Food was freezing when it arrived and the chicken was undercooked

Cold chips, chicken fillets, cold beans, bbq chicken freezing. Most of it went in the bin. Some proportion. Quality not so great and won’t order again, much better experience when you sit in.

absolutely shocking every single time I order from KFC something or multiple things are always missing absolute joke

hadn't ordered in a while as always forgot items. so thought give a 2nd chance. a complete waste of time 2 meals missing fries, one missing corn cob side and extra side of corn also missing. certainly last time when he'll are KFC gonna give this branch a kick up backside they need. service has been terrible for some time now

Cold food and missing items not happy with service

Didnt show up with my food, i tried to help with directions but he was rude and would not listen to my directions

Once took into house start unpackaging chips were all cold and paid £3.99 for a large grave only recieved 1 small that was with another meal so completely missing I want these items refunding as they weren’t there and where not fit for a dog

Food was ok but the place is disgusting Floor is the so slippery with what’s like a layer of cooking oil. Tables not clean. bins overflowing

We ordered signature fries (with the flavouring) with the meal and an extra portion. Got delivered small plain rotten fries. Terrible

took 15 minutes for literally only chicken popcorn. There was black mysterious mystery goop on the table beside me snot all over the tables oldest employee here was like 15 at best refused to server unless using one of the 3 broken kiosks. The workers were constantly in and out of the single urinal bathroom of which has a broken toilet that was clogged and had no door and snot all over the walls and flies and ANTS. Every table was disgusting dirty and covered in goop and the my popcorn wasnt even filled up they gave me less than I ordered.

Just had delivery and wasn't up to scratch there was chicken missing from one of the meals we also ordered gravy but didn't get it really disappointed won't be ordering from here again as when you try to call to complain you can't get through

Quality of food wasn’t great burger buns rock solid, also missing items no chips with meal & no gravy’s.

Kept changing the delivery time, waited 2 and half hours and they forgot chips. Hit and a miss with this place.

Delivery in 30 odd minutes. Everything accounted for and still hot. A+

What an utter shambles of a restaurant! Not for the first time KFC Greenock has let me down with missing items, wrong items and stone cold food! I stupidly keep giving it another chance every few months but just let down every time. Avoid this branch of KFC at all costs!

Food was cold juice was roasting hot and there was no dips. Chips just dumped in bad all over place not it there separate packs

Absolutely Ridiculous last time I order from KFC no juice no water so can’t eat food you have one job to do give what is ordered this not the first time it happens all the time KFC no more so angry

the two rice bowls were on their side with the lid off. luckily most of the food stayed in the bowl. I do however think the rice bowl itself was tasty.

Around 21:20 today been to kfc Greenock drive through, & order 14 pieces of bargain buckets, 10 piece of hot wings, fries, and a large gravy, coke.. instead got 13 pieces of chicken no gravy & no bill… what a tragedy.. in Greenock KFC… thomas

The order was late and then they didn't even give me the juice. Not the first time we've had missed items from our order. food was also rubbish.

All 6 fries where missing , called and no answer …… just spent just under £50 for not even a full meal between us

place is an embarrassment workers clearly can't read and I'm certain they can't write either almost every time I place an order of more than 1 meal it's a guarantee that they will forget at least one item because the workforce is a bunch of special folk

Your staff aren’t capable of completing orders, countless online orders and I’ve always ended up getting half my order. How can a ten piece bucket arrive with 4 bits! Don’t bother replying with that robotic demolition man reply either. Don’t know who’s fried more, the staff or the chicken. Never again will I be ordering, no wonder you don’t answer the phones down there. Must be ringing off the hook every night way them moon units running the shop.

I will never use KFC ever again ,took the grandchildren there last night order was 3 kids popcorn chicken meals I chicken bucket "£9.99" and a double down zinger worked out at £34 odds ..popcorn chicken meal that was a laugh ,small popcorn chicken and a tub of beans ,a stick of pineapple, no frys 3 small drinks ,,chicken bucket 4 pieces of chicken ,popcorn chicken and a coke double down zinger looked like someone had thrown it together ,no drink ..needless to say kids left as hungry

This must be the worst KFC in the country. Don’t serve hot drinks (machine has been removed), had to ask for a fork to eat my salad, no condiments on offer and just generally grubby and dirty. On a positive note, the food was fine and the staff were lovely and so helpful. I think even they were embarrassed about the state of the place! They are doing their best in an abysmal environment. Shame on KFC!

For the third time in the last four orders they managed to get the order wrong. It really is hard to fathom why they can't pack the right items. On top of that it was late too.

No compaints - very easy to use. First fime ordering that type of food via justeat, saved me as I had to stay in for workmen coming.

All wrong orders, people waiting 45 mins on a quiet day for the wrong order. When I ordered I had waited 30 mins before realising the girl who was doing my order had a fascination of “rubbing” her nose and then opening the food packages and putting the chips in boxes without gloves myself and another seen this and asked for a refund and while processing the staff seen this happen when we pointed it out.

Honestly got three chips in both my box meals. Missing my chicken wings. Sent wrong burger and gave me two sweet chilli wraps instead of a sweet chilli and BBQ. Most definitely won’t be back.

i ordered my food at 17:00 and it is 19:30 and still not here and it said it was supposed to come before 18:00 and when i call there is no answer and it was a large order and expensive

Worst KFC ever.planned to sit in but choose to sit in car instead as restaurant was to cold.toilets were not tended to which I did report to staff. No toilet paper .one hand drier which blew cold air periodically. Female and male toilets. Ordered the stuffing burger and 2 other burgers aswell as chips.were told on collection there was no cranberry sauce.might be an idea to put this on self check out instead of waiting till it's paid.4 lots of burnt chips. 1 cremated burger and 2 cold burgers.and no napkins
