Domino's Pizza - Bathgate in West Lothian

I love domino’s they have the best flavours and great quality.

Has to give 1 star as there wasn't an option to give less. Unbelievably poor service. Chatting to someone else in the background while taking the while taking the order, took my card details twice and heard someone in the background say "just tell him the card machine isn't taking his card and order online" Plenty of other place to eat. Will definitely not use this place again. They are a joke

Easy to use website/app, quick and simple process

Ordered a double decadence pizza from here and there was literally no sauce between the layers. Phoned to complain and guy was like that's the way it is. Well no it's not mate, it's clearly meant to have a viable layer of sauce just like the website picture shows. There was hardly any soy chicken on the pizza either. Not worth the £25. Complete joke of a store.

Phoned 5 times for an order placed and paid for over 2 hours ago. I wouldnt expect this type of customer service from a regular takeaway. (Bathgate Store) Recent photos..

Worst pizza I've ever had. Plus they say its £9.48 for a medium sized cheese pizza. They charged me £19.48. For the worst pizza and when I spoke to the supposed supervisor/manager all he could do is stutter and mutter. If I could I would not even give it 1 star..

Epic service! This is the first time ordering dominos in years, probably since uni days. Always thought it was overpriced. We recently discovered a family member has milk allergy and Dominos vegan option was the easier option to order when we got a craving for pizza. 👍 There speedy service was absolutely epic, I paid extra to add sweetcorn to my pizza and it always bugs me when extras are left off or forgotten. So called them and they simply said "no problem we will take that one back and give you a replacement in a few mins" and they did exactly that! Super impressed! Well done Bathgate dominos for restoring my faith in large pizza delivery chains and having epic service! Keep it up!

Enjoyed the pizza but a bit expensive for me.

It's not often I splashout on a Dominos but was busy decorating and it was the easy option, I have to say, I think the food was at my door within 20 minutes and was still so hot it was burning my mouth! Great service and very tasty too. Keep up the good work guys!

Amazing staff. The manager there is super friendly and out of all the Dominos, this one actually makes the best pizzas.!!

Went for collection. Good deals although the selection of sides was severely limited. Pizzas were fresh and hot so can't complain.

Food was OK what you expect from a pizza shop

Staff were friendly and efficient and my food was hot and both look and tasted amazing ( something oddly satisfying about the way they put the toppings on the pizza so that each slice has the same amount) didn't think chocolate pizza would be something I would like but it was soo good and the popin chicken things were so great honestly wish I ordered more of them.

THE BEST domino's around why - all about the people. The manager and staff are always very accommodating and nothing is too much. Never had any issues but once and it was all about the way they dealt with it that made me so happy with them. I USE them so often and would never go elsewhere. You know a great place when you have an issue and they resolve so well. Also pizza are great and toppings excellent.

This is a small store but clean, good service. Everything is freshly made and the pizzas were delicious. Thank you for opening on Boxing Day. It saved me cooking ... Again.

Don't recommend this certain shop feels like my Stripers were reheated (so gummy with both hard ends).This is not first time i have ever tried stripers. Apart of that heard stories that those people reheat returned food.

Guy on the phone was so rude, couldnt understand any english at all, then i head people cussing and shoutong in the background. Then the guy at the end hang up with not even asking for payment method. Very dissapointed.

SHOCKING SERVICE. Absolute shambles of a shop and couldn't understand a word the manager said to me on the phone. Also told me to contact another number which charges over my phone bill (which I'm not happy about).

Excellent service. Ordered 42 pizzas and over 40 sides for our church birthday! They made a huge effort to get them all done. And buy one get one free made a big difference Will definitely be back!

Pizzas don't even taste like pizza's. The tomato sauce was vile and the there was no cheese on it.

The pizzas and kebabs are tasty, and service staff are polite and easy enough, you always can rely on getting your food delivered in time too.

Ordered 2 for 1 when it came 1 was folded in the box when I called the shop It was a irate lady who claimed to be the bosses wife and she wanted me to wait til tomorrow for a replacement I of course said no. In the end a driver was sent back with a replacement but wouldn't give it to me at the door unless I paid more this is after i have gave him the damaged pizza. So in the end I paid for but 1 get one free and only ever received 1 and a whole lot of abuse from the "lady"

Order a pizza from here just for the lazy people not to bother even prepping or even to send it out just wait till they open in the morning there will be a big complete put in

Just got my 2 pizzas, pizza was lovely and deliverer was lovely too. Sadly didn't get my big garlic dip, so I'm pretty gutted by that (small mistake, easy to make). Deliverer was very apologetic and I didn't want him going the extra half hour journey just to get me more dip (that I paid for). I really love garlic dip though and 2 wee ones never go far enough for us haha!
