Pizza Hut in Glasgow City

Service is very slow, waiters are not attentive at all. Forgot about the rest of the order and when was mentioned they were surprised.

All I can say is, it is very very expensive in here for a ‘pizza hut’. Waitress basically just left us at the table and said we have to use the QR code to order and card payments only. We ended up leaving and just went next door.

Went in tonight for a quick dinner with my husband. The restaurant was about half full but the first thing I noticed was that there were only 3 front of house staff on and they all seemed to be having a hard time keeping on top of things. The restaurant was really messy. A lot of tables needed cleared, the floors were dirty with dropped food. A larger concern was the state of the salad bar, it was absolutely disgusting. Completely put me off eating from it. Ordering was a pain. We were told it was a QR code to order and to use the WIFI (which wasn’t working). Eventually we got a signal to order our food. There would have been no hope getting attention from the staff. Food was fine. Pizza was well cooked, but the prices are insane. For two people it was roughly £60 for two pizzas, two drinks and two ice cream factory. Considering the state of the restaurant and that staff barely looked our way except to drop the food at our table, what exactly are we paying for?! I get it, it’s Pizza Hut. It’s not gonna be a fine dining experience, but I don’t blame other diners for just walking out. We should have done the same.

Took our nieces here for a pre-cinema dinner. Whenever the door opened - which was often, particularly for the constant stream of Just Eat delivery guys - cold draughts blew through the restaurant. We were not seated especially close to the door. The pizzas were generally hot and tasty, apart from my American thin crust which was luke warm. However it’s difficult to enjoy food when you’re feeling cold. The restaurant was looking tired, it was half empty and lacked any Christmas buzz. We won’t be back.

Mi esposa y yo visitamos este restaurante para una comida y quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra comida y el servicio prestado, no podrían ser más serviciales. Sin duda volveremos a este restaurante en un futuro próximo.

Fuimos a comer pizza rápidamente, tomó orden pero esperó, servicio lento, ya que no era un tiempo ocupado pizzas donde está bien, las pizzas de pan plano donde están bien

Was at Glasgow Fort doing a bit of craft shopping and encountered the typical Scottish weather - torrential rain and high winds. Needed something to eat and somewhere fast to get in out of the rain. My friend and I decided quickly on Pizza Hut. We were seated promptly, offered a menu or buffet option and drinks options etc were explained there and then. The waitress dealing with us had several other tables to deal with also, but was always professional and friendly. Asked if we wanted any sides, we both wanted chips and they were brought out in good time, fresh and hot. Pizzas were replenished on a constant basis, and there were enough options for even a fussy eater. The salad bar was well stocked and the items very fresh. All in, for a quick bite to eat we were more than happy. Turns out my friend had never had Pizza Hut before and thoroughly enjoyed it! Definitely one of the better Hut's I've been in, will be back soon.

Fuimos hoy para 2 porciones de patatas fritas solo para llevar ya que mi hijo un comedor quisquilloso perdí el desayuno y come patatas fritas de McDonald's así que las patatas fritas de la choza de pizza son similares pero 8 para 2 porciones pequeñas, vergonzoso, completo ripp! Si él no hubiera estado llorando y hambriento, no los habría alentado. . .

My wife and I visited this restaurant for dinner and we both enjoyed the service and the meal, the staff could not be more helpful. We will return to this restaurant in the near future.

Por lo general, nos encanta la pizza aquí, pero esta vez no era lo mismo y mi pizza favorita ya no está en el menú. La pizza no era tan delgada y crujiente como solía ser y apenas había pollo en mi pizza de pollo. El bar de ensaladas era bueno y los jalapeños poppers eran buenos. Caro por lo que es, no volveremos más.

Visité hoy para el almuerzo y si pensamos que hacía frío afuera, no hacía más calor en el interior, lo que a su vez enfriaba los alimentos rápidamente. El joven que nos atendió fue agradable y atento. El restaurante estaba ocupado, por lo que con un nuevo diseño, la puerta se abrió para esperar a los clientes, lo que hizo que el interior se enfriara. Esperar a que la oferta de bebidas fuera lo suficientemente larga pero esperar a que la pizza fuera terrible y debido a la temperatura nunca mantuvieron el calor así que nos fuimos muy rápido.El nuevo diseño no parece atender al personal que recolecta comida, ya sea que el área del buffet esté ocupada ya que el personal no puede entrar, lo que puede haber explicado esperar. Un montón de personal disponible, pero el servicio de comida fue decepcionante. La pizza fría se puede comprar en el supermercado sin necesidad de hacer cola y esperar que se sirva una. Brrrrrr

Kids enjoyed the set meal for kids which was 3 courses. Salad bar had free refill and so did drinks which was excellent for kids

El restaurante me pareció un poco desordenado cuando allí. Entiendo que puede estar muy concurrido, etc. Sin embargo, tener múltiples placas en múltiples mesas es un poco desordenada, teniendo en cuenta que el lugar no estaba tan lleno. Nos sentamos en una mesa que no había sido limpiada así había migas, derrames de bebidas y pedazos de comida en la mesa. Came here at Lunch time with buffet. Service lady was quite nice, but the tables need a propper clean as well as the seatings. Cuttlery was not clean at all. We didn't feel very well here.

Came here mid week so wasn't busy. Friendly service, food took 5/10 minutes more than I thought it would for the place being so quiet but it was delicious when it came out! Salad bar yummy, drinks fab and staff lovely.

Coming into Pizza Hut 10 minutes before they close on Christmas Eve anyone would expect a frosty reception. Not so Glasgow Fort. Staff could not have been nicer, letting us take our time looking at the take away menu before we ordered. Staff were happy...

I visited this Pizza Hut last Sunday. When entering we were pointed to which table to sit at...waited about 20...

Always clean and tidy with great service, our favourite server is called Annie, nothing is too much trouble and she is really good at her job. We find Pizza Hut a bit pricey at times but kids use their young Scot cards to get a discount which helps.

Pizza hut at The Fort is your typical pizza hut. We opted for the buffet lunch along with an off the menu pizza for my daughter.The staff were very friendly, ensuring my daughters pizza came quickly so she wasnt left while we started eating. The range of pizzas was very good, as soon as one got low it was replaced. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh.Ideal for a quick bite whilst shopping. Will be back.

Ate here after some shopping, the place was busy but the food order was taken quickly and was brought to the table soon after. The food itself... Well the 'recommended' starter of chicken bites was basic chicken nuggets served with no sauce or dip. The adult individual pizza was adequate in size but lacking in flavour (bbq meat feast), a let down as you'd expect it to be better than just average. Kids meal was better than you'd expect (£7). Customer service was decent however. An okay place to go if you really want to grab a bite while out and about at the fort but you'll get a tastier pizza from your local dominos

Went here on a recent visit to the fort.Pizza is always good but the price is an utter disgrace, £19 for a pizza is beyond a joke.

I ate a buffet lunch at this pizza hut earlier this week. Food was prepared to a high standard and new pizzas were brought out very quickly so there was no need to wait around for pizza! Pasta was also very fresh and didn't taste too rubbery or under cooked. The selection of pizzas on offer were great and catered to all taste buds.The server that we spoke to was polite and helpful.Overall had a nice lunch at this restaurant and will be back again.
