McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

food was a bit slower to get here, and cold. The soda didn't have a lid on it and was sloshed around the bag. I ordered a more expensive order than I actually received. Absolutely poor quality here.

I watched them circle around my address a few times before eventually delivering my food. By the time I got it everything was stone cold freezing.

I Have ordered a McDonald's on multiple occasions now and every time there is something different this time I have spent more money again over £50 and got three porshons of chips it's not happing evrytime I spend a vast amount of money this happens and I never get a refund it's shocking

Pretty sure they see my name and deliberately leave out the sauces that you want(which they ask you!) plus leave out straws. Genuinely it’s usually 1 or the other. Tonight it was both. Eating 20 nuggets and rather dry, cold chips with no sauce = nae good! Main meal was fine.

No quarter pounder in my order when I asked for this

my food came frozen cold, the delivery drive was impatient for me to answer the door and my food bag was opened at the seal upon arrival.

Clearly not enough staff. Just Eat/Deliveroo orders taking priority over people queuing for food in the restaurant. Been waiting 20 minutes for 3 meals and I'm nowhere near the front of the queue. This restaurant has gone right downhill since the refurbishment.

The courier was at the restaurant and my food was “getting prepared” for over half and hour at 1:AM it still managed to come completely freezing the chips were crunchy and cold, burger freezing therefore dry only decent thing was the chocolate brownie, use Hamilton McDonald’s not much better but still better than Wishaw!

Both portions of fries missing from order. So just received my cold nuggets and a large coke. Very unhappy as order should have been checked before being sent out. If I knew the majority of my meal would have been missing, and my food cold, I wouldn't have bothered ordering. At least I'm getting a refund on my missing fries I suppose...

every time I order from here and specifically request that they remember a straw for the milkshake, I have never received a straw with any order I have made and the last time I didn't even get the milkshake (got refunded for that though) I won't be using this branch again.

Orders from here are wrong 100% of the time, never received correct items, always items missing or just wrong. Even on drive thru you always need to check and correct
