Order - Chicken Omelette with Cheese and salad ( but never got the salad) and Chips and Gravy Sauce The Chicken Omelette whatever cheese they used I didn't like and whatever spice they used took over the taste of the chicken omelette so wasn't enjoyable The Gravy Chips was nice though and the chips that came with the Chicken Omelette Overall didn't enjoy it at all and for that reason only giving 2 stars and that's just because of the Gravy Chips I would never get from again and only ordered from there as late and wanted to try something new and there was only a handful of places open in Glasgow when wanting to order

Was meant to pick up order through Too Good to Go aaaaaand...the place is shut. So, no food. Last time we had food from there was 2 years ago and we stopped ordering as the food kept tasting worse and worse and deliveries took forever. Decided to give it another go today and not surprised it disappointed again. Shame, wont be back.

Absolutely shocking waited over an hour for too be delivered cold food. Pizza was inedible, never again will I order from here. Absolute Disgrace

would never get from here again waited over an hour for my pizza and chips to arrive when they arrived they were frozen and the pizza box was open and on its side in the drivers bag so the pizza had all flipped out and the driver had a cheak to put it back in the box and kept making excuses about he has 3 orders and thats why it happened im sorry if you cant deliver food properly then dont b a delivery driver. tried calling the shop multiple times but there was no answer was a waste of money it all went in the bin 🤬.

Placed a delivery threw just eat raw chicken toke 1 bite to find the chicken still clucking not impressed phoned resteraunt to speak to the manger woman that spoke basically fobed me off the phone won't be ordering again kept the chicken as well will be reported

Got a UberEats, order did not show up, called several times to see where my order was, no reply. Can’t give a restaurant a decent review if I can’t even receive my food.

Ordered through foodtogo which is for leftovers and food at the end of the night, the food was made while I stood there waiting. Poor quality food, avoid!!

I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese and Fries from JUST EAT, while the fries were not bad (It's hard to make a bad french fry) the pasta was really hard, and the Bolognese sauce just tasted bad. I had a Cheeseburger from them before and it was quite good. I don't think it's *horrible* but it's not great.

I cant believed how bad this place was. The owner so rude... and "funny" lookings !!???/ not pleasant at all. Distrust

Used to be a great place but has taken a dramatic downtown. We ordered food which took an hour and a half. When it arrived, the pizza was cold and congealed, the onion rings were cold, wet and half filled a paper cup. The kebab, chips and bread were cold, tiny portion and the bread hard. As I said, feel bad as anyone can have a bad night but when I called to discuss and ask for a refund, they were rude and told me to contact just eat. If they had shown a bit or customer service and decent communication, I could accept it but I will not pay for and accept poor service and bad manners.

I have NEVER had to throw food away before!! The shop was filthy. I've just checked their Food Hygiene rating from the City Council. March 2022 is was flagged up in RED. Improvement needed!!!!!! I will be contacting Environmental Health first thing in the morning. This place needs to be closed down AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Order was cold, chips were soggy, chapati was stale and sauce was missing from fajita wrap making it dry and inedible. Called to complain and was told we could have the order replaced another night as it was too late to replace it that night. When calling the following week for replacement order the manager was extremely rude, spoke over me and to say he was unhelpful would be an understatement. Shame really as this place used to be great with great service but the new owners are clearly not quite up to the job.

IT HAS RATS!!!!!! I order online and went to the store to collect. Super dirty place, be aware I swear I've seen a rat inside the store! Before you ordering from uber or so please go visit the store and you will know what I am talking about.

After consuming some of your food last night, I was awoken at 3am with having to heave-up the contents of my stomach, (which had cost me the best part of twenty quid from your establishment). Absolutely hideous is all I can describe my experience as. I've been ill ever since. That was your LAST chance. Take heed people...........this place doesn't give a *&%$ what they sell you or the effects it'll have on your life. That's it for me. ONCE CROSSED................FOREVER LOST.......... NEVER AGAIN.

As others I did the too good to go app for 12 pounders worth of food and the portion was childlike in small tiny half lunchbox plastic and a small burger container with some chips and left over piece of garlic bread. Would hate to have paid full price for that.

I made an order at half 11 and received it at 1.37am Unacceptable and unprofessional! I tried to contact them in the meantime but didn't answered my phone calls!

No sign of order or update from restaurant an hour after the estimated delivery time. No answer on either of the phone numbers provided or on Facebook. I can understand a delay but not even getting in touch or answering your phone is awful. I'll be wanting a full refund - at minimum.

When our complaint was sent in the voice on the other end of the phone was indifferent and not at all concerned that they had sent out rubbish - burnt black garlic bread, pasta dish with 5 small prawns - dont order anything from here and if you do and you receive a dish that is trashed - dont eat any of it dont touch it - phone and comlplain take pics and show everyone what the problem is. IF POSSIBLE record the phone call so others can hear the lack of concern and flippancy from them. Make sure you upload to youtube to name and shame.Also price the ingredients which is very very low cost with a massive mark up - 21 pounds for 5 prawns a few pasta bits some chips lots of oil and burnt garlic bread. The ingredients in total is less than 3 pounds. Work it out for yourself. As a Chef that has worked for Led Zepplin and Sad Cafe along with hosts of celebrities - this rip off in these times should be stopped. Dont order if you want a decent meal that is fair in price.

This was a disgrace I waited 50 mins for delivery then I had the wrong order so I called the shop to have it fixed and was told he only has 2 drivers so basically I've to eat something I don't even like and I'll get a free one next time no Thankyou I wouldn't order again the pakora was rancid aswell!

Best Chicken Tika Kebab Ever Had

We watched this place having a refit and being one of the places nearest to us, this was our first ever purchase from them. Firstly, terrific delivery service - arrived 20 minutes earlier than suggested delivery time, so well done! The Pizza was ok but we'd asked for and paid for extra toppings which we didn't receive and hope that this was a genuine mistake on the part of Grillicious. The Carbonara was perfectly cooked, but just not to my personal liking or taste so it would be unfair to rate this just because of my personal preferences. I hope to revisit this place again in the future and hope this was just a blip.

Ordered online from them, they use the name 'Kebab City' on Justeat by the way. Food never arrived and after an hour and a half I repeatedly tried to call but the owner kept slamming the phone down. I looked at the other reviews and they all said the same thing. I couldn't contact them but Justeat contacted them and I received a text back from Justeat where the owner said I wouldn't receive a refund blaming the weather, (despite us being in August and the weather being fine last night) . Look them up on Justeat for their reviews for the restaurant called Kebab city and they are all identical to mine. Avoid these crooks! There are plenty of decent and honest kebab shops in town such as Damasqino and pasha

Usually order from this place...and left a review because I got a delivery that came stone cold...did say on my review it usually is a great place but got a meal that was totally freezing cold...phoned tonight for a delivery and was told I was barred because i left a bad review hahahahahaha...what's the point in reviews then?...owner denied on phone the food was cold also....it had arrived within 30 minutes of order...and clearly forgot to turn the microwave on to heat it up....wanted old food back aswell?..which should have been binned immediately because of this Corona virus...and contamination...so be aware...not only is the food not fresh as stated and there microwave doesn't work either....and the owner appears to be huffy and has barred me now because my bad review lolol....not the type of place to deal with at all.....unprofessional....and cold food....would suit the budding salad enthusiast tho...providing you dont want a warm salad.

Orderd and deliverd within 30 minutes...pasta warm....bolognese was absolutely stone cold freezing...never in my life have I had a delivery arrive within 30 minutes and be totally stone cold...what that shows is its heated in oven or microwave before its sent out...which I am cool with but..surely you check to see if you turned the microwave on at least?. Normally...one of the tastiest places to get a takeaway...highly rate it for food but...this has just changed my mind...as I know it's not fresh....was told to give delivery driver old one back..guess someonelese will get it reheated at some point surely during this virus pandemic that should be put straight in the bin?..or delivery driver can watch me put it in the bin out the back.?..since its already opened and contaminated.

The food was tasteless and the "garlic bread" was not good at all. Not fresh either.

This order didn't arrive and I have tried calling the restaurant several times and no reply. When I tap the restaurant info it shows as closed so why was I allowed to order? I have chased on the app and told no refund and delivered at 2010 but no one has been at the hotel. I have asked for a refund and told no so if no reply from this I'll will be taking it up with my bank as I can provide cctv if requested from the hotel that no one was here.

Two out of three times that I have ordered a pizza from this establishment and it hasn't arrived. No phone call or text, nothing. The first time the owner lied and said I had ordered for collection and the second time he apologised and said next time it would not happen. No apology, no offer of money off next order, just a guarantee that it should come next time.

As you can see from numerous of the below reviews NEVER order home delivery from this establishment. It is quite simply not guaranteed to come. THREE TIMES I have booked online and it hasn't arrived which makes ME feel like the fool. They pretend that it was ordered as a 'collection' when they realise their mistake as they don't know what they're doing clearly. The last time I took a screenshot of the delivery verification on my phone and it was apparently 'an issue with their system' i.e. for some reason when you send an order for delivery they somehow receive it sometimes as a collection which is nonsense. Stay clear.

I love your food but please please please stop selling raita and calling it garlic mayo, it kills me every time. I didn't even ask for it and got it in the pizza box. The raita is good though but is definitely not what you want when you're expecting garlic mayo.

Really tasty, arrived really hot, slightly earlier than we expected which is great (especially as it was a Saturday night) and super reasonable price! Don’t have a single complaint.

Food was nearly as cold as someone that had been pulled oot the Clyde, pizza was rattled together by a toddler and the garlic mayo was as if they had put water in and shook it about to get the remaining bits off the side of the bottle. Waste of money. Never again

Food was cold but it was delicious once I warmed it up. Delivery driver was really nice. It just took forever to get here.

To start with lamb chops. You get 4 pieces of chops for nearly £10 and 5 pieces chicken kebab for £7 as I don't count the 5p. The lamb chops are precooked and then microwaved as it was luke warm on top and cold in the middle so they are not cooked when you order it but reheated and the chicken kebab is no exception. The naan was never cooked in Tandoori but seemed like being cooked in oven as both side were same and Rock solid The chips were like swimming in water because of the polythene packaging. Over all not worth the £25 for 2 meals that only will be tasted to find out its not worth eating, such a shame as I own 4 takeouts in glagow but wanted something for a change.

I ordered the breaded mushrooms and they tasted disgusting. The chicken tikka and chips kebab were put inside a container that made everything soggy. Overall it's not that bad, just hope they improve their food packaging and give out chips in a seperate bag. The nan bread situation... it's tiny, that is not nan bread sir.

Ordered food and delivery says it will be here for 12.55 in the morning about half 1 the food still wasn’t here but says delivered 🤔 tried phoning them but the shop was shut so now I’ve paid for something and nothing was delivered a think that’s shocking!! And unacceptable they have my number so if anything they could of phoned me and tell me what’s Happning I’ll be phoning them tomorrow soon as they open shocking services tbh!!

Chicken burger was thin and tiny and lacking any real flavour. Beef burger was a good size but so bland and no flavour again, did not taste the charr or grill flavour and being nearly 40 minuites late it just is not worth it.

Ordered 2 chicken tikka kebab. Nan bread overly burnt and inedible. Chicken pieces were undercooked and chewy. Just looks as if it was flung together in 10 mins and put into a bag. The chargrilled half chicken was not even chargrilled, it was really greasy and I had to stick it in the oven for 15 minutes. Ive had the chicken before and it was lovely. Don't know who was grilling the chicken but sort it out.

Chips were undercooked and soggy. My husband's chicken kebab was very dry, both the chicken and the nan bread. My pizza was lovely.

Ordered what I thought would be a nice quick evening meal. There were 3 missing items, 2 cold items, watery salad, no dressings. This is NOT authentic Italian food, it's not even close. Owner said no refunds unless every single item there but explained there were items missing and I ate some brushchetta as I was hungry. Poor customer service. Also question authenticity of other ratings on Just Eat, as there are tonnes of complaints but every now and then a 5 star with few words!!

Ordered via Deliveroo as staying in local hotel for weekend. Received phone call to advise order had arrived. Husband went down to meet it but nobody there and no order. Contacted Deliveroo who advised restaurant said order had been delivered and we had tipped driver so nothing they could do but suggested calling restaurant direct. Called Grillicious who told me their rider had asked for the name before giving orders. Amazing that someone had managed to provide my exact name! And that we had tipped them. Explained this was not the case and we were still waiting but person was t interested. They had delivered an order and couldn’t care less whether the right purchaser had received it. Suggested their rider come back and we could prove that wasn’t us who had taken it but apparently they were too busy. Restaurant told me Deliveroo would refund me. Went back to deliveroo who advise restaurant had to approve a refund and they hadn’t. So out of pocket and hungry. Appalling service from both companies and won’t be wasting my time or money again with either. Doubt they will care though.
