Great place for to go and get a pizza

First visit to Dominoes. Can't thank Michael enough. Was extremely helpful to my friend and I who were over the wTer visiting. Even made little taster cookies. Have arranged with some friends to come visit where we will all be ordering pizzas and cookies to go. Fantastic service with a sme, we need more Michaels 😁

I ordered online and was amazed by how quick and convenient it was. The pizza arrived in a flash, piping hot and bursting with flavor. The crust was light and crunchy, the cheese was smooth and melty, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I loved the pepperoni and mushroom pizza, which had a perfect blend of spice and umami. The pizza was so satisfying and hearty, and I had some extra slices for later

Ordered online two pizza,s and a side garlic bread got two wrong pizza,s and a side of wedges won't be ordering again overpriced

The staff are mostly very pleasant and make an effort to serve everyone right away. The pizzas are cooked just right. The only problem is if you are picking up an order, there is no effort made to keep the pizza warm for the customer after it has been cooked. It’s good they are always ready before the specified time, but it’s a problem for those of us who then need to travel for 15 mins to get home, by which time the pizza can be almost cold.

Not as consistent quality as you would expect from a large chain. I have been disappointed the last few times I have purchased from here and therefore am less likely to order again

Asked for green pepoers on pizza and got ONE small bit on whole of pizza, poor very poor

So, having been a loyal customer to dominos Greenock for years I was asked to call another branch by them as their delivery area had changed🤬. Called the auchmead road Greenock branch to make a delivery order to be told that not only do they not accept cash, but I was to go online and order on the app😳. If I had any problems with the app I was then to phone the branch back and they would talk me through it🤬🤬 . Now, I am not an idiot and don’t have a problem using apps. But I like to have the choice to sell my soul to technology or speak to a human customer service provider. The world is now relatively plague free now, we are not at all out war,(yet) and this dog will not be wagged by the commercial dog!! So, I will now not be using dominoes in any required form in future. I wish this rear ended company all the best with their future clientele and business model. Enjoy

Came in to pick up my pepperoni passion and is burd Jill behind coonter lookin lit Sid eh sloth was givin me a dirty look little did a know she was actually workin and just his a pure dodgy squint aha pizza was class though but didn’t get mah cheesy garlic bread.

Food is a bit expensive and the delivery can be too but if you want good quality food and can wait a bit then this is a place to eat at.

Pitza is great but so expensive I only ever buy em when they are on serious deals or offers. Any pizza (20p worth of dough with a skid of tomato, cheese and a sprinkle of cold meat on top) is not worth upwards of ten to fifteen bangers. They want to get a grip of price and might sell more product. I went 5 years without buying a pizza out of here, and only did last week with the £5.99 deal. Tho the pizza tastes great, EVERY TIME I get it I also get the cheese runs at the other end. Every time!

Got a pizza takeaway recently and with a few boxes of the potatoe wedges which currently cost £4.49 each and the boxes of them weren't even half full I last had them a year ago and many times before that and it was never half empty so I feel a bit ripped off paying that much. The pizza was good though and the service but the prices here are a bit of a joke for what you get in return.

As part of this summer's offers, they are now doing a 7 inch 2-topping personal pizza with a bottle of a soft drink for £2.99 - superb!!! I had pepperoni and ham and a 500ml bottle of Fanta, and sat in the sunshine at the waterfront to enjoy. Must try to get back again before the offer expires on 25th August.

Without promotions dominos tend to be overpriced for what they provide .watch out for the meal deals , promotion events,food tasty enough,delivery was fast which was ideal nothing worse than cold take away

Im not really a fan of pizza parlours but this one is limited in choice of pizza not the greatest

Ordered online for pick up. When I got there, they had no Diet Coke which is what I ordered and what I wanted. It wasn’t until I got home that I realised they had given me chicken wings instead of garlic bread and had not even given me my cookies which I paid for. How they can get an order so wrong is beyond me and this is not the first time. This is a very poor takeaway and I would not recommend it at all.

These pizza tend to arrive long after the order is placed and they are burnt and cold. The Gluten free Pizza are poor value for money and never cook correctly. As for the sides well I have to say poor quality in some cases greasy and just not worth money. Buy and picking up direct is not much better and I can not recommend Domino's Pizza - Greenock

Occasionally we ordering from domino's pizza. The variety is not great and the free-gluten options aren't as well. Tasteful indeed, the hunger might be covered with some digestive issues. Kind of pricy for some deals. We appreciate the flyers throwing in our mail but not attractive enough to become regular customers. Delivery on time. The application is really easy to use and monitoring the progress of the order. Some changes on the menu and maybe more competitives prices will be significant improve the customers perspective.

Expensive place to get food from, I'd recommend looking online for discount codes. The pizza is pretty decent from Domino's but still no worth the money paid

The prices are a bit high but the pizzas are tasty. The garlic bread is lovely but far too small. The cookies are delicious. Sadly, the last pizza I ordered online for pick up had a topping missing so bit disappointed there. They need to lower their prices I think and make sure they get the toppings right!

Pizzas r lovely tried nearly everyone could do with more cheese on them even when u ask for extra never grumpy it.. But still keep going back.

Pizzas are expensive however there are normally deals available, home delivery is quick and if you use the app you can track your order from creation through the oven until delivery

If you collect make sure you check out the special offers, for example buy one get one free as the staff don't prompt you!

Thought I would give them a try, and I was most impressed - it was delicious. They have a large selection to choose from, so best to know what you want otherwise you can get confused. The assistant, Ryan was very helpful, and the pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes. Sadly they have to put a "warning hot" sign on the box for those people who do not know food straight out of the oven is, well, HOT!!! No doubt these same people would be quick to complain if presented with a cold pizza.

Appealing service , ordered 2 large Pizzas, chicken and 2 boxes of cookies. Found out we only got one of the boxes but still charged use the full £42.96 for the missing box. Phoned up about there mistake and they said they would deliver the missing box as soon as possible. They did not even deliver the missing box and now Im down £3.99 for something I did not even get. Overpriced pizza, you are much better going to other places like Tonino's Pizzeria or Nico's. There you will actually get what you ordered.

They forgot about our oder while we were sat in there, then didn't even apologise for wait. Food was cold.

Whilst a bit more expensive than local places - even when having one of the deals - the pizza tastes very different. Very hot. Great food and quick service. Only disappointment was that the potato wedges were a bit cold. Overall would order food from here again.

Eleven inch thin and crisp pizza with bacon, black olives, green peppers and fresh tomatos. Eight sublime slices. Thank you guys. Great job.

We only visit when short on dinner ideas. More expensive than pizza from independent outlets locally but can't fault the quality and speed of preparation. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is always a deal on to reduce what would be a fairly expensive way to have pizza. Will continue to return. Thanks guys and gals! We visited the night before a big family wedding at Ingliston, we were run off our feet and just needed a quick simple food fix. This place just hit the spot, excellent helpful staff with an extensive selection. Our food salvation was produced in a reasonable time considering we were just drop in customers. The pizzas and other choices were superb and were far tastier and less hassle than going to one of the local sit down premises which would no doubt have also meant a longer wait twiddling our thumbs before food would arrive. Thanks again for being our tasty salvation

Dominoes delivers their pizzas roast and piping hot they also have an online ordering service which is easy to do.The only complaint I've really got is the price they are very expensive.You can go elsewhere for a pizza that is just as good if not better it's ok for a couple but if it's for a family you would have to take out a loan

Managed to acquire a 50% off voucher so ordered an excellent value for money delivery for the family, created our own pizza.The delivery times are always excellent never waited more than 30 min and considering I'm far end of Greenock from shop that is impressive.Usually Standard Dominos is unjustifiable in price but with a voucher it's a great deal and tasty food.

Went to pick up our pizza's for our tea tonight, as we walked inside we weren't even greeted with a 'hello'... All we got was a look off a guy working behind the till, me and my partner looked at each other and says what name it was ordered under. He went to collect our order and handed us the pizza. Another glare. So yes we were to guess how much was owed. Luckily we knew because we weren't getting a peep out him. Paid our order me and my partner says thank you and good bye. Did he say anything such as thank you or goodbye? NO. Very very poor customer service. Worst I've ever witnessed.

Pizzas are fantastic, but typical of Dominos OVERPRICED. Offers ardent really offers, reduce the prices and more will buy or return.

Well done to Dominos for providing delicious gluten free pizzas and for the speedy delivery service. Its so good for coeliac suffers to enjoy a 'normal' meal with friends.

I had the most amazing pizza from the Greenock Dominos,had just finished work and decided on the spur of the moment to get something to eat.The young girl was very helpful I told her to surprise me and that's exactly what they did.Best pizza ever.Dominos is located just up from the Beacon theatre,it shuts at 11 and will also deliver.Try the thin crust with lots of cheese and everything else you like.

Pretty good! Pizza's are up to standard with other dominos, had one or two problems with the delivery driver finding our address but they seem to have sorted that. Drivers are always polite!

Ordered from greenock store as a wee treat I ordered from the dominoes pizza app ..It was fab shows you at what stage your order is ,tells you when it's getting made,delivered .great .Also had some great wee deals online we got a personal size pizza ,plenty for 2 people ,juice , cookies ,wedges &free delivery all for just over 11 pounds can't beat that .would recommend dominoes in greenock and make sure you look at the deals ..Some great offers highly recommended ..didnt wait long on delivery either

Visiting family and were a little tired of burgers, toasties, and fish& chips. Five New Yorkers ordered Domino's (sacrilege) however Domino's is standard everywhere and didn't let us down

Brilliant place for good food but a tad pricey. Would recommend ordering online and finding discount codes on internet.
