Still hasn't arrived yet. It is disappointing, since I like ordering from here

Food arrived 20 mins after the latest delivery time. Food was barely warm. Pizza was tough to eat and chips were soggy. We order from here regularly and is always great, so disappointed in the service tonight.

ordered food here a few times now, delivered on time or early, comes hot, decent food for the price tbh and never had missing items or wrong items either. Good all rounder.

40 mins late had to reheat in the microwave wich made it like rubber so it had to get binned!

I got the lunchtime Sausage Supper. The sausage was good, however the chips were a little bit undercooked and soggy.

No onion rings with my Rodeo burger, Apart from that all food was nice

First time customer, 2 bags of chips, awful, greasy,tasteless, all irregular sizes, would never return.Actually never had chips this bad anywhere.

So my husband brought in a fish supper last night from Gianni's for our dinner. He purchased it around 4.30pm and as most take aways open at 4.00pm you would think it would have been freshly made wouldn't you - WRONG! It was definitely a 're heat' as the fish batter was very crispy and very greasy, the fish inside was not the lovely white colour that you would expect from a newly cooked fish and was also very dry, the chips were also re heated an most of them were limp looking and also a lot of smaller crispy ones. What a waste of £8.50p as most of it went in the bin! Don't waste your money by visiting this place, there's a better chip shop around the corner. Wish I had read the other reviews before the purchase, definitely won't be back, disgraceful and disgusting!

Chips were dry and freezing, no salt & vinegar even though I did ask. Batter on sausages was burnt.

Food was ok, it would’ve been better if it had been warmer.

Food is beautiful but the munchy box chip portion needs reviewed. Always need to order an extra portion. Considering there is a fish, sausage, burger and black pudding to share there is no where near enough chips. I'd expect more chips in a kids supper.

Great value for money,cracking wee deal,£8.80 for 🍕🍟 and can of coke… really enjoyed it.

Most disgusting chippy I’ve ever been in. The man treats the girls like rubbish and puts out inedible food and makes the two girls take the back lash. The minute you say anything is wrong he pretends he doesn’t speak English.

Received a notification stating that the order was on it's way but then turned up 20 minutes later. The full order was cold. Part of the order was a chip roll, we received chips with no roll and a note written on the box saying 'no rolls, sorry' with a smiley face. If something is not available, the option to order should not be included, and you certainly should not get charged for it.

Their attitude is friendly and they give a lot of quality and suitable food. Thqnks

the chips were perfect but what i was really looking forward too was the carbonara--I got it, and it was terrible that I threw it straight into the bin sadly won't be ordering the pasta again.

I'm a regular customer and tonight has lost you a customer the fish was well mostly batter the burger was overdone and the family sized coke was a 1.5 ltr for £3:50 come on man anyway no probs I won't be back.

I ordered 2 large portions of chips. I would not call what I received large. perhaps it was the end of the night and they were running out but really not enough chips. otherwise everything was fine.

Food arrived looking like it’d been sat on. Hard to get at when the foods been cheese welded to the lid and you spend most of the time picking cardboard out your pizza

Ordered a pizza deal however I was missing the chips and drink. Contacted the restaurant however an hour later I still haven’t received them.

Food was soggy and frankly disgusting. More or less delivered and straight to the bin. Will be the last I use Giannis sadly. That was a sheer waste of money tonight and food was boggan. Avoid

chips were hard where not cooked right and gravy was watery / tastless needs new recipe!

It was "ok." I ordered curry sauce and received gravy. But I still ate it so I can't complain. The chicken wasn't up to its usual standard.

Worst ever from here will not be ordering from them again. Not the first time my suppers have been very dry and reheated couldn't eat them waste of hard earned cash as a treat.

This used to be the best chippy in Inverclyde but sadly is not anymore. Loyal customers can expect to receive reheated fish and chips total rubbish from a place that used to sell the best suppers.

Staff seemed disinterested and didn’t bother adding the salt and vinegar I asked for. Portions sizes on the small side and barely any gravy or tomato sauce. The chips tasted like they’d been done in old oil and most had the consistency and chewability of a deep fried toenail. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Wrong order delivered after waiting 2 hours. Will not be ordering again as last time was cold.

My food was delivered 45 minutes later than the stated timeframe.

Food was amazing and their was plenty of it. The freshly baked pizza was amazing.

Ordered food at 7:30, now 21:40 and food still hasn’t arrived. Money has been taken from my account too. Tried to contact but no answer and have had no contact from them either. Will be going down for refund tomorrow as that is a joke.

Food is always on time from here & their chippy stuff is great, brill price for what I got but pizza could’ve done with much less cheese as had to take a lot off and it kept sliding off the pizza.

I order super size fish £8.70 & large chips £2.30 but the portion of fish was so so small (must be less than 20 grams) that I was in shock to see. I am very much disappointed with price per product rate.

Chips where half of a portion and cold the pizza was soggy and a can had went through the box due to condensation the dip had solasttered all over the pizza just a over all shambles

Bought 3 fish suppers out of this shop and they all had to go in the bin, they were the most disgusting piece of so called food I have ever tasted. There were TINY bits of old brown rubber like "fish" in brick hard burnt batter which were obviously reheats, they were utterly disgusting, the batter was so hard you could have broken a tooth on it. Our normal fish shop was closed tonight but have learned a valuable lesson tonight, keep well away from this place at all costs! I have given this a review of 1 as there isn't an option to give it a 0!

Suppose to be diet coke sent pepsi max , 4 seasons pizza had jalapeños on it ,chippy box just ok ,food only slightly warm, wouldn't order delivery again.
