KFC Greenock - Custom House Quay in Inverclyde

Quick but unhelpful. Ordering process I found unclear but, hey, not our fault. Have what you ordered.

Place was empty. And not one clean table. Food was cool. Won't be back. Worst KFC I've ever been in.

Over half my order was missing. Called the restaurant god knows how many times and no answer.

The chicken was tasty but there were items missing from the order. There was no coleslaw & three orders of fries missing. Won't be back.

Visited here on Friday evening. Place wasn't looking good at all , bins overflowing and restaurant very untidy . Most of the counter staff running about like headless chickens without actually doing anything. There was however one young gentleman who took charge unfortunately I didn't get his name . He was organised friendly and was holding the place together . He apologised for the state of the place saying they'd been extremely busy. He made sure we didn't wait much longer and once we got our food it was excellent. Hot and fresh Well done to the kitchen staff and the young lad serving .

No side as usual kfc terrible at giving you what you pay for. They don’t care at all. Always worse service imaginable

Order never showed after two hours. They do not answer the phone so impossible to communicate.

thats every time i order from here there are missing items a variety bucket and sides but couldnt even pack the sides?? seriously guys it wasn't even a big order and you still couldnt get it right! more fool me i should have learned my lesson from the last time i ordered from here

We arrived from USA with American debit cards, no touch capability. We ordered, attempted to pay but the card caused chaos with their till. The staff were outstanding, very patient. Food was also excellent. Well done all who helped. We will def be back!

2 x missing corn, 2 x missing gravy, wrong juice. as always they can't get an order right.

when i first orded it said between 12.05 and 12.25 meal did not come until 13.15 and was cold and incorrect

Bought the family 10 piece bucket what a waste of £32 the chicken was so dry the the skin on the chicken was rock hard this is the second time. why can't you just put fresh chicken for delivery last time ordering here.

For the first time in years for me KFC miraculously didn’t disappoint. Everything was there, on time and tasty.

It would have been excellent if it had been hot or at least warm but unfortunately it was cold. I haven’t had a KFC in a long time because their quality has been awful, prices have gotten extortionate (especially for an extra mini fillet for example), staff inside get orders wrong and are rude, however I was craving something different for a change and I did really enjoy it apart from the food temp. Driver seemed to be waiting an awfully long time at KFC for it though.

Great food delivered quickly despite it being a busy Friday and my address being difficult to find and impossible for parking. Courteous delivery of piping hot food. Excellent!

very dirty restaurant..inside everything is stained..the windows have not been washed since I don't know..the toilet smells terrible..the box of fries and chicken nuggets half empty..avoid this for the future

I have refrained from leaving a review because generally I like kfc but I don’t think I’ve ever successfully gotten what I ordered. There is always something missing.If your ordering a delivery there is nothing you can do to get it rectified.Now the prices have gone up even farther. If you want to pay full price for a fraction of what you order, then this is the place for you

Missing my popcorn chicken and only 5 pieces in my box instead of 6 tryed phoning can’t get throught

Waited 20-25 minutes in drive through. Poor emergency workers in front of us had to leave the drive thru without food because of how slow the service was. Not enough staff- same thing as before. Once I went inside my food was served quick (for the first time in ages) and the staff member was very apologetic so two stars instead of 1. Come on KFC- your staff deserve to be less pressurised and your customers better service. I almost didn't choose KFC tonight since all I wanted was something quick and tasty.

ordered 8.10 and It didn't come till 9.56 also missing a corn on the cob. how hard is it to get your full order.

Dirty and trash on tables. More interested in serving the couriers than walkins. Spills on top of bins not cleaned since we entered and left. Won't be back ever again.

Im leaving a complaint as restaurant not answering and been told food delivered i can assure you it has not not cheap and want refund if this is acceptable then im disgusted

This has to be one of the worst drive thru diners going. Horrible conditions outside and when you look through into the seating area you are glad that you do not have to join the masses. Customer service is good but truly poor management should be ensuring that all aspects of a diners experience should be good. In this case it was definitely lacking.

This place is terrible there is a woman at the toll that looks like she is on drugs. Service is really bad as well and terrible portion size for kids. Run by all teenagers and not any adults!

person at the till were blatantly ignoring me when I was trying to complain about MISSING things from my meal she looked like she just rolled out of bed horrible service. Portions are kid sized even as a large. Do not recommend, do not come here in a million years I love kfc but I would never come here again. Restaurant is also very unsanitary and sad.

Fillet Burger Bun is brick hard and cold and chicken inside is brick hard and dried out. 1pc Chicken is brick hard and cold. Chips are soggy. They have passed on a reheat from a cancelled order it feels. Absolutely shocking quality of food.

I have been charged multiple delivery fees for my orders to be delivered by the same driver

Big change from the last time I visited with my family, it was filthy, food all over the floor, staff were rude, order machine said table service was available no it wasn't as stated by staff and after me telling her well you need to update the machine she just looked at me like I had told her off, don't get me started on the toilets wait till you get home for this because on this day the toilets were disgusting it would have been cleaner finding a bush to pee behind KFC Greenock BIG disappointment

Half my order was missing we only got 5 of the 6 fried we only had 10 pieces of chicken when there should be 14 and there was no popcorn chicken with the order either always the same with this place they can never get an order correct

My burgers were Freezing, The burger was Hard and no and only had 1 bit of lettuce on it no sauce etc I would like a refund please x

The place was a mess, bins were overflowing and there was food everywhere. Water spillage looked like it had been lying. Toilets dirty and smelly with a blocked sink. This isn't the kind of state I'd expect an establishment like KFC to be in. Do Better.

Clearly didnt read any notes. This food can't be eaten as my kids are not home until around about the time I wrote on note what a waste. Incompetent as usual

my food never arrived. I placed order at 1930 and still never arrived by 2200. been calling the store for hours but they never answered the phone, so I couldn't cancel the order. said it was delivered and was charged for the order. refund please.

I was missing, hot wings, barbecue chicken bites and 2 mini fillet burgers, i am not happy about this as this meal was supposed to feed a family of 4

It was very cold, I had no means to warm it..there was no mayo or sauces of any kind on the food or supplied and no napkin.

3 of the 4 self serve checkouts are not working and the remaining one didn't print receipts. Order took a while to come. Tables had not been cleaned. Pish on the floor of the male toilets and sink was blocked. Bins overflowing. Dirtiest KFC I've ever been to

Made an order and there was an item missing, i contacted kfc and they told me i had to pay more for delivery after their mistake not putting the item in my order. I then contacted just eat and spoke to someone named Steve and told me he wouldnt be able to refund me for some reason. I will not be ordering from kfc again.

Ordered £35 worth of food, 2x popcorn chicken meals with drinks none of which arrived, a flaming wrap which came with bbq sauce, ordered 3x dips at 50p a pop none of them were there, the burger that I did receive was stone cold with hard bread and brown lettuce. Phoned several times and no answer and just eat won’t give a refund either. Find it really unfair when small businesses get slated in reviews and try to please people but big branches get away with this… complete waste of time and money!
