Costa Coffee Next in West Lothian

Travelled from Inverness yesterday to start Christmas shopping. Ended up going into Costa to grab a coffee before heading home. The lassie Erin that served us was rude and the sour face she had on her was ridiculous. Clearly working there isn't for her. While she made the coffee another worker came over and started serving us. Erin then seemed fine. Erin snapped at us because we wanted to buy a mug from the shelf and hadn't seen the other girl was already dealing with us. Next time I'm down and come in the I'll give back as good as she gives if she's still there. Absolute cow

Cleaner than the other local costa. Good coffee and nice staff. Makes my drink how i like it. Plenty of tables . Seem a really pleasant bunch making the coffee. They seem to work well as a team and it ran smoothly and the queue went down quick.

Best Costa coffee shop! Lovely comfortable surroundings …with lots of choice! Very helpful staff members who work very hard and are so efficient- really work well as a team. All in all best place for coffee in the centre!

Pop into Costa in next livingston today and was Struggling with the Costa app on my phone when the young lady called CAITLIN went above and Beyond to help me out her customer care was 2nd to none if there’s a employee of the month reward she definitely deserves her name first in the queue for that she was a wee champ🏆⭐️💐thanks again

I visited costa and was greeted and served by Lewis , he was amazing help to me and made my day a lot easier, I accidentally dropped my coffee and he helped me and cleaned it up for me and replaced it with a free one , he was so kind to me and made the situation a lot better.

There is a boy named lewis who has excellent service and was very helpful with my decision he greeted me with a smile making me feel very welcome I would 100% recommend this costa

This is a very relaxing place to sit and enjoy their delicious coffee. The staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. They also have a huge range of food now which is great. Very comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend.

Dirty uncleared tables, overflowing bins needs significant improvement. Chose from the Christmas drinks menu not sure they were correctly prepared members of staff seemed unfamiliar with the preparation and drinks were not hot when we eventually got the. Service is dead slow member of staff packing the fridge which was far from empty while queuing built up and tables remained uncleared. In summary very disappointing whole place needs smartened up.

Dropped in for a latte and toasted tea bread . ,quite a busy cafe the staff are worth their weight in gold ,friendly and helpful .Tables are clean and tidy ,and cleared as soon as they are vacated .Well done management and staff
