Dragon Express in Renfrewshire

Orderedchicken and beef curry with no onions through food hub app. Delivery came and I can only describe as an onion curry with 4 wee cubes of chicken. When contacted offered to send another but as I was going this was not an option.my reply was well I don't know what I can do about this. Just lost a regular customer

Never enough curry sauce for the rice and too thick. End up wasting most of it because it’s too dry.

Crispy shredded chicken was abysmal.

All of the main dishes we had were excellent. Excellent soup, Crispy beef was on point, sweet and sour prawns were excellent and the Beef and Brocolli was also very nice. The starters were very poor though and were also overcooked.

Chicken toast was inedible, couldn’t bite through it! Rice was nice and chicken satay was just ok.

Arrived super hot. Food tasted great.

Not sure what happened but as I am unable to collect I appreciate steps restaurant took to deliver my order. Thank to Dragon Express

Egg fried rice is not good, barely any egg, not evenly coated and tastes bad. Very skimpy in peppers in the chicken Satay. Overall it was average.

never delivered our food but states on just eat they did. tried calling them repeatedly for over hour but no response not sure if the error is on their part or just eat. want my money refunded regardless!

We ordered food to be delivered. It was slightly later than the latest time in the range estimated, it was more than an hour. I had ordered the chicken chow mein without the gravy but got it with the gravy. My boyfriend had ordered the vegan tofu with spring onion and ginger but it was also smothered in gravy. The rice was dry and the mushrooms not very appetising. My boyfriend couldn’t even eat his and threw it away. None of the dishes were described on the Just Eat site and there were no photographs to indicate how the dish would be served. It said to request veggie dishes to be vegan we had to request it specifically, but it says on the site don’t write anything in the box apart from delivery instructions such as “bell not working”, so we rang the restaurant and they said to write in the box the fact that we wanted some dishes to be vegan! (Even though it clearly said don’t write dietary requirements in this box.)

So disappointed food arrived freezing cold chips all soggy missing my juice standards have slipped staff tried to help but not much they could do said they where busy not worth the best part of £40

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy any of this delivery, it looked good but was very tasteless - unsure if its changed hands or if maybe a change in suppliers, but the curry sauce tasted of very little as did the nanami chips we ordered - very different to the last time

Not happy, delivery late and at back door, was told Park Road which is front of house.

We were looking forward to ordering from this restaurant especially on father’s day as a couple of people recommended the place for us. Staff were professional and friendly and the food was prepared swiftly. But despite all this, we not only found one but SIX strands of hair in our orders overall…One of us even threw up and the rest of us felt sick to the stomach…Wouldn’t recommend Dragon Express!

The food is great most of the time I suppose it depends on whose cooking, the rice is sometimes a hit or miss (hard rice)

Fantastic first experience using Just Eat while staying at a Travelodge.

One of the worst meals I have had , it was supposed to be a Singapore chow mein but it was more just a plain chicken chow mein with a few cut up chillies . Definitely avoid at all cost

I incorrectly preferred for collection I called restaurant instantly to ask if I could change to delivery and pay the difference yes of course not a problem what is your address gave it to the restaurant they said no problem it will be with you shortly 😡😡 one hour twenty minutes later restaurant is closed have tried to call three times no answer and no food delivered but the money has been taken

Last time I ordered my dinner I never got ham and I eat it was disappointed but didn’t let it bother me this time we ordered my normal meal I order every time from this Chinese been ordering it since my daughter was old enough to eat chicken we had the same thing chicken satey with satay sauce which I use for my chicken and ham fried rice and when I phoned to complain the woman told me it the sateys don’t come with satey sauce. Il not be returning

The steak and mushrooms etc lovely. This is the 3rd time the chips have been unedible. It looks like and feels like it was lunchtime chips reheated. If I get chips like this again I will stop using this takeaway

okay the chow main was it was made two days ago the meat was rubber... how the he'll is saty sauce gravy and spice... the chicken balls were okay but I guarantee I will not be ordering from here again it was an absolute waiste of money

Our order wasn't completely correct. No onions in the curry sauce, ordered Beef chowmein, we got chicken, my husband doesn't like chicken and the chips were burnt. The cook needs to pay more attention to the order's

Standards have slipped recently with the quality of the food being questionable

Food all squashed in the bad, sauce burst all over the bag meaning it dripped all over the table when opening, most of the curry sauce missing as it was in the bag. Bag with the chips completely shredded and chips all fell out and in the bag too, freezing cold. Gutted as we order from here a lot. Assuming the delivery driver had sat other stuff on top of the bag causing our food to get squashed

chicken balls were 80% hard batter and dry inside.

Not so bothered about the timing of delivery, missing items. Prawn crackers which were paid for, food bags looked like they where used for a game of five a side, undercooked chicken, poor cuts of cooked chicken, food was freezing cold due to state of the packaging, literally binned it what a waste of food and money !

Carry-out delivered one hour before requested time. Inedible fried rice dishes. These two dishes ended up in the bin. This place obviously can't keep up with competition in town

Asked for 17.45 delivery, came at 16.45. Both fried rice dishes were inedible and ended up in the bin. Worst meals we have ever had.

Munchie Box was basically just chips with a few other bits. Onion rings and chicken was very bland and hardly any taste. Special rice was nice

Ordered meals for the family. My satay arrived with no satay sauce. I called to tell them I hadn’t received my sauce. I asked for it to be sent and a fresh meal. As by the time the sauce arrived my food would be cold. They said no. I asked for a refund for my meal as my family were all eating. I was told to take it up with just eat. I waited an hour for the satay sauce. Called back and was told that as I asked to be refunded by just eat I wouldn’t receive the sauce!! Nice day of putting up the Christmas tree, and a treat of a nice take away was ruined by awful customer service. I

Choose sweet and sour sauce for chicken balls, they put it in with the chips. Chicken balls weren't nice. Only chinese I've spent £24.30 and no prawn crackers included. It was ok nothing to write home about.

Ordered beef curry.. whatever it was it was slimey non chewable.. chicken fried rice with ham.. it was something swimming in gravy. Onion rings covered in salt. Heart attract on first bite! Fried rice was the only thing edible. I was told it was Great, so I've tried it. Considering everything went in the bin.. I'm a cook and a family with 4 generations of butcher's I can assure you we didn't get beef curry nor chicken fried rice on how it should be cooked or presented

I hate to say this but food was awful, I got sweet and sour chicken fried rice,as soon as I opened bag with chicken balls overwhelming smell of fat,the batter was so crispy and hard I nearly broke a tooth,was so looking forward to dinner but had to bin it

I made the order at 17:40 and after calling the restaurant twice, the delivery driver delivered everything cold and greasy. Driver trying give excuses, even though the restaurant said it should have been delivered ages ago. Normally use Dragon Express a lot, but not sure I will use them again. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Food was delicious as always but we were given just over an hour delivery time but it was delivered in 20 mins. Usually this is good however, we placed the order with this in mind and we ended up eating really early.
