset tummy. They do not do contactless.

Well how do we start this review,45 minutes late,phoned the shop and then the delivery driver phoned me to give me cheek on how he was unhappy with me and busy,he turned up i gave him a few choice words and he denied it was him who phoned me with cheek and oh yes the food was terrible never again AVOID AVOID AVOID .

Together with my wife, we visited Pineapple Chinese Takeaway, to taste some Chinese Food with pineapple. We had a similar experience in Paris. We appreciated the food, and the service.

Was told to wait 1.2hr for delivery only to get a phone call 1.3hrs later saying it will be another hour at least. Heads well and truly inserted up backsides

I visit this place from time to time - it fact it is my favourite Chinese takeaway in Paisley. Food is always good and fresh.

Friendly staff and good quality food. During the week they do a deal (visited here on a Tuesday so not sure what days the deal is on) whereby for every meal you get another free. Definately worth a try.

Me and my partner ordered from this place a few year ago when it was first open and they got the delivery order wrong, first it took over an hour to get to our door then forgot my rice and the drink has well, and so my partner phone up, 30 mins later they came back with my rice but my curry sauce was cold and still no drink, we paid full price as well. We waited a month or 2 and tried to order again, same thing my partner got the wrong order again, he got curry cheese and chips, he hates curry likes bbq sauce, and mines was the wrong rice it was fried rice, I cant eat fried only boiled rice and yet again no bottle of juice. ME AND MY PARTNER HAVE AVOIDED FOR YEARS NOW AND THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GO AND GET A GOOD CURRY FOR YOU MONEY.

When I first saw Pineapple, I wasn't exactly sold, but one day, we decided to order and it was one of the best takeaways that we had had in a long time. The portion sizes were enormous, but not poor quality and badly cooked like you often get with similar large portions for cheap prices and none of our order had the dreaded e-number laden radioactive red glow that we often saw in Chinese takeout sauces. We have ordered from here on several occasions and while delivery is slow at times, we've always been happy with our food. It's not outstanding, but it's good and certainly worth the value.

Had to write review !! Was really disgusting had to put in bin !!! Was overwhelmed by cinnamon spice actually had to drink three glasses of orange juice burned my throat !! Ordered takeaway which was delivered as normal. Husband started eating his chicken Peking style with fried rice and immediately spat it out. When he showed me his plate there was a giant wasp wings included that had been cooked in the chicken. Both me and my husband were immediately sick imagining what we might have eaten!! Phoned Chinese and was told to bring meal in I refused and told them to come get it and refund money. The girl on the phone had to try and explain the problem. When guy came to pick it up he was still under the impression it was the wrong order until we showed him the wasp!! Never again, do not trust this Chinese.

AFTER 2 OR 3 VISITS OR DELIVERY PER WEEK I WON'T BE RETURNING.. total disgusted I ordered a chow mein for my partner to take to work as I always do it was thick noodle (it's always thin noodle for the last year) and they refused to change it so iv binned the lot as it was disgusting!!! Decent deal - two mains from a selected range for price of one. Staff at front pretty rude. Onion rings seriously oily and just generally pretty unhealthy stuff. Lemon chicken was okay. Wouldn't recommend this place to be honest.

Good food but absolutely abhorent delivery and customer service. Ordered food at 5pm, phoned the shop at 6:15 to find out if the delivery had been sent yet and was told it had. The meal arrived at 7 piping hot so was obviously not dispatched prior to my phone call at 6:15. I do not appreciate being lied to and would avoid using this restaurant again which is a shame as the food is very good.

I waited an hour and a half for my food and it wasn't exactly a huge order ! So when I went to eat, there was hardly any curry sauce with the chicken balls and then I got the salt and chilli chips and they were all soggy and disgusting. Will never be back.

Disgusted in the way I was spoken to and treated after being a long term customer ordering weekly for the past year. Lied to and food has dropped in quality. Would've recommended due to low price however the owner does not deserve a single penny, very patronising and arrogant...told me to wait on the phone but I could hear them speak and they were foul in their language and the owner said to the employee on the phone to lie to us and say just eat was busy. Cannot believe the disrespect and fraud

Waited over a week for refund, refused it. Told we can have a free Chinese then when we order they wouldn't let us have any special offers. Told us it was our problem even though we paid over £24 for 1 Chinese...after poor customer service they had a cheek to phone back and tell us we have to pay for delivery. Disgusting business, especially considering we purchase from their every Tuesday and give a tip to the driver. Avoid, no effort or respect and food is abysmal.

After ordering from here for several weeks with utter satisfaction I finally decided to rate them after testing them last night and asking for our 'usual'..of course being the fab Chinese that they are..they delivered! Flawless food that is damn delicious! best Chinese ever! You guys are amazing...I will continue to fatten myself up with your incredible beancurd! I am forever loyal! #dedicatedtothepineapple 😍

This was the worst take away I have ever experienced!! Late delivery, arrogant and almost cocky service. They don't clarify on the Just Eat website that NO main meals come with either rice, fried rice or chips. They gave an approximate time for delivery which was succeeded by 1 1/2 hours and when calling they were just very arrogant. Severe lack of customer service and therefore I'd never order from them again! If it would have been possible to give only 1/2 a star overall I would have done that.
