McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

driver was very pleasant & friendly.

the food was cold and there was mayo and lettuce on the mcchicken sandwich when o.asked for none so couldn't eat it

didn’t get all my ketchup but it ok cause driver is nice

Again juice spilled over the bag and foods stone cold fs no hard to put food in the bags that keep it warm

My food was disgustingly bad and the burger was frozen

Due to allergies, i specifically requested no condiments of any kind, i just wanted cheese on mcCrispy, yet it had everything on this is not 1st time this has happened

Live up to their stereotype of unable to successfully prepare basic orders. Couldn’t imagine how busy it is and can cause for high octane situations but it’s inexcusable the fact you play the lottery to get your order all intact. Literally the majority of a basic order missing. Submitted refund request for the missing items as the shop wouldn’t answer the phone to try and come to a compromise. McDonald’s and their staffs effort never changes, tragic to say the least.

Chips were cold and I bought a sweet chilli sauce and never got and there was no straws . They never get it right

Sat in as it was very quiet. Waited 25mins for breakfast. Eventually had to take as a carry out. Given wrong order.......twice.

Did not receive anything I ordered received two items that I did not order and they were freezing cold went out to speak to delivery driver and said he didn’t deliver it when we saw him leave the food

order was 1 1/2 hrs late, restaurant kept changing delivery time, order was then delivered to wrong address in next town being a family address used once on just eat, despite order confirmation email stating delivery address was my own ( correct )address, driver refused to divert to my address when I spoke to him by phone leaving food at (wrong )family address. had to collect myself, food now cold and to top it off my drink was missing from order. outrageous to say the least.

Wishaw yet again got the order wrong half of the order missing how hard can it be to read an order and pop it in a bag you order in good faith you don’t get what you asked for and you now have to wait for your money back

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel this has to be pointed out. When my food was delivered it arrived in one bag - which I thought was odd as it usually arrives in two (one for food, one for drinks) and I was right to be concerned. My drink was just thrown inside the bag with the food, lacking a holder and by the time it was at my door, half of my drink was not in the cup, making the bag and the other food containers soggy. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Missing items and stone cold food. Must be making loads of cutbacks to pay for the refurb it had recently.

I had ordered a medium irn bru with the pancake and sausage meal, when it arrived the cup of juice was missing nearly half of the contents to which of my teenage son was not happy with

Big hair in my mcchicken sandwich and the girl at the checkout was picking her nose and talking to her friend when I tried to ask for straws. I really try to be kind and patient with young people in service jobs as I was in that position myself when I was younger but the service in here is unacceptable. Two girls in particular one blonde and one a gingery brown are very rude and dismissive. This branch is not clean or hygienic and the young person, girl i think, with the blonde ponytail just stands about talking to people and ignoring tables full of trays and rubbish. Management seriously need to retrain the staff in customer service and basic hygiene procedure as this would not fly anywhere else. This is the second time I’ve been here in 4 weeks and the first time I had a hair in my food and the second time the food was stone cold. Won’t be back.

Good was cold no sauces no straws and burger missing

original time when I placed the order was delivery 19:00 at the latest. Kept creeping up by 5 mins till it said 19:35. Thought it was going to be cancelled. Phone at McDonalds not being answered and no way to cancel order myself to order from somewhere else. The order was for kids so not best pleased it was so late. Poor delivery driver said waiting 45mins at McDonald's. Really poor from them. Just reject the order and let folk get their food when they need it. not half an hour later!!!

hot chocolate was dripping time I got bag off the driver shut the door and hot chocolate feel from bottom of the bag and went all over my walls doors and floor.

No straw again and my coffee was so cold l couldn’t drink it!!

Order was wrong and the delivery driver had spilled the drink. Bag was soaked. He also came to the door playing bizarre music from his phone? Strange behaviour. Spilling the order was bad enough, but coming to someone’s door and playing music out loud is just ridiculous. Just shows how little they care. Won’t be ordering again.

What is the point of ordering sauces when they never get packed? It’s not like spicy tomato with a mozzarella box is an add on - it’s part of the order. But as usual - none in the bag! No spicy tomato, no ketchup, no BBQ - just no sauce

Not only was the order late, but it was completely the wrong order. What is the point of using delivery codes if the orders are still mixed up. The food that came was worth £18, and the food we should have got was £40, which we have now had to order again. Why are deliveries from McDonalds Wishaw so useless. We have never had a completely correct order.

Don't know why I bother with this McDonald's. They genuinely seem incapable of getting an order right.

Perfect place to go if you want to wait 30 mins for your food just for it to be wrong not only once but 3 times! (It wasn't busy)

Delivery driver was excellent this time considering this was our re-order after the first failure. He checked the order was correct on the doorstep and made sure it was all as it should be. Typical for McDonalds Wishaw though they still managed to forget something, which was to include any dips!!

So i ordered 4 burgers and i only got 3. Thankfully Just Eat reimbursed me. Quality control sadly lacking.
