This is now ICONIC spot in Bathgate (if not West Lothian). Delicious and well presented food. Pizza is amazing! Crust is crisp, toppings are fresh. Best grilled chicken and burgers (hand-made to order every day). I was literally licking my fingers afterwards! And Rubbal is a great guy, courteous, polite, and you can tell that he truly cares about his customers dining experience. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who's after great quality of unhealthy eating 😆 EDIT: This time I had butter chicken. Out of this world! I am by no means an expert in Indian food, but this one is going to be my favourite! Healthy butter chicken is a delicious dish with tender chicken pieces swimming in an amazing, creamy curry sauce that’s packed with spices and flavour. Next time you’re craving Indian food, head to Rubbal!

All the staff were very nice and caring. Kama went above and beyond! Kama learned it was my Birthday during our stay and when we came back in the night, Kama left a birthday card with a lovely message, Fox Fabulous Cookies and Maltesers. This gesture made my day because we were visiting Scotland and didn’t plan anything for the night. The hotel was really good and great value. Definitely will stay again in the future when we visit Scotland.

Travelled from Inverness yesterday to start Christmas shopping. Ended up going into Costa to grab a coffee before heading home. The lassie Erin that served us was rude and the sour face she had on her was ridiculous. Clearly working there isn't for her. While she made the coffee another worker came over and started serving us. Erin then seemed fine. Erin snapped at us because we wanted to buy a mug from the shelf and hadn't seen the other girl was already dealing with us. Next time I'm down and come in the I'll give back as good as she gives if she's still there. Absolute cow

I couldn't fault the service from the staff but unfortunately the food didn't live up to a traditional Indian curry. I have visited several Indian restaurants across the country, including personal trips to India, and yes we have westernised Indian food however, I have never tasted a chicken tikka masala (CTM) with onions through it even though the base is/can be made with onions, this was not authentic and the fact I do not personaly like onions, which was the reason I choose CTM. Staff requested to inform them in future to have it blended. Sorry I'm looking for a traditional CTM. Will not be back unfortunately. To reiterate the staff were very helpful.

For your information while I placed the order for collection I asked not twice but thrice that if I could get the piece of my choice "which was leg piece" on which I was told by the girl over the phone who was taking my collection order that yeah that wont be a problem! Then I drove for about 20 minutes in middle of my lunch break to collect my order, upon arrival the girl at the till said well we ran out of leg pieces and we have prepared breast piece instead while if you want leg piece it would take another 40-minutes (not a short time it is I guess) on which I asked them to change the order and said to them that you should have told me that over the phone which would've made it much easier on which the guy on the grill said (isko bolo lene hai to loo naai to dimaag na kharab kro; TRANSLATION: "Tell him to take whatever we've got piss me off" On which I said I dont want it please but I'll take wings instead. "WHICH WAS NOT OFFERED BY THEIR STAFF THATS WHAT I TOLD THEM TO MAKE INSTEAD" upon which they argued and then agreed! The exact words said by the girl on the till were " mujhe pata naai tha ye itna khuroos admi hai naai to iske liye leg piece pehle he rakh dete" Translation: I never knew that this guy is so grumpy and would take his leg piece this seriously or we would've separated it from another order! Been their customer from they very since they started here in Bathgate, never had a single complain from any of their staff members, deliveries, collections whatever its been 10/10 But it's just annoying and sad to see that spending that much money for a meal and not getting the worth! Sad, wont be ever going back!

Great place. Lovely ladies. Breakfast was delicious and plenty options (even for vegetarians) and the desserts looked amazing.

Placed and paid for an order online. They phoned and said they had ran out of crepes and asked if we could choose something else. We said we would phone back in 2 minutes as we wanted to quickly look at the menu. We phoned back 2 minutes and 30 seconds later and because we were over “2 minutes on the dot” they had cancelled our order. They started shouting at her over the phone and not letting her speak either. In addition to this we asked for our money back today and they said it “might be today might be another day”. We needed this money back to get food as me and my pregnant wife are starving with no food or money left now. My wife is pregnant and we don’t have a lot of money, we are quite poor unfortunately. So needing to wait to get our money back takes it toll because we aren’t as well of as other families and only treat our self’s once a month or on special occasions. I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service as my wife is pregnant and this is causing us a lot of stress financially and mentally.

best Chinese place going in Bathgate, ordered at 7:10pm and had came at 8:45pm On Saturday evening!! which places would have been busy… would defo get company drivers rather then app such as scoffable

Amazing experience here! The workers are so kind and friendly, located a 5 minute walk from the train station and an amazing made-to-order continental breakfast! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

A lovely cafe and I visit regularly. I often go with my 6 year old grandchild, who loves Cappadocia's French toast.
