My wife is always order from this place from time to time, fresh made and tasty with her favorite flavors.

Lovely salad as usual …. But someone forgot to put the cheese on it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Food was totally bland, chips n curry sauce were soggy, sauce wasn’t nice, burgers were a joke for price, could have been made for a quid, chicken tikka was mostly sauce, chips n cheese were tasteless, nan bread was freshly made and tasty but calzone was burnt and not tasty-wouldn’t be back

Gave me an extra cookie because the crisp flavor I ordered was out of stock :)

Me and my mum had ordered thinking it was “kabab city” immediately could tell something was different but put it down to a change in management. Pizza was disgusting and beware deserts come frozen, so thinking it was a mistake had phoned up to ask about it, the customer service was shocking as got told “they keep them in the freezer and it comes frozen” although not saying this anywhere on the website and got told to just “stick it in the microwave for a second” as they’ve “never had any complaints before” he was very cheeky and not helpful at. DO NOT make the same mistake as us!!

Order - Chicken Omelette with Cheese and salad ( but never got the salad) and Chips and Gravy Sauce The Chicken Omelette whatever cheese they used I didn't like and whatever spice they used took over the taste of the chicken omelette so wasn't enjoyable The Gravy Chips was nice though and the chips that came with the Chicken Omelette Overall didn't enjoy it at all and for that reason only giving 2 stars and that's just because of the Gravy Chips I would never get from again and only ordered from there as late and wanted to try something new and there was only a handful of places open in Glasgow when wanting to order

Nice friendly staff, everything else is the same as any other Starbucks

No point in ordering from wishaw mcdonalds ,your order will sit on being prepared with courier at restaurant for well over 1 hour ,don't answer phones I think new management and staff are needed.

I have ordered from here for YEARS. Nearly every weekend. And always sang their praises. Well tonight I received the worst costumer service of my life. Firstly my order was wrong because it had no sauce on it which quite frankly I don’t want to eat it dry, so I simply called and asked for a replacement as it was already getting cold and I did not want just a tub sent to me. They were shouting at me, calling me a liar and saying there was sauce on the kebab and then changed their mind and said actually we put a tub in. Nope you did not. After a lot of back and forth and explaining I’m a Loyal customer, nearly every weekend. They then said ok we will send a new order to you with sauce on but it might be a while the driver is busy, that’s fine. Which I then learned that was also a lie. Nearly 2 hours later no order. I called and he shouted down the phone you weren’t to get another order we told you that. Which I said well that’s a lie you said you would send one out. I explained I have just finished a busy 12.5 hour shift in hospital, I’m pregnant and I took your word and now your telling me you lied to me. He was not empathetic, couldn’t give sh**. So whatever staff you have working tonight. Learn manners and how to deal with customers because you’ve lost one. And genuinely upset me. Thanks for that.
