Spent just shy of £50 here last night and most of the food had to go in the bin! Everything was undercooked as if they tried to cook it as quick as they could to get it out the door. Salt and chilli chicken wings were pink inside, mini springs rolls were soft and batter undercooked. Beef in the black bean sauce was very chewy and also seemed undercooked. This place has gone down hill a lot and would not recommend. Tried to call to discuss and couldn’t get through

Wee visit to Hugo's Hall's Cafe. Lovely fresh environment and lovely friendly staff. Lovely slice of Victoria sponge and a glass of Irn Bru. Sponge was very yummy 😋

Always says they are open when they aren’t. Take your money and don’t refund it unless you chase it. Opening times are unpredictable. That being said this place used to do my favourite crispy shredded chicken in spicy chilli sauce, all of a sudden they don’t even know what it is. It’s on their menu but they say they don’t know what it is. Crazy crazy place.

over 2 hours late and food was cold

Delivery was a bit late, ok I’ll phone- got message they are closed, turns out it’s an old ansaphone message . Food delivered ten minutes late - that’s ok, however the lemon chicken had no lemon and was tough as old boots, inedible. Nicely offered free lemon chicken next time- not really what I would prefer as I am visiting friends. Overall a fairly average meal. With confusing menu as regarding sauces. Sorry- but can’t recommend

I had an amazing experience at this Domino's location! From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. I was fortunate enough to be served by Murron, who truly made my visit memorable. her professionalism, grace, and elegance shone through in every interaction. She handled my order with such care and attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, as always, but Murron’s outstanding service made this visit truly special. I highly recommend this Domino's, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Murron! Five stars without a doubt!

On Friday the 29th of November at around 1:15PM we came into the cafe for lunch and where greeted by a very rude and unpleasant older man who didn’t seem to care about his attitude towards myself or the rest of the que. I don’t believe he should be working in front of house if he “cant be arsed” also threatening customers as they walk out the door in a cafe full of people is absolutely appalling especially for a man his age.

When I called to make an order for collection I was told 15 mins only to be left waiting a further 20 mins on arrival. While I was waiting the delivery bag was filled with 4 delivery's that sat on the counter the whole time & was still there when I eventually left. The guy's attitude was awful. If it hadn't been for the girl delivery's driver going through the back I would still have been standing there. I called out to them twice and I was completely ignored. Now on to the food ......... cooked within and inch of it's life. The pork was as dry as a stick, the fried rice looked like boiled rice, no egg or colour to mention, the chicken curry has more onions and sauce than chicken. It's a shame you can give minus star reviews.

My family and I attended this cafe after a lovely walk down from Seton sands caravan park. Unfortunately this was an end to our lovely experience… I was with a family of 8, we were looking for some coffee to go which it advertises. 4 of us went into the cafe to order the coffee, on doing so the older gentleman serving pushed by us muttering “for god sake”. At this point we weren’t sure if that was aimed at us. After a few minutes the sane man attended at the till to serve us. His first words “right whos first then” in a passive aggressive tone. I told him we were in to order some coffee to go which was met with further aggression. We made the decision not to order as the man’s attitude gave off the impression that he clearly didn’t need our business anyway. We left the coffee shop astounded at the service provided and I can comfortable to say that it was the rudest, most uncomfortable service I have ever received anywhere in the world.

Popped in today for the first time and we got some sweets around £7 while waiting then we were £12 for 2 crepes with ice cream, we were advised 5 minutes but then 10 minutes as the machine wasn’t on but took around 15 minutes. The first arrived hot and looked amazing but after 3 bites I had a dark hair visible on my fork wrapped in the Nutella chocolate and crepe! Friendly assistant but with long hair it should really be tied in a bun or have a hair net on and not in a loose ponytail when around food. Pointed it out and I got an apology and offered a fresh one but didn’t want one as that just put me off and my partner too who didn’t even eat 1/2 of his as he was as shocked and disappointed as I was. I asked for a refund on the one I sent back and really should have been refunded for them both. Pick and mix ok, some sweets that tasted horrid and not great quality for the price paid. Left the shop disappointed.

Tried to go here to take out a family member for a coffee. There is no disabled access. So therefore we could not go in to look at the shop items or go to the cafe. No help offered either. What a shame!

We always went to costa nice coffee and no dogs allowed. Unfortunately my husband is allergic to dogs. We were in today and it was like crufts. Only when we were leaving did we see the notice well behaved dogs welcome.Sorry all dog owners We know you love yours dogs. But we won't be back.

Got food out here tonight first time coming to this chippy , it was soo greasy and could taste the oil of the food and was look warm wasn’t nice and the prices are outrageous , 1000% wouldn’t recommend and will never go back
