So i used to get a subway semi-regular, but the last few times I've went in it's put me off them.. the menu change that recently happened is poor, the set selections are not that good and the topping on the cake is that the service has also been poor, the last two occasions they have messed up my order and the time before that they had no gluten-free bread. So puts me off going back if I'm honest.

A horrible venture if ordering via Uber Eats. I wish I was joking but about 80% of the time you order, they never have your order available, missing ingredients or full on items altogether or it’s just overall poor quality and rushed/sloppy food. The place is clearly lacking decent standards and needs better management from the numerous times I’ve ordered from them. Don’t bother, there’s better options. Time to go elsewhere.

Spent 15 minutes queueing then eventually walked out, in frustration, without even having been spoken to. Staff working different sections have little or no work to do, despite a 10 person queue forming, whilst one person has a ~20 sandwich backlog. Orders taken on app are prioritised instead of prepared separately, thereby increasing wait time for in-shop customers. Not worth the wait, given the prices. Won’t be back.

Sent a subway melt ( Its ment to be hot, it in the name) stone cold and cheese clearly unmelted! They blamed the driver and said there is nothing they can can do! The order took less than 15 mins to get here, there is absolutely no way the sub would be stone cold in this time! Just shifted the blame and won't refund or replace the sub! Definitely won't be ordering this trash again! £17 down the drain with no way of getting my money back or at least what I ordered.

Stood outside for about 15 minutes while it appeared that online orders were prioritised over customers queuing outside the store. So you might want to order online to collect if your going. Food always decent, can't really go wrong there.

I was asked to leave the shop for not wearing a mask despite being exempt. Discriminated against even though the staff only had the clear shields on which prove to be pointless without a mask underneath. Unprofessional and rude!

I love this subway shop, however I've been put off going in recently due to an unpleasant experience with a member of the staff. Don't get me wrong, every other member of staff I find to be very polite and I enjoy talking to them. There is one female however (I never caught the name tag), long black hair, I'd guess around middle aged, who seems to just be generally permanently raging. She was very rude, abrupt, and had very little time for the customer. It's a real shame because I'm now dreading going in the next time incase she is working! If I do though I'll be sure to catch the name and update this review. Love the rest of the staff though and tasty food!

I visited this subway with my two friends and was asbolutely appalled by the customer service we recieved. Now before I go into detail, this is not directed towards all staff as most are very nice and friendly. However, one of the staff members, I think her name is Kirsty (couldn’t see her badge properly as she basically rushed me out of the door) has terrible customer service skills. I don’t know if that’s her name for sure but she has blackish hair and is a middle-aged woman. Please note this is not the only time I have experienced this attitude and lack of manners from this staff member. She is extremely rude and has no communication skills whatsoever. Even the staff who work with her seem like they dont want to be around her because of how rude she is, it must be quite embarrassing. I just don’t understand why she is so angry all the time or why she thinks it’s acceptable to talk to customers like that. I am 19 years old and have better customer service skills than her.

Bought a steak and cheese salad bowl in Greenock subway today, it was so small and underwhelming. No pickle, despite asking for it. The salad was barely up to half way in the bowl when completed. My husband bought the same thing in Glasgow, and his was brimming over the top, how can this be right. I have noticed that the portions of salad are getting smaller and smaller lately, and the meat fillings are extremely small. This is the only branch of subway close to my work, otherwise i would go somewhere else. If it carries on, i think i will make my own or use a different place. Very disappointed.

Subways are always busy, popular, clean and tidy, and as a franchise they are all more or less identical, so you know exactly what you are going to get. All have the same choice of about 20 fillings to choose from, and include low fat subs and veggie options. They are good value for money and tasty. Service is quick and efficient. The only drawback here is that there are no tables to sit in at, and, only 7 seats against a counter at the wall and window.

Fairly small clean & fresh shop, which is kept busy as it's in the centre of town! Take out only premises! As expected, there is a good variety of fillings on offer, with or without a drink! The staff are very efficient and friendly! Good value for money!

The Greenock store is by far my favorite. I have been to the one in Port Glasgow, Glasgow and elsewhere and this is the best. The best for food and the staff. They are cheery to talk to and when you are sitting eating you can hear them having a laugh with each other which is good to hear. Plus they answered all my questions about the subcard when i first got it, 5/5

I remarked upon the skinny portion size of salad on my sandwich to the young man serving me & he explained it was 3 of this, 3 of that etc and always had been. I said I'd mention it when I filled in this online survey, he went in the back and told the manager. She came out & aggressively said it had always been that portion size, and that I had upset her staff with my comments. She would not let me explain my complaint & was thoroughly out of order with me. When I started to say I used Subway a lot she interrupted me saying 'I've never seen you in here - but I'm not arguing with you' not letting me say the rest of my sentence about OTHER Subways I'd been to. I said I was sorry to the staff if they had been upset 'yes they were' she said, for them... I was totally shocked by her attitude and manner and now resolve never to set foot in this particular Subway again. When I finished my sandwich and drink I queued up and asked the young man for the manager's name - he went to tell her so she came right up to me and said she was called Kim and I could go ahead and report it. I said 'Don't worry I will' as she went back behind the counter she retorted 'do that' in the most unprofessional and antagonistic manner ! I can't tell you how angry I was to be treated in such a poor manner as after all I am a CUSTOMER and I found the manager to be overly rude and insolent.
