Having previously given an unfavourable review last year, it’s only right that I update this with how my latest order was. I’m delighted to say that I was impressed with the prompt delivery, the friendliness of the courier and the delicious food - including the lovely chips!

Having previously given a glowing review of Luigi’s, after receiving another order I’m afraid I have to register dissatisfaction with the chips which accompanied my order. There were very few edible chips at all and the entire box seemed to have been made from the ends of small potatoes. I used to be perfectly happy with the quality of their chips but this has not been the case over the past several times I’ve ordered. I’m afraid if the quality doesn’t improve I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been using this chippy for 30 years but it’s going downhill since it’s been sold. Ordered 3 pizza over the phone for a pickup. On arrival they had only made 2. They offered to make the 3rd if I would wait. I checked the other pizzas would be ok and was assured they would be fine. Once honey I found one of the original pizza burned on top and the other original very soggy. Disappointing quality now that it’s been sold

Luigi’s has been a favourite takeaway venue of ours for many years. I was delighted to discover they now have their own app and placed our order through this, which was very easy to use. Delivery was prompt and well within the estimate given. The food, as usual, was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Ate out of here a few times and usually good, but tonight got a scotch pie out of it along with a panko fish supper, the pie was not edible you couldn’t even cut through with knife, you would have needed a chisel. There was no way the staff member who cooked it or the staff member who wrapped the order up couldn’t have noticed just by looking at it that it was totally overcooked. Wouldn't even give to my dog incase it broke its teeth on it.

My partner says this was one of the best pizzas he’s had in a long time and he has very high standards & eats a lot of pizza! They were the only place in the area open on Bank holiday Sunday, luckily we didn’t have to book, but it was obvious this place is popular and for good reason! Had 2 delicious pizzas, didn’t take long, service was friendly, menu was varied plus you can make your own pizza if none of the options suit you.
