never got a completely correct order from here. today my drink and crisps are missing

Drinks missing - had to get refund

Delivery driver called to say she was here .. didnt wait for me to come down in lift at work, left and states was delivered. Staff in shop were helpful, but now ordering from somewhere else

Our order had the wrong sauce on it as we ordered BBQ on the turkey ham one and received south west sauce, making one inedible unfortunately/ and all of our cookies came in together so someone with a nut intolerance could not eat their cookie.

Also I waited nearly over an hour for delivery but also I got the wrong order so I never got any food

Asked for no salad got salad am hangin like a absolute alki n don’t want no green stuff on ma scran, apart from at 10/10 tho

Sub instructions not followed and missing sauce which ruins the whole order

I ordered for extra stuff in my salad n paid for it but didn't get it in my salad

Both sandwiches were good but sadly werent toasted as requested. Also we were given coke zero and not the cherry coke that we had ordered. Delivery was 10 mins late but we weren't too fussed about that.

what's the point in doing a collection then waiting 20 minutes after the collection time to receive food

delivery time changed 3 times from originally stated, the food arrived not completely cold but not far off it

There was some bits of chicken in the “Vegetarian Delite” sub which was for a vegetarian so this was obviously not good. The rest of the subs had no issues. Just disappointed by the meat that was present in the vegetarian sub.

Was here 10 mins earlier than expected. All food hot and enjoyed

food came all squashed did not look edible had to put in bin.

Fast delivery, great quality and good service from delivery man.

Staff should probably be made to read their own menu half the filling for this is missing

Delivery was late (by 25 mins at least) plus I was a bit concerned that the packaging wasn’t sealed with a sticker like usual. Love these subs but repeated poor experiences mean I’ll have to consider looking elsewhere.

First time that when I’ve paid for extra sauce I’ve actually noticed it. Unfortunately there was less veg than usual. Marked it as late because the delivery time was made later 3 times so, to me, that’s late. Was tasty, could’ve been better (has been before, have had ones with the right amount of veg but dry cause not enough sauce or plenty of sauce but not enough veg? Please please it’s very simple to do both). Thank you!

Everything was great however we ordered a foot long cookie and didn’t eat it right away. Went to have it later on tonight only to find it was gingerbread- very disappointed

My fillings we’re not in my sub. They where all sitting next to the bread and it wasn’t packaged properly so it was all bushed up when it arrived. I’m very disappointed as it’s the first time this has happened.

absolutely rubbish just eat adds more money on top the their price I was told in the shop won't be using just eat any more scammers

cookies never came with out order

Sandwich was maybe 5/10 at best. It had two ingredients it shouldn’t of had on it by accident (which is concerning incase of allergies) which was onion and jalapeño. The bread was a bit soggy but that may have been due to the time between it being made and eaten. Delivery was fantastic. Driver was lovely. 5 stars to him.

ordered a meal deal didn't get my cookie crisps or orange juice phoned them they couldn't find my order and didn't get the item won't be buying from this awful place again

Delivery driver got lost, he called me. Spoke poor English and took 20 mins trying to explain in slow clear English drive in a straight line. Food was cold and no southwest sauce on sandwich as asked for and bread looked bashed tasted stale. Driver was apologetic but tbh just not the best service.

Sub came so soggy it was like paste and had fell apart every where not even edible.

The salad is always fresh and delicious.

service was absolutely atrocious, was an hour and a half late and it was freezing not even enjoyable at all. i ordered at 10:30 as soon as delivery started and never arrived until 12!! didn’t know it took that long to make a sandwich and some nachos

Took almost half an hour just to start preparing the order. Once we received the order the wrong sauce and toppings were on the wrong subs. They then had no drivers available so didn’t even get the correct food. One was vegan so couldn’t eat.

Not even received it. Ordered it nearly 3 hours ago and it’s saying it’s been delivered, but it has not even arrived

Food was terrible, cold, stale, inedible. Bread was soggy and tasted off, a total waste of money. Worst subway i have ever been to.

This was my first time ordering subway online and it will certainly be the last. waffle fries were freezing, tasted like card. The cheese steak sub melt also was freezing when it arrived. The churros were stale and inedible. Never again

put sweet chilli when I asked for southwest and didn't deliver the dips. I think we've probably crossed about 20 odd quid now of undelivered items. I'm recently gluten free and subway is one of my only options but the order is almost always incomplet

Sandwich was cold, bread itself was weirdly mushy as if it was either wet or undercooked, delivery was late, just eat driver couldn’t get away quick enough and left my delivery on the doorstep instead of handing it to me, not satisfied with my order today

Oredered a 12 inch and 6 inch meal deals. Recieved two 6 inch meals, blth missing cheese, 1 not toasted, cookies missing from both meals and waffke fries soggy and freezing cold. Horrendous!

I now hate this food establishment I have never had worse service in my life and my food was appallingly cold I also did not receive my pigs in blankets and instead got chicken bites I found my experience with subway to be very very very poor I am not angry I am just disappointed very poor from you subway kind regards

Delivery time was changed multiple times, a full submelt and cookie have been forgotten on the order.

Delivery driver took off from subway and actually drove to McDonald's to pickup another order before noticing he should turn off his tracking. Food was stone cold and late.

I went to Greenock subway quite a few times but this experience makes me never want to go back to start things off they gave me the wrong thing I order a margarita slice and they forgot to put the sauce and when I told them they just walked over and put it on top but the thing that made me write this review is that the never gave me my change and when I told them they said the exact words of "I did give you your change hen"and I never got it so please save your money and don't go here

Just received an order (late) that was missing 2x tubs of sauce, a can of "Costa Double Shot Flat White", and to top it off they sent the wrong kind of Doritos "Snack Bowl" altogether. Absolutely no effort or thought put into fulfilling my order at all, thanks for that 👌

when you pay £34 for three sandwiches you expect them to have everything you asked for on them. I like the salad but was missing onion and barely any lettuce.

I ordered 2 6" BMT's with Italian herb & cheese bread. Arrived on time but with plain bread...again. In store service is great, great staff, but deliveries sometimes mess things up. I stay about 200 yards away but the food was cold, hash browns were stone cold. For a £24 order I'd expect better.

ordered at 16.51 and arrived at 19.17 after the delivery time changing over 10 times, the food arrived freezing cold! the delivery driver who eventually showed up said that he had been the 3rd driver assigned this job. i also phoned the restaurant and they advised food had been going missing and drivers not showing up all day.

Never received no order and never deliver my food yet again that’s twice now total of 40 pounds sepreate orders yous haven’t deliver terrible service exspect a full refund or I will be taking matters further

Pay for extra stuff and don’t get it. Last time we got half a meal with no refund. Don’t trust the delivery option. Delivery driver’s excellent though. X

the order was wrong and I didn't get what I paid for.

steak was very thick and chewy I basically paid 15 quid for a footlong meal deal and ate half the sub with the peppers and sauce. not a great 15 quid spent.

put mayo on the wrap when i didn’t ask for it, forgot my dip for the cheese bites (which were cold), forgot one of my cookies and gave me wrong drink :(

no effort made at all making my order no cheese on it when i asked for cheese there was more sauce than food and my order was freezing couldnt eat it

Ordered NOT toasted but sub arrived toasted anyway and was awful. Order instructions need to be checked better
