McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

Ordered on Just eat order wrong. Staff obviously can’t check orders are correct be fore leaving for delivery. Food was also cold on arrival this branch must be the worst ever something needs to be done to rectify. In fact I would avoid at all cost.

I placed my order exactly at around 10:00 and they accepted my order through deliverooo and exactly 45 or 50 minutes later they cancelled my order. They said the restaurant was closed. What I can't understand is how they accept the order and then cancel it after so many minutes. This is the first time I've seen such a ridiculous thing.

It's the nearest to me.....Staff are pleasant enough.....but sooo slow! On numerous occasions I have ordered pancakes for my granddaughter only have had to return them because they have been stale, and rock hard! Not the standards I would expect.

Terrible, not worthy of one star but zero stars isn't an option. We arrived happy. My daughter just passed her driving test and this was a quick meal she drove herself to the restaurant and my wife and I followed on behind. The restaurant appeared clean & bright following the recent renovation and we found a nice corner seat and because there were a lot of customers ordering on the screens we decided to order via the QR code on the table, this I where things began to fall apart. Firstly I had to update the app, then despite recognising and welcoming me to table 3 Wishaw it then had no idea where we were and much of the menu was 'unavailable', I decided to give up on the QR code and fancy app use the screens after all. Order placed, top up with donation and get ready to eat, or so we thought! The printer 'failed no real surprise they usually do anyway a helpful message saying our order was 068 on the screen meant all we had to do was wait for the order. As the restaurant was busy our order number didn't make it onto the screen for a while, but then it did and we watched it slowly work it's way up the list, it got about halfway in 20 mins. My daughter had gone up to ask how long the wait was likely to be but none of the staff spoke to her, everyone busy walking about. We were joking we'd have been faster going through the drive thru and bringing our food in to eat it. A staff member was emptying the bins and overhearing our conversation went to find out where our food was. She brought over a tray and said it had been sitting a while but the screens hadn't been updates (Why bother having the screens the ?) Anyway we said if the food was cold we'd pass. Unsurprisingly it wasn't warm at all. We said no we'd pass and she took it away. We then approached the counter to request a refund when we heard the our order being discussed just out of view. The manager (no name badge) started by saying the way we spoke to her staff was not acceptable. We had apparently shouted at her to the point she was reduced to tears which was backed up by a second staff member! We took our refund and suggested they look back at their CCTV to see what the interaction looked like. The manager was not interested in the slightest, she'd made up her mind it was all our fault and we had been shouting. No other customers or the security guy heard shouting! In all we arrived happy, waited 30 mins for nothing and left angry at being accused of something we didn't do and never would do. Obviously we won't be back. Disgusting way to treat people and a terrible way to end what should have been a great day.

Nice mcDs but quite cold in the sit in.

Very bad experience. We Were accused of shouting at a young member of staff by a manager. We waited half an hour for food, when a young member of staff over heard us sitting saying this is taking too long, she went and got it and said it had been sitting for ages, I said well if it's cold I am not taking it, my daughter said let me feel it and if OK she will eat but it was too cold. We went up to the counter to speak to manager for either hot food or refund, but explained nicely we didn't hear number being shouted or the number moving up the screen, it turns out the machine wasn't updating. The young girl was abrupt but we thought nothing of it, we were just going to speak to the manager quietly, waited a good few mins, the manager actually acknowledged what I had said about the young girl was nice who had overheard us and came to find the food but we said because it was cold we didn't want it, but seconds later said that's nice for you to say that but however, I can't have my staff shouted at, she has been crying and said you were shouting at her and another member of staff backed her up. It's absolute lies from either the manager herself or the 2 members of staff, which by the way there was really only one member of staff around at the bins who heard us say about the food, even the security guard who was around the door didn't get involved who knew nothing had happened. I have a young daughter, I wouldn't want my daughter shouted at by strangers, why would I do it to someone else's daughter. The manager wasn't wearing a name badge. My daughter was upset about how her parents and she was being treated and our reputation was being damaged in front of other customers who were in. The manager was loud and abrupt, was not willing to look at CCTV we did get a refund but was very aggressively asking us to leave, then stormed off. She didn't call security and he stood back not even looking at us at the counter.

40 minute wait in store for 2 ice creams. I was order 23 and they were calling out order 47 before me. Ice cream was melted so clearly sitting out. Other orders were getting ice cream so no issues with machine.

We went with out nephew's and it was very slow service. The order machine wasn't working and I had to go to the till and waited there for 10 minutes before someone asked if I needed to be seen. Then I went to order an other milk for my nephew and I waited 12 mins for it. Apelart from that it was fine.

Waste of money and time food was cold didn't get what I asked for happens every time I order

40 mins in a parking spot not a single drive through customer got a meal all told to park current count 8 separate cars more interested in just eat orders or sniffing drinks

Waited 30 mins for table service ended up going to counter ,the girl said they were always running behind anyway got our stuff ,latte was cold , all our food was cold so went back up didn't even take a second and we got it replaced but also all cold in the bin it went a waste of time and money Not Be Back

The staff here are shockingly rude sitting in the queue for drive through today and the girl is gossiping to the car in front of us then she gives a wave to some passing boys then continues to gossip so I peep my horn as my granddaughter is in the car getting really upset and she says to me I am talking.i go into the shop and ask to speak to the manager the same girl tells me she is the manager I ask for her name to put a complaint in about her and she refused to give it to me she then goes through the back and doesn’t come back through. Very unprofessional for the supposed supervisor. I head home but phone the shop and ask who the manager is and get told she’s on holiday I then ask who’s second in charge and get told it’s Kieran but they can’t tell me his surname by this time I am wondering if it’s McDonald’s or the secret service. So back tomorrow to see if she comes out of hiding or if Kieran is in.

Ever since they re opened they just get your delivery wrong everytime What actually came was 3 happy meals and drinks I spent 37 pounds for my family and they didn't answer when we tried to ring and when we put in a request for a refund it was denied so yeah mcdonald's wishaw don't bother with it haha

Food was okay oasis tasted like water but too long a wait. More intersted in drive thru and deliveries. 20 mins for a meal. Not the first i have come across this at this restaurant. If i hsd not paid would have left.

Absolutely shocking paid via the app for drive thru and then told I need to pay again when I got to the window check my account been charged twice once from the app and once from the card reader , missing half a order like allways seems to now be a common trend across the McDonald's brand without fail been at restaurants across the country and they ether mess the order up or if they manage to get the burger order right your probably going to be missing your fries or drink

This place is a joke. They take forever to serve, take payment, and then 99% of the time ask you to take a space to wait 10+ mins to get your food. I don't want to take a space, I just want to collect my food and leave. If you order online, they forget something or get your order wrong. They never pack any of the sauces as the people working the packing bags are too busy laughing and talking to actually do their job. I have yet to have a pleasant experience here.

Food all good. Experience of being served a nightmare You go in the door and you are met with a queue of people waiting to pay. God help you if you've got a buggy. Space very limited. What on earth were they thinking about

Kids are happy here and that's what matters.

I'd have been quicker growing my own potatoes and caring for, butchering and cook my own cow than waiting for the staff to pass over my "fast food" order. All staff are hiding out of view. Seems like a trend with all McDonalds now.

The food was fine. It's the wait to get food now that becomes the issue. It's no longer a fast process. The store has been reconfigured to a new layout, but to be honest, I wasn't blown away. It was quiet when I was in, and it took over 15 minutes to get food. If you looked in detail, it was dirty. I was very surprised by this as it has only recently reopened. Mops and brooms leaning up against the fire exit, lobby person talking away to people that I can only assume they knew. I was expecting a new look, clean feel, and efficient service. Unfortunately, that's not what I experienced.

Was ok for a quick sudden order in the middle of the night. However, in the happy meal I got chicken nuggets instead of veggie dippers, which is sad because they’ll go to waste as we don’t eat meat.

Sent me someone else’s order instead of my own. What is the point of getting your useless delivery drivers to ask for codes before the hand over the food if I’m then going to be handed someone else’s order. 7pm on a Saturday night and I’m stuck with food I didn’t order and most likely having to wait multiple days for a refund. Completely incompetent staff all round. What’s the point in having a phone number advertised online aswell of no one answers if?

Ordered via the McDonald's app, delivered by uber and the whole experience has left me never wanting to visit this slop joint again . Also done with uber who employ thieves as delivery drivers . The seal on the food bag was broken , the phrase my son used was the inside looked like a raccoon had been in there rummaging around. Missing was the chicken share box and a fries 🍟. So unless McDonald's employees are stealing food from orders it was the driver who ate them? didn't eat what was actually delivered as it had been contaminated by whomever and put us right off it 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. With the photos all I ha e do e is split the bag to take the photo and then moved the items to show the fries on the bottom of the bag . Had to phone uber to get a refund which they did straight away as according to them the food was NOT delivered ?? 🤔🤔🤔 shockingly I was told it would take 15 days to refund me ,yet 10 minutes after I got off the phone it was back in my bank .....dodgy as fudge 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Completely wrong order. Showed up 1 hour 15 minutes after initial order. The delivery time was initially just over 30 minutes. Then an automated email to resolve this issue within 48 hours provided I send photo evidence. The meal for my family ruined and £16 down. Will not be using Wishaw McDonalds again.

Food was cold, mcflurries were melted. Came with no straw and no sauces even though they were ordered. You’d think after spending weeks on renovations, the food would maybe be of a better quality.

Absolutely horrible, I usually don’t leave reviews as the orders are never that bad but today is an absolutely joke. All three drinks were spilled in the bag the food was cold and old fries and as always NO DIPS. It’s an absolute joke.

Once again all sauces missing from order, Big mac had no extra pickles as requested, the full order was a mess not one chip in the boxes as were all over the bag and had to re-build the burgers as they had been thrown together. Disappointing
