Greggs in North Lanarkshire

We visited Greggs in Windmillhill Street, Motherwell this afternoon. There are 9 tables and they were all vacant but not cleared, with crumbs, wrappers etc. There were 6 members of staff present. 2 were serving and the others were laughing and and joking and 2, wearing Santa Hats, were dancing about. We cleared a table ourselves and another customer who followed us in, did the same. The floor badly needed swept with crumbs everywhere. Greggs is great for coffee and a quick snack and I go to various branches regularly but this particular branch needs attention.

I have coffee and a croissant every morning from this branch. The coffee is lovely as is the croissant but it is the ladies who serve that makes it special. They are always so friendly and nice, and ask how you are. I look forward to going there. It’s a nice start to the day. Keep up the good work!

Was in the morning I went in to greggs Carfin and I ordered a cheese and onion bake checkout lady was nice , went outside to eat it and took a bite and it was one of the meat ones , I mean I’m vegetarian and I think it’s a joke that they could confuse a cheese & onion one with a meat one , so I went in and told them and what looked a bit like a manager think her name was nicki she just was not interested at all that I had been given wrong order

Cheap and cheerful but nothing more than that. Get in get a sandwich and move on with your day. Coffee is not bad too

Ever since I was a young lad greggs has been my life. I would run straight from school to get a stake/chicken bake and IRN BRU, which unfortunatly has dropped in quality since the Tories came to power, Greggs STANDS STRONG. LONG LIVE JOHN GREGG.

Up until now a regular cuatomer- however past couple of visits over the past few weeks standards and consistency are dropping. Service generally slow and when it comes to " stamping the coffee card" depending who serves you - you get one stamp despite the fact you buy four breakfast meals and also not always able to provide receipts which screws up any chance when claiming expenses.
