Ordered a pizza 🍕 1st class base was excellent nice thin and crispy barbecue chicken was really tasty and lots of chicken establishment was very clean and tidy just what you like to see will definitely be back regularly!!

Had a visitor today and thought I would order fish and chips for dinner. When they came I was totally disgusted at what was sent out. The fish was cold and the batter was brick hard and the chips were all ends. Phoned to complain and was told they were all fresh made which definitely wasn’t the case and all he kept saying was sorry nothing I can do. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I got a pizza and it was disgusting. Looked like they had bought it from Lidl (frozen) and deep fried it. It was not even edible I had to bin it after one bite.

Had haggis supper and pizza supper both terrible went in bin ! Won’t be back . Haggis was flat for some reason and worst chips ever .

Friendly service, great fresh cooked food, ice cold can, reasonably priced. Stopped off on way home from a long working day, will definitely be visiting again. 👍

Ordered single fish did not receive it tried to fone no one answered very disappointed

First time trying here since under new management and I absolutely loved my smoked sausage in batter supper! And to my surprise it is a full smoked sausage you get, as well as a huge portion of chips, which were really lovely. This will be my new chippy! Only criticism I have was just a little too much sauce but to be fair, I didn’t specify, so my own fault, apart from that, excellent 👌

This place has been there since I was a kid. If you need a square sausage and egg roll don't go to greggs. Way better here.

Overdone fish and chip and water down sauces ,all in all not worth a visit

Usually when I've ordered from here it's been okay. However I ordered a cheeseburger..it came with everything except the cheese 😂 and last time I ordered I was missing a juice

I have to say after reading other reviews I was heavily disappointed in the place. I was kept waiting whilst the server had a conversation with other people totally ignoring myself and my friend. The counter was full of dirty dishes and after she finished talking she started to clean the counter still ignoring us. Needless to say we went elsewhere and will not go back.

Food good and hot on a cold day

My first order was fine - this was my second but I don't think there will be a third. Order came within 10Minutes(!!) rather then the 30 minutes I was advised & as the meal was barely lukewarm and dry as sticks, this all makes me suspect that it had been cooked for some time. Sorry, but not good enough

Surprisingly good. One of the best fish and chips I've had in many years.

Michael does great fresh pastas, proper pizzas & fresh baked Italian bread. He also does hand pressed burgers which are excellent, with or without sauces. Often we opt for the Chicken Diane but last night we had the Chicken Cacciatore which was superb. Good people, good value, top quality.

Popped in yesterday as was passing through. Lovely friendly staff and the fish and chips were lovely. Great portion size. Would definitely recommend you give it a try. Keep up the good work Netty and staff.

I have to admit, I wasn't sure about a pizza place in an amusement arcade, but we were soooooo hungry, I would have eaten a stale sandwich in the street...But we did better than that-0 so much better! Beautiful pizzas, fresh made, a huge chunk of gorgeous bread, coffee.... Michael knows his stuff and he was great crack as well. We were just looking for fuel, but we got very nice food. He even sorted out a taxi for us! What a star. So- don't be put off by appearances - you'll be missing a treat. And a bargain. There's also a fish and chip bit on the other side, but I wouldn't go past the pizza, unless to try some of the other lovely looking dishes......

I love it here!!! The food is 5* made with love too! I had mac n cheese and i can say it was the best i have ever had!!!! I cant stop raving about this wee place!!!

Everything is good on the menu & freshly cooked from scratch. Excellent home baked Italian bread on the side. Pastas, pizzas etc all great. Today we had penne amatriciana & a chicken fillet burger. Perfect. Nice proper Italian coffee too. Does what it says on the tin.

Part fish & chip shop, part amusement arcade, the left hand side kitchen has been taken over by Michael, formerly of Cucina Mia. Great home made bread, pastas, lasagne, pizzas as you would expect. We pushed the boat out this time and had huge portions of home made burgers with a Diane sauce & a wonderful chicken cacciatore with sides. Superb quality & value. Great coffee too.

Okay so went in for food my sister ordered fish and chips when she received the fish I instantly said oh stinking fish ( I love fish btw) anyway as a chef for ten years plus I know what I’m talking about,so my sister was trying to have a couple of bites Cause she didn’t want to waste her money or cause a scene, but after a few bites she then took the fish back to to the counter the girl was defending the fish all the way the Italian man shouted a couple of his words and ran through the back ( not once did the Italian stinking attitude man say I’m so sorry I will get you a replacement one ) the lassie has a stinking attitude ( almost as stinking as the fish that was served ) bad customer service!! My sister can afford a £4.20 meal and isn’t a tink/treg so why the hell would she eat stinking off fish to make herself ill to get her £4.20 back ?? Doesn’t make sense !!! Anyway don’t go to this place that’s a couple of times that Italian man has been rude !!! Stinking customer service wont be back !!!!!!!!!

Absolute shambles since Nikki left. Over priced poor quality food, poor service. Staff refused to cook an 'all day breakfast. Just a real shame place has lost its sparkle

Service was friendly and fast. Decor was up to date. Food was hot. Would definitely go back. Love how they have an arcade at the back. Only complaint is that a 99p ice cream costs £1.99p which defeats the purpose entirely.

A great cafe if you're in the Bathgate area and looking for a breakfast, lunch or just a hot cuppa. The cafe appears to be clean and all the staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Been twice now for breakfast and both times got great service and food quality. Breakfasts are cooked to order though so be prepared to wait. As the saying goes this is good food not fast food. Fair prices as well.
